I got into an accident in Naugy and they came to tow my car. The tow truck driver could not have been nicer or more empathetic. I had groceries in my trunk because I was leaving Big Y when the accident happened. He helped me put everything in my car into my father’s. When I tried to tip him he wouldn’t accept it, he told me to try and enjoy my weekend. That gesture was incredibly thoughtful and unselfish during a very stressful event and considering how expensive cost of living is these days. I believe his name was Jeremy. Thank you Jeremy for restoring my faith in mankind. There are still good people out there, which is very good to know. I definitely recommend this business. When I went to sign for my car to be released to my insurance company the owners father took care of me. Family owned and operated. Patronize these guys if ever in an emergency situation. They took care of me and I am very grateful.
Great service! They responded quickly when my daughter's car suddenly broke down on the highway. I will definitely call them again if I need a tow in the future.
Got tore a new one because of my stupidity of not looking at different options. Got charged 300 for a 7 mile tow. Had the nerve to to charge me extra for using a tow dolly? I understand you're a business, but you need to add on charges. Tow companies are scum. This one is extra scummy. Try your best not to do business with this company whether it's towing or car sales.
My son got into an accident on prospect/Naugatuck line. Local police called ace auto since they were next on tow rotation. 3 cars needed to be towed they showed up with 2 wreckers and a flat bed. Since my sons car is rear wheel drive with front end damage they put it on dollies. As a former wrecker operator myself I do understand police tows, state rates, and additional cost and was ready for a whopper of a bill for it to be towed from Naugatuck to Wolcott. Not only did they not try and take me for a ride, they were professional and polite. Will use again! Quality family owned and operated business...A big thank you to Eric for a job well done!
I got stuck with my car one evening because it was to icy to go down a hill so I managed to park to the side a bit. I left a note on my car with my number incase of anything. This company towed my car shortly after I left , I had to pay a fee and they didn’t even give me a discount or break on New Year’s Eve and claimed they didn’t see the note because it was covered in snow mind you there wasn’t even any snow on the car. Very rude people and clearly robbed me of my money. Horrible environment I suggest taking your car elsewhere and using a different company.
Very professional, friendly and willing to help. Needed a late night tow because car would not start. Car ended up starting when the truck was already minutes away. Called and told him there was no need and he was very nice not rude and pushy like a lot of people would have been if service was refused.
This place seriously saved me! I was driving on a Saturday afternoon and accidentally went off the road a bit and hit something that shredded my two right tires. Both ended up being flat with sidewall damage.
Being right on the Beacon Falls line with a car that couldn’t be driven, I did a quick google search for tow trucks. This company came up and it was the only one open. I called and immediately was able to get a tow truck. It took within the time limit he gave me, approx. 20-30 mins, because he was dropping off another customer’s car.
As soon as he got there, I asked him if he could change over my tires to another set that I had at home. Unbelievably, I was back on the road within 2 hours of the “accident”. Extremely happy and will def go back and recommend the business when possible. Thank you!!!
