What a blessing these guys are!! I Was driving up to Bethel to have lunch with friends. My check engine light went on. I had a half hour to get this checked out. Walked in, met Tom at the front desk, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He told me to pull around back, another guy plugged the computer into the car, pulled up a couple numbers. We had our answer. I live in SC. If I had a few more days I would have felt very comfortable leaving my car for them to fix. That’s hard to say these days, especially as a woman. My dad had to have a side view mirror replaced. Bethel Auto went above and beyond and treated my 82 year old dad with amazing customer service. You need to give Bethel Auto your business! Hard to find such good guys!
They volunteered to put a $2 bulb in my wife’s car without saying anything about a fee and then charged her $45. My wife never requested this. RIP OFF ARTISTS. SHAME ON YOU
Bought a hummer right off the lot. It was posted online and my husband called them and told Ant he ŵas buying it without looking at it first and Ant sold it to us the way it is. The best truck we own. My husband loves his hummer and it's about four years later we still have it. Great experience we had!
Rich was very professional. He scheduled my appointment for the next day, diagnosed the problem within an hour, gave me an accurate estimate and had the repair done by the end of the day. I recommend them highly. My car is running like new again!
Excellent work on a problem involving intake manifold done reasonably. Front desk and mechanic were pleasant to work with and things were carefully explained. A very good experience. I will definitely return!
My experience here was very short and quick but positive. The guy I met at the desk was very friendly, scheduled my appointment, I came back and dropped the car off and it was done within the hour while I got breakfast in town. All I had was a headlight out, but they changed it out quick and didn't go crazy on charges or anything, and all I can say is I appreciated it. I can't comment on bigger or more complicated repairs.

We bought a 2006 Subaru Forester for our son at Bethel Auto, and Greg, Al and Phil were great to work with.
Older Subarus have known issues so the Bethel Auto team worked with me to ensure they were all addressed before we bought the car.
After we took delivery, we had an issue with the radiator, and Al and Team took the car back and fixed it right away. We now have a terrific, reliable car for our son to use for the foreseeable future.

I would recommend avoiding Bethel Auto Sales. They told me they had replaced the rotors on the vehicle. When I had the vehicle inspected in NY several days after delivery, they showed me that the rotors had only been painted. I agreed to pay the asking price for the vehicle if they placed new tires on the vehicle. The tires that were on the vehicle at delivery were choppy and in poor condition. I've called and emailed as they stated that they wanted to ensure customer satisfaction. I've gotten no response. A very poor experience!
I bought my daughter a car here. Dealt with Phil and Al. I thought both were straightforward and easy to work with. Took delivery within a few days and all is good.
I want to give a huge shout out to RIch for always being so understanding and caring to me and my family. Rich always helps me out whenever I need anything looked at or fixed on any of our cars.
Rich is an employee that all other Bethel Auto employees should emulate.

Do not buy a vehicle here. The sales guy seemed nice but was fully aware there were issues and lied when I asked. The owner AL, doesn't hold up his end of the deal and charged me for a repair that was covered under the warranty. He lied and said they did the head gasket...all they did was seal it. I should've had a real mechanic check it out before I bought it..these guys are a bunch of crooks
Where to begin? The car had issues off the lot. Check engine light was on the moment I stepped in the car, not sure how or why they missed that and let a customer drive off the lot with it. Sent it back the very next day for repairs under warranty. About 5 months later and I’m on my fourth unique check engine code. Already sunk a lot of money into repair work and just today got a brand new CEL code, looking like I need to replace the catalytic converter. The car is looking more and more like a piece of junk.
Now on to customer service, communication was just fine until I cut them a check. Then customer service went completely down hill. Simply asked them what work they had done when I sent it back under warranty, got a snobby response and no information regarding the repairs. Still to this day I have no idea what repairs they did, i own the car I have a right to know. Starting to wonder if they even did repairs or just cleared the code and sent me on my way.
All said, I am very dissatisfied with this dealership. I will probably spend more in repair work then I spent for the car. But of course the whole time I was assured it’s a great car with no problems. Yeah okay. Lesson learned. I would recommend avoiding this place if you are shopping around for a used car.
One of the best local shops around. Very experienced and will never try to sell you something that isn’t needed. I’ve trusted them for decades with all of my vehicles.
Great garage,great people..they do good work,fixed me up with a loner car until mine is done..one way or another,rich or pat can hook you up..i highly recommend this shop.
Worse place to buy cars or anything. Bought a 2009 Chevy 2500 HD odometer rolled back 3 times and vvt messed up beyond repair. No brakes not worth scrap metal prices lost about 12k price tag and 3 k on parts. 15 k lost. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy not even to the devil himself to buy a car here. I am surprised he is still in business...
Do not buy a car here or trade your car in they lie about paying it off refuse to give me my paperwork in which I have been waiting for over a month, they don't return calls always say they got it but they really don't, reporting to DMV becareful
