My hood flew up on the freeway and smashed my windshield on a Sunday afternoon, and after being on hold with state farm forever I looked up this place. I wish I had called it sooner - showed up within 15 minutes, dropped my car at a shop, gave me info on how to get in touch with them the next day, and took me to a local dunkin so I could sit & call a car to get home. Quality place, quality guy. Highly recommend.

Jon was prompt and very friendly. Took my call right away and towed my car shortly after, hassle free. Would recommend to anyone needing a tow in the Norwalk area. Great service at a great price.
Edit: A couple years later (5/19/24) I needed a tow called Jon and he showed up right away. Continues to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and in general a very likable guy. If you need a tow in the FCT area you call him. These days it’s rare you get such wonderful service wish more businesses were like this. 1000 stars
I wish I could give Jon Velez 10 stars! My 90 year old parents locked the keys in the trunk of their car and we couldn't find the spare. We called Norwalk Towing and Jon was there 10 minutes later. Very helpful and pleasant gentleman who made a stressful situation better. I'm keeping his in my contacts for any issue going forward!

I can’t recommend this business highly enough if you live in Darien , Norwalk or Stamford. They came to help me with a dead battery on very short notice, got me up and running in two minutes and charged a fair price.
Wow! Norwalk towing was fantastic. They helped me out when my car died in CT and he was even nice enough to go out of his way to get me to my destination. I HIGHLY recommend them!
The driver was great highly professional and very good but 125 bucks for a sub half mile tow is a bit steep if I could have pushed it up the hill I would have coasted the rest of the way

I called for a jump start. They said that they would be there in a hour to a hour and 20 minutes. After 2 hours, I called, and they said they were running late, and be there in a hour and 20 minutes to 2 hours. Thats not running late that just unprofessional!!!
I needed a vehicle towed last minute. Norwalk Towing showed up and assisted my family less than an hour later. Quick and communicative. I would definitely recommend.
When my pickup broke down, I called Norwalk Towing at 3:15pm and was told that he was on a tow right now but could be there at 4:30pm. He arrived at 4:25pm and was fast and professional. I was done with the tow by 5pm. The tow price was reasonable and I definitely recommend him.
