Westbrook Auto has been reliable and patient with me through various repairs on various different vehicles of my wife and I's. Having a good Mechanic is invaluable and I am so grateful to have found that in Tony and all the other friendly people at Westbrook Auto who keep me rolling down the road. They are the reason I get to work safely every day. This is my favorite small business hands down.

What I loved about Westbrook auto was their low-key approach to selling us a car. No obnoxious sales pitch, just an extremely friendly and helpful attitude. Joyce was terrific, she listened carefully to what we wanted and diligently met our needs. Jose the manager was also extremely helpful. All told, the car-buying process was easy and I am thrilled with the used Highlander that I purchased which feels brand new! Without a doubt we will return to Joyce at Westbrook Auto for our next car!

Their prices are very reasonable and Jill, the person you'll talk to when you call, is so friendly, honest and knowledgeable. She will answer any questions you have about your vehicle. Cannot say enough great things about this shop - a week ago we purchased new tires and were super happy with care to the car and price! This week we had a very unexpected repair and they were able to fit us in with a very reasonable price and the timeframe was great. Our other car also recently had a bearing replaced and was a vehicle with super high mileage and shop employees were very good with not overselling service to us and very honest about the future of the car! Amazing all around!
Outstanding auto repair and tire source. Have lived in the area over 12 years. Started working with M&D for our repair work & then followed Mike D to Westbrook Auto when he joined the shop. Just this week they helped us big time getting ready for a long planned trip in the face of unexpected tire trouble. Tony & crew really pulled through in a pinch. every experience with Jill and the mechanics from Westbrook Auto has been great... where I would typically worry about a repair bill being inflated, this is not a concern I've ever felt when working with Westbrook Auto. I highly recommend them and will continue using them as my go-to mechanic/repair shop for as long as I continue to live in the area.
I called for exhaust service. Tony knew it would be expensive but instead of taking my money, he referred me elsewhere so that I could save a significant amount of money. His honestly and kindness will make me definitely use him when I need service in the future!
