I just recently purchased my 3rd car from Jon and the experience has been 10 starts every time! He's honest and beyond trustworthy and will not sell you a car if it doesn't meet his very high standards. His customer service is beyond reproach and his passion for what he does shines through in every interaction. I really don't know why anyone would shop anywhere else for a car. While you might think that a Mercedes is out of reach, John's competitive prices and incredible customer service and maintenance of the vehicles is well worth it. You will not be disappointed! I'm not sure I'll ever drive anything else again.

The car buying experience here is the exact opposite of every single thing that is wrong with the car buying process. There is no high pressure selling, no unreasonable fees, no tricks, and no gimmicks. Jon is extremely helpful, and not trying to sell anyone a car they don't love. His customer service made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and he makes a point to make sure that you feel great pulling one of his cars off the lot. He took the time setting up my hands free pairing of my phone, even though it was closing time. I guarantee you will walk out of here saying to yourself, "I don't think I will buy another car from anyone else again."

I shopped at Driving Image on the recommendation of a friend. I purchased an off lease 2015 E 350 with the balance of the warranty. It was a very easy transaction, and I now have a trustworthy, honest shop to service my vehicle. I have returned the car for 2 service appointments and I am extremely satisfied with quality of the work and cost of servicing my vehicle. The people are easy to work with, professional, and very honest. I said “I don’t want to pay 42,000 for Honda Ridgeline. Kate said, “Keep your old truck and go see Jon he sells Mercedes”. I said, “I can’t afford a Mercedes.” I was Wrong- Great Prices, Great Service, Long time repeat customers.

"Highly recommended" does not even cover the half of it. I just purchased a 2015 E400 coupe with about 30k miles and it drives like new. Dealing with Jon was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. The car was in perfect condition. I still wanted to bring it to my mechanic to get it checked out before the purchase (which was no issue at all for Jon since he is very confident in his cars) and my mechanic told me it was one of the best used cars he has ever evaluated. Jon is very customer friendly and wants you to have a great experience while also buying a great car. A quick story to truly show how passionate and customer friendly Jon is: When Jon had given me a quick tour of his facilities, he was showing my father and I some of the cool detailing he does on cars. He showed me a car that he had just detailed which had the illuminated Mercedes-Benz symbol. The car I was going to purchase did not have that and I expressed how much I liked it. When I showed up about a week later to actually purchase my E400, Jon surprised me by having that illuminated symbol installed in my car as well, free of charge. Jon is extremely passionate about what he does and truly does do anything in his power to make the process of buying a car an easy, fast and personable experience. I am very lucky to have found this place!

Just purchased a Silver 2015 C300 4Matic from Jon and couldn't be happier. Pristine car, excellent pricing, very knowledgeable and a complete gentleman. This isn't just a great place to buy an off lease Mercedes, it is also a great place for service. I witnessed several people visit for service while I was looking over his inventory. I intend to come back for service, and in a couple of years look to replace my wife's car as well.

I've bee a customer for over a decade. This is the 2nd used car I have purchased from Driving Image. I have been very happy with both purchases. When you buy a used car here you know that it has been thoroughly checked out. My (2015/34,000 miles) car looks and drives like it just came off the showroom floor with 0 miles! Just bought my 5th car (9th for my family) from this dealership. They provide excellent service and vehicles at the fairest prices around. There is no comparison. If you think a place being busy is a bad thing... you must be missing the fact that there are busy days due to the business having many many satisfied customers. If you hit it on the wrong day they can be swamped, just like your favorite restaurant, but will always take care of their customers as soon as possible! In most instances you are taken care of right away. I'll be back for services and to buy my next car too. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for the highest quality cars and service.

Initially service was good to average. If you need emergency service forget it. They know longer work on cars that weren't purchased there. Although my wife bought her car there, Refuse to work on my car. 9/15/16 even though my car was service there for several years. Well i guess my family we'll have to find another garage for future purchases and repairs. It's all good. Live and learn.

Incredibly professional and fair treatment through the the whole process. Had never heard of the place, but let Mike know what I wanted. He called me about a car he hadn't even received yet, because he knew what I wanted, and it was perfect. When I drove it, I told him I would put a deposit down and he said if I told him I wanted the car, he'd hold it, no deposit. When I brought my family to see the car, the brakes seemed funny. John tested them, said they were fine, but he wanted his customer to be happy, and put new pads on. Also came with 4 brand new tires. Have only driven it 2k miles...but would recommend the place and the staff to anyone.

Driving Image Imports was absolutely fantastic. Mike and the whole team were accommodating and could not have done a better job in helping me find my new car. They put me in a gorgeous Mercedes C350 for a great price, with a fantastic two year warranty. Not only that, but they went the extra mile by putting on brand new tires, changing oil, brake fluids, and full body inspection the day of purchase for free.
