Love h&m shoes sales and selections! So sad h&m going out of business ? January 13th 2026 last day! Got amazing deals at Eddie bauer earlier today November 5th 3026

Very sad...maybe a handful of stores here....

While very clean and upkept, it's surprisingly empty. Very few stores remain open. Erie feeling like they should film an episode of Walking Dead here.

I went here to see what is was like now after a few years and there wasnt many stores. Most of the stores sits empty. So sad to see it use to be a hot spot with a lot of people. Now there is nothing there and everything sit empty only ever little stores I only saw 2 and one was closed for the day but I think one more was open but I didnt want tonsee anymore stores closed so I decided not to walk the other side to see what else is open. Not worth the time. So sad that many stores as shut down because of online shopping.

Empty, don't waste your time driving an hour like we just did

Here's another place of commerce that is emptying out, which I found surprisingly. I personally don't want to buy all myself online, so now watching this go after the malls is bad.

Almost all the fancy, quality brands you can find it here. There is not much difference the prices. If there is a sale plus coupons from the mall stores it will be cheaper. You are saving around 25%.

Such a sad sight to see, this place has so few stores left. Not with the long trip there at all! Nothing wrong with staff And there's so much parking u could bring a trailer and no one would notice! Someone needs to bring this place back to life

Building is old and definitely needs a lot of repairs. Ticket prices make it worth going. These are old theater seats, not the new reclining type.

It’s a ghost town I feel bad for the few stores still here

Old Navy was great. The store was organized, and the great staff was very helpful. The Pepperidge Farm store was nice, great staff. The Old Time toy store was wonderful as well as the other store we went to. The only thing is wish there were more stores.

Hard to rate - clearly a lot of planning and money went into this mall, but now it's three -quarters empty and is slated to close in a year or two. The stores that remain are in good condition, well-stocked - we saw J Crew, Eddie Bauer, and a few others. There's no trouble finding parking!

Their outlet stores are significantly cheaper than the clinton n outlets. I go here when I want a deal! Also, they've added mom and pop shops that have unique gifts/items. So fun to go through.

The grounds are clean and the various staff are friendly, but the term "outlet" here is misleading and not worth the drive unless you're looking for a very specific store. Prices at Williams Sonoma, for example, are a joke considering what their already too high MSRP is, while the Pepperidge Farm store is often worth the trip to stock up on breads to freeze or cookies and snacks for lunches. There is also no eatery there anymore and very few actual stores, so plan accordingly. A supposed multimillion dollar complete remodel is coming, but plans for when it will be done and what stores will be there when it is ready aren't available yet.

Hello Westbrook outlets be so kind and put motion detectors in your parking lot because it's shining into my window I live on Spencer plains road you could put a gate after the emergency room and a big fence around the outlets so you don't have to worry about break-ins the last person that leaves the parking lot to lock it nobody's going to break in the stores if you put a gated fence put alarm fence on it be so kind and do this please it's letting up the sky and shining into my window thank you please look into this if you do this I am a private taxi guy and I'll recommend your stores

Little bit of every thing in here. William Sonoma and hk are great. The brewpub is excellent. Super good parking areas and several restrooms. Prices are better than average. Worth stopping in to check it out.

The stores that are there are nice but very few remain. Pepperidge Farm outlet was great as was Loft and Old Navy. Very nice place to walk around under a covered space, property is still maintained and very well done. Plants are in full bloom and trimmed. It's too bad more places aren't there.

We always like going there but they've lost quite a few stores. They are trying to get replacements but it will just take time. No places that offer gluten free choices though for a meal so make sure to bring your own. Went back just recently. They've lost even more stores. We wondered, when pulling into the parking lot, why there were so few cars but realized quickly that it was because most stores are gone. Not sure that the few stores that are left are enough to bring people in. Especially if you live a couple of hours away.

I'm giving this location 4 stars for how sad I feel about all the stores closing. I don't understand how this location didn't stay more popular, and turned into a ghost town. How is it the Clinton Outlets managed to keep going, and Westbrook Outlets are much more appealing, and the layout is much better. The location is great as well. It was always so fun to walk around. It still is a good place to go to walk around now, if your looking for exercise. Hopefully more stores well come back and it will thrive again.

Although there are many empty stores you can fond a variety of options for shopping. The buildings seem to be cared for and the openness of the layout makes for a good walk.

I'm predicting that they are going to be closing this location down. Seems that all outlet stores are relocating to Clinton Premium Outlet. Very few stores remaining. Always liked this location however with how the economy is going I understand the consolidating all stores to one location. Still a nice location and I hope they have plans to rebuild and offer more stores in the near future.

Outdoor mall with a friendly, hometown vibe. Been visiting here since a kid. Make sure to stop by H&M, JCrew, William and Sonoma and Pepperidge Farm. Definitely worth the car ride even just to get out and walk around and pop in a few stores.

We were sad to see that this mall has suffered greatly from the COVID pandemic with most shops now closed and empty. This is still a nice outdoor spot if you’re looking for some exercise and most of the walkways are covered and wide enough to accommodate groups.

It's a nice outlet with several brand name stores. I visited the Williams-Sonoma store, but it didn't have the sales I was expecting, they were no different than online sales. Not a place I would drive to again. Perhaps if you happen to be near by or live in the area then it's worth a stop, but certainly not worth a 30+ minute drive.

The wife and I like to shop here. It takes us 45 min. to get here, only to see about half the stores closed. Whats going on here. The stores that we went into only to fine the prices on the high side. We use to stop at this one coffee shop for a break, now it isn't there. Is this because of on line shopping? There are some of us that really like to shop in stores to touch and feel, that makes a big difference. The parking lot wasn't even a quarter full. How sad!

Great place to shop or hang-out, with an excellent selection of stores to choose from. Best place to get a great deal around!
