1st time I was on hold for 10 minutes so i called back, when he answered i asked a question and as soon as the guy said no he hung up before i could ask another.
I can't say enough good things about J.A.X.S Auto Recycling! I was in need of a mirror for my car, and Johnny and the rest of the team truly went above and beyond. Not only did they find the exact mirror I needed in less than 3 minutes, but they also had it installed in under 20 minutes. The service was quick, professional, and the staff were incredibly friendly. If you're in the area and need any auto parts or assistance, I highly recommend stopping by. The customer service is wonderful, they move quickly and try their best to help you find what you are looking for. Their are alot of parts to choose from they have a whole junk yard full of cars and parts, I will be back again.

Johnny was super awesome, right along with Juan and the other employees !!!! Initially I was kinda scared going in as a woman without a man, because you always hear how; “you should go with a guy so you don’t get played “. Johnny made everything easy to understand and was quick through the process. They proved me wrong and I appreciate the amazing service.

By far one of the worst experience. I order a part, and I found it somewhere else so I decided to return it, they don’t do return, Ridiculous I never receive the part and they don’t want to return it
Customer service is horrible. Call or visit for yourself if you don't believe me. Overpriced. Shop around and you'll see. It's simply not worth it. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND AGRIVATION!

Jaxs is top notch! I needed a cd player for my son's car. Isaac delivered excellent customer service. He personally contacted other yards. He asked for a photo (which I sent to his private cell number) to ensure the dealer had given me correct information. They had not. There are four different players for his vehicle. Thanks to Isaac, we had the correct player for a reasonable price and in time for Christmas . Isaac even suggested I could pick it up from another yard myself to save time and money. Jaxs and Isaac get a 5-star rating and my loyalty as a customer.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ASK FOR RECEIPT BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT TO U THEY GOT ME FOR ALL MY MONEY N TOLD ME I DIDNT HAVE A RECEIPT WHEN I ASKED THE GUY SAID HE WILL REMEMBER ME AND HE CLEARLY DIDNT GO TO DENNIS AUTO SHOP IN BPT THEY ARE 100% RELIABLE AND HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOD PRICES BAD PARTS AND BAD SERVICE
