I am a customer at this facility. When temperatures get very cold I experience low tire temperature warnings. I stopped in without an appointment for assistance. I was cordially received and told to drive to a bay where someone was waiting to fill my tires for me. THANK YOU.
I had a low tire pressure warning, which I suspected may have been triggered by unusually cold temperatures. I pulled into Firestone to check. Scott had me pull into the front of a service bay. A young man (at my age, EVERYONE is young!) brought a long air hose to the car, had me open the driver side door to read the proper PSI, and then circled the car checking all four tires. The whole transaction from my first arrival to departure took less than 10 minutes and was gratis. Thank you!

They will bring fire for your life please ask the prices before changing your tires, $685 asked changing one tire, finally tire depot in Bristol Tony changed same tire $483 with free balancing,,,I know Avon and Simsbury people is wealthy may be that’s why these companies ripping off
Our car’s right front suspension was severely damaged striking an object on I-81 traveling to CT for Thanksgiving . We took the car to Avon, CT Firestone for evaluation without an appointment on Friday. Scott, the service manager, said the technicians would evaluate the damage when there was an opening and he would call me with an estimate. Later Scott called with the estimate and said the car should be repaired by Saturday. The car was repaired when promised and we were able to return to MD on Sunday. Scott was polio, efficient and informative throughout the process.
Very happy with the service I received on my car. The staff was very friendly, honest and easy to work with. My car was ready within the timeframe expected and I felt like a priority. Definitely will be back!

Loved the service here! Went to a few other shops that told us nothing could be done about the nails in our tire. Came here and they were able to temporarily patch it up to super well as we waited for new tires, and then replaced my tires fast and with ease! Big shoutout to Elison for working with us and making the process smooth and easy! The staff is friendly and the waiting area is cozy and overall a welcoming environment. Will definitely use them in the future!

A highly trained and very experienced Firestone mechanic serviced my car for a “tuneup” which in today’s hybrids is complex and usually quite costly. Firestone was able to do this and other things and also saved me a lot of money over dealer quotes I had been given. Thanks!

I have consistently had excellent experiences at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Avon. Scott and his team always provide outstanding service and treat me with the utmost professionalism. Even without an appointment, they were able to accommodate me for an oil change and had me back on the road within an hour. Their efficiency, reliability, and customer care have certainly earned my continued business.
I've used this location three times now and they are consistently so kind, quick with my service, and the store is always clean. Even when I come in with an unscheduled flat tire, or discover a new issue, they've been quick to get my car in, explain everything so well, and never make me feel pressured or like they're trying to sell me unneeded services. I really appreciate the staff here. I'll keep coming out of my way for this location for sure.

I came to this location multiple times and the customer service has always been great , My last visit there I must say Scott gave amazing customer support, He was friendly ,respectful but most importantly answered every question or concern I had . Too bad Firestone doesn’t fix Rims because I would have loved to get the service done . Either way I will for sure return if I ever have any issues again .
They were great! Got into the bay within ten minutes of arrival. Their waiting room is clean and calm so I could work. Their work was clean and efficient. They’ve earned a repeat customer.
Please be very cautious going to this new Firestone in Avon CT especially if you are a female and don’t know much about cars they will reel you in with all this stuff that is wrong with vehicle that isn’t. I went in to have them look at my brakes and they said my brakes are great. Instead they came up with this laundry list of things that need to be fixed with a total of $3550 worth of stuff. I got two other opinions and all the work stated at Firestone that needed to be done was not accurate at all. The two other places said my car looks great and no issues at this time. Stay away from this place and other places like this that up charge you for things that don’t need to be done!
Fast, friendly and professional. Came in to get 4 new tires. They noticed that I was also due for an oil change and offered to do that, which I had forgotten about, so was able to add that on. Overall a very positive experience.
They were very rude and hung up on me when I inquired about scheduling an appointment for my vehicle. They also failed to tighten the drain plug on my vehicle after an oil change appointment that I was finally able to schedule due to them hanging up on me twice. Now I have to take my vehicle to the dealership due to the poor maintenance services that they have done for it. Thanks for causing me more money and being rude. Don't go here take your vehicle to the dealership instead or do the repair yourself.
