Had an issue with the door to my glove compartment after installing a cabin filter per recommendation of mechanic. Called and was told to bring the car in, which I did. It was fixed in under a minute! Can’t bet that!
First time going to Gabes and all around good experience, quick service & fair prices. Customer service followed up after my visit to invite me back and see how my visit went. It seems like they’re currently doing a lot to make sure their customers are happy. Definitely will consider using Gabes next time I need car serviced.
We’ve used Gabe’s for years. They treat you like family rather than a random customer. Work is always done correctly and they never try to upsell or recommend work that the car doesn’t need.

I want to express my gratitude, praise, and thanks for the act of kindness you showed me this past weekend (5/23/25). I was doing the brakes, (all four corners) on my Subaru One of the caliper pins was seized. It was just one of those days where the simplest things, were becoming complicated. With limited tools at my disposal, and no one family or friends around to help me. I decided to walk down the street to Gabe‘s. I had asked if they can remove the caliper pin, with the intention of paying. Without hesitation, a gentleman behind the counter grabbed my bracket. Went in the garage, some light machining, handed me back my bracket, and didn’t charge me. Little do they know, life has been extremely difficult. I’ve been trying to rebuild my life for the past 7 1/2 years. Something that may seem small
and insignificant. Was meaningful to me. I cannot thank you enough. Thank you for being kind. Thank you for doing GOD’s work.
My car needed a tune up. Gabes got me in right away to assess the work that needed to be done and got me in the following week to complete. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back for future needs.
They are fantastic at Gabes with being through and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. They have excellent coffee and tea while you wait. I love family business and they are a very nice family. Ty all.
I see everyone else had a good experience, but my first / last time there was terrible. I was referred to this place by a friend/coworker. I pull in for emissions retesting and am met with attitude as soon as I opened my mouth. I was timid and polite, said good morning and let the guy (blonde hair, don’t know his name) know why I was there and he rudely asked if I had paperwork. I handed him what I had and was told I need to have my paperwork filled out by the repair facility and sent me on my way. I spoke to him on the phone prior to coming down and he never mentioned that to me.
I called my friend while I was still there to see what else I could do and as I’m on the phone, the guy yells out of his garage, “WE HAVE TO SEND IT TO THE DMV!”
Any other facility I’ve gone to for a retest has never mentioned that I need paperwork filled out and I never had an issue. He was unprofessional, rude and didn’t even give me a chance to explain I do my own repairs. I don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.
A con- went in to have my car looked at, and to get an oil change. Was quoted at $65 for the oil change, and they never mentioned the labor charges to get my car looked at. It’s not that I expected free but work I did not expect to spend $170. They quoted me at nearly $1400 for front brakes only, a price that is astronomical. Everywhere else I have called and the highest price I have been given is $750. Will not be going back. Enjoy my $170.

The lobby is odd… like who wants fresh popcorn when getting your emissions checked? Then again who doesn’t? Could have more magazines. Service was fast and easy

We used Gabes in the past few years because of their great reputation and never had a problem, until now. When we brought the car in for some repairs a few months ago, some "recommended" repairs were listed on the invoice. So we decided to get those repairs now and told them we needed the car by 11/30 because I had a doctors appt on 12/1. We brought the car in for 11/28. 11/30 comes and goes... "not ready yet" Come to find out they didn't even ORDER the PARTS that they KNEW were needed until the following week. So my car sat there for a week without being touched (our only vehicle). So today, 12/9 they tell me 'later today". I have to get my preop testing done today, which I told them. And I heard "later today" for two days now. NEVER AGAIN. What has me the most upset that the car just sat there for a. week, when I could have been doing CHristmas shopping, food shopping, etc. Going to pick up the car in a few minutes. I doubt if I'll even get a "sorry"
I have had SO MANY issues with my car and these people are awesome I swear. They were so understanding, pretty fair/decent on the price and it was worth it for the amazing work they did. I found other places that did a part on my car for only a bit cheaper and the work was done awful/ incomplete. They did such an amazing job on any work they did with my car and I would recommend to anyone who needs work done to go here!
Great place to get your car worked on. I've gone a few times over the past 7 years and never a problem. Good prices and nice staff. I definitely enjoy the experience way more than the dealership.
