I'm a building contractor in Danbury. ct went to buy deck boards at ringsend in Bethel CT 1"×4" pressure treated deck boards the most expensive I've ever bought $24.80 for a 16-foot length ( which is price gouging because they only had a limited amount , would buy homedepot deck boards and rip in the future Not Good !! The customer service is not welcoming. they are not polite and You feel as if you are" begging " them to sell you, and even the red shirt at Lumber Bay was not present to show you where to load Lumber I'm very disappointed with service !!

Went in got helped right away to look at things I needed and then got helped with getting all the lumber from the yard. Store is very organized and prices are competitive.

Is good place, It's just that now there isn't as much paint as before.

Always great service, best lumber around. The guys in the lumber yard don't just pull your order, they give advice and tell you if some of the stuff you ordered is no good and that you should change it to something else. Can't beat that. I go here for most of the lumber I buy for any project

Ring's End will always treat their customers with total respect. They do not differences between consumers and contractors. Everyone who walks in that door are treated the same. They will help u with no matter the situation.

The gentleman who helped us was very patient and professional. He did a great job explaining the specifics of the differences between the options we were considering.

The lady in the Bethel Rings end paint department was mean and not respectful when I come to make order. After being customer for 20 years very sad that Rings end would have someone to talk to their clients in this manner.

I have always been happier with Ring's End products over other lumber / hardware stores.

Been a resource for over 35 years. The staff are great, inventory is reliable, but prices are getting higher and higher wit every new location they open..

I went with my Father to get a wooden gate for his fence. It went smoothly, and quickly. Which is all you want, when your mission is to get in and get out. Great service as well.

Terrible experience at the Bethel location. Our merchandise took months to receive and even then, one item was lost and never delivered. There was absolutely no communication from the sales associate until we called to inquire, which was numerous tines. We have spent thousands of dollars there in the past and this recent experience proved unsatisfactory in all areas. We lost the entire season using our screened in porch due to waiting so long for our replacement materials. The lack of communication and timely manner of having our merchandise ordered is unacceptable on every level. Extremely unhappy.

Great store. Very friendly. Extensive selection of lumber and trim. My go to lumber yard. Sal, in the yard, was very helpful with getting my stuff into my SUV

Rings End is and will be a nice place to shop.... people are helpful and must of the times you can get there what you need... their quality in their producs are the best.

This place is a joke! The guys in the yard are all aholes they act like they dont want to help you. They dont want to help with directions or anything. There was one lady inside with dark long hair which was a complete sweet heart but shes the only one. I know i aint ever coming back to this place. The crew in the back needs an attitude adjustment thats for sure. The guy at the exit gate this morning around 830am was so sweet and helped us out tremendously!

Worse customer service ever had in my life. Order online 7days before no update. Called 3 times to find out my order ready or not for pick up ? Every time they transferred to sales department took long long time to answer. After 3 times calling first time he hung up on me. Second time didn’t even answer.Thrid time asked little bit information again and then Hung up again.After that we went to store was nice customer service. Looks like they don’t want business on the phone. Never will order again from them anything!

Always very attentive and knowledgeable there's no joke these people know what's going on. Service is impeccable and if they don't have it they will find it for you at one of their other stores or can get it in for you within a few days.

One of the Best lumberyards i have been to. Courteous service from all employees!

Came on Saturday for a gallon of lacquer and nobody that was there could mix. The guy was out for the day, it was only 10:30 am lol. Came back Monday morning and again they said I have to wait for that because nobody there knows how to mix. Why sell it if if no one can work with.

While I rarely write a review. I wanted to say as a contractor I have been dealing with Bethel RE over 34 years and have always received excellent professional treatment. The sales staff, management, yard personnel have always gone above and beyond. If there is ever a mistake (which will always happen eventually) they a quick to make everything right. Thank you for your service. And also they good quality of material.JFK

Far exceeded expectations. My wife and i stopped to look at doors and windows, i was met by a friendly helpful staff who gave us a library of material to review. They explained choices and listened to our concerns. Feel like they pointed us in the right direction. By far the best rings end i have been to.

A larger lumber yard. Definitely a mix of pleasant and attitude. I personally feel they think you need them more then they need you. Warranty on materials is provided but the desire to make thinks right is not. What you say doesn’t seem to matter. Over priced and not worth it. Would never purchase from there again.
