Farmington Motors is such a great company. I live in an area that can get very slippery when there’s snow on the ground. My car slipped halfway off a driveway and got stuck. We originally called roadside assistance through travelers and they sent out a tow truck and that tow truck couldn’t navigate our driveway and didn’t attempt. I called Farmington Motors and told them my situation to see if they would attempt. After sending photos and talking to them, they sent someone out within an hour and literally got my car back onto the driveway within minutes. We had Jeff assist us and he was great and efficient. We should have called Farmington Motors to start off with! You guys were great!

This is a great local business. They really try their best to take care of customers. They do great work and every knowledgeable and fair. Marty and Milli are a great team. Terry the emissions guy I've noticed is always working hard. The newer guy in service (sorry forgot his name) seems very kind and professional as well.

Boo. I went to Farmington Motor Sports for a simple emissions test but ended up waiting for more than an hour. From the start, the staff seemed very disorganized. I checked in a few times but each time was told to take a seat. After about 30 minutes, a young woman came in and asked for the same thing and, wow, was she seen right away (she was in and out in about 7 minutes). If it weren't for the disorganization, I would have taken it personally (I mean, wasn't I pretty enough?) Anyway, I went down the street and was taken care of right away (in and out in about 7 minutes).

We’ve been using Farmington Motorsports for over 10 years, and they’ve worked on multiple vehicles for us — my wife’s Honda CR-V, my 1979 Jeep CJ7, and my Dodge Ram truck. We’ve even had to rely on their towing service on a few occasions. Every single experience has been excellent. Marty, one of the owners, has always been completely upfront and honest about pricing. There are never surprises, and he takes the time to clearly explain what needs to be done and why. That kind of transparency is rare and greatly appreciated. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely ready to help. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. There is truly no other place I would trust with my vehicles — old or new. I highly recommend giving Farmington Motorsports a chance. Once you do, you won’t want to go anywhere else.

Rented from Budget there and Jon was a class act. I was going to the airport to rent but Farmington was closer. He personally cleaned the car, made sure the toll pass was ready as driving to JFK and gave me a great new SUV.....his service made the difference and I will remember for future visits. Every experience I have had here has been positive. I recently had an engine warning light come on with my Mercedes GLE350. They were beyond helpful with diagnosing and believed it was something I should work directly with Mercedes about. If I didn’t have the intel from Farmington motor sports, I wouldn’t have been successful in fighting a claim with MB. Deeply appreciate their honesty and follow up!

They go above and beyond, I went in for my emissions testing for my car that had sat for awhile and they filled my dangerously low tires with a smile! Way above and beyond. I also used them to fix my daughter's catalytic converter and they helped me deal with insurance and did it on a timely manner. They also came out to help start my car more than once through AAA.

Have been going here a bunch of years for emissions testing and always pleased with the service. Two weeks ago they replaced the radiator in my car and got me back on the road with high quality workmanship and first rate attentiveness, and all was cleanly done. I really appreciate all I encountered here!! Thank you!

Had several good experiences here. When I was looking for a new car, their pre-purchase inspections were thorough and honest, good price. They fixed a punctured tire I had for cheap, and separately replaced my two front tires for a reasonable price without trying to sell me on the back two (didn’t need them). Brought it in for another inspection due to a slight engine noise, and they couldn’t find an issue, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Overall, good, honest place. Will be back in the future.

m writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional conduct I experienced during my recent interaction with your towing company. The employee I dealt with spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, refused to provide clear information about my vehicle, and handled the situation with a lack of courtesy and professionalism. This behavior not only added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation, but it also reflects poorly on the company’s standards of customer service. I hope this matter will be addressed so future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Sincerely 2009 White Honda Civic.

I experienced great customer service (including transparency, which I always appreciate with anything car related) and quick turnaround time. I brought my car in for diagnostic/repair work and will be coming back here for any regular maintenance.

Excellent service. The only “surprise” was Farmington Motor Sport advised that I did not need to replace the brakes when I asked them to. Honesty greatly appreciated. Will return again.

Recently had both our vehicles serviced. First vehicle had a skip in the motor, was diagnosed, repair cost was discussed which I considered a fair price. Work completed on time. Milli discussed other recommendations the mechanic found. Agreed to do those items in the spring since the vehicle was going into winter storage. The other vehicle went in for brakes, all around. Again price was fair. While there I had the interior detailed. Both the repair and detail were completed that day. Would recommend FMS....."What can Blue do for you"

A Trusted partner when it comes to taking care of your vehicle. Their $20 a day loaner service is absolutely hands-down God sent. Ever since the Local Quick lube Shop screwed me over and destroyed my oil pan, I have been bringing my Lexus to these guys for over 7 years now. Prices are on the high end, but it matches the quality and the professionalism. I got my headlights restored the last time , and my 2009 vintage car runs and looks like brand new now!

I absolutely recommend Farmington Motor Sports for car repairs. I went there to make an appointment for my brakes. Milli scheduled me for the next workday. They were repaired, road-tested, and the work was completed when Milli told me that the work would be finished. And the price? It was much lower than what the Volvo dealer quoted me. Also, without asking, the mechanic also set up my google map, which I was never sure how to do! I am very grateful to this family-owned business.

Have been a Farmington Motor’s customer for over 10+ years. They have a sustained business model that has kept me as a customer. Honesty, timely communications, excellent service/quality without issue, and they back their work. My thanks to Marty, Terry, and their entire team.

Would not recommend. They have a great reputation which is why I brought my wife’s car in. I simply didn’t have the time to work on it myself, and based on other reviews, I dropped it off. Car had a check engine light and clunking noise. After two weeks, replacing parts that I already tested and replaced (and told them that), and $650 out of my pocket, I got the car back with the same check engine light and clunking noise which they “diagnosed” as a front cv shaft. Frustrated, I took the car home, took a day off from my busy schedule, grabbed an electric meter and in about 20 minutes of troubleshooting, I found a bent pin on a connector to the ecu that they said they inspected and check (have it written on the service ticket that they checked it). I also replaced the cv shaft they said was bad (which it wasn’t). Some more troubleshooting on my lift and I found the driveshaft support bearing failed, replaced that and the clunking noise is gone. In the end, I should have just taken the time off work myself and saved weeks of frustration and $650. When I tried to talk to them about it, I was told that they’re “an honest shop” and wished me a good day out the door. The only thing they’ll ever do for me again is emissions tests or a tow since they have a contract with AAA. Your experience may differ, but that was mine.

Farmington Motor Sports solved a bizarre electrical issue that caused multiple problems with my vehicle. I was really impressed they were able to figure it out, fast too. Marty was easy to contact and gave me good advice regarding some other issues with my vehicle. Everyone I talked to was very helpful. It’s a good shop and I would recommend FMS to anyone. Thank you!

I had a light out on my car and didn’t trust myself to figure out how to replace it. I brought my car in the same day I called and they replaced the bulb plus two others that were out—which only cost 5 dollars more than I was quoted over the phone! They also filled up my tires and reset my TPMS. I’m very grateful, thank you!

I decided to bring my car here for detailing after seeing the wonderful job they did on my mom’s SUV. The difference between our cars, however, is the dog and 2 kids that ride in my car. I was almost too embarrassed to bring it in! They were awesome about it and told me that whatever my car looked like in the moment would be gone when I picked it up. I am thrilled at the job they did. It’s like a new car! Super professional and such a reasonable price. I love that they have the prices posted on the webpage so you know what you’re getting in to! I had to send someone else to pick up my car for me and they were able to provide me with a secure link by text so I could pay before they got there. Super convenient! If you’re on the fence just do it!
