Didn't tell me getting the keys would cost extra. Now my vehicle is parked at the shop because I can't afford to even get a diagnostic.

Chuck is a legend. He helped us out when we were in a serious bind during a snowy night on an icey steep road on the way to Strawberry Hot Springs. Chuck promptly arrived in his flat bed rig and rescued our car as well as multiple other cars. He was communicative, quick and confident. I am happy that people like Chuck are out there ready to help. Highly recommend.
Chuck is awesome! He was very calming and took care of my vehicle so I could focus on filing the report and tend to my daughter after my encounter with the deer. So grateful! 🙏
Chuck went above and beyond to help us out when our caliper snapped on our truck and we lost brakes. He towed us down to our hotel from Strawberry Park Hot Springs and then took my husband to the automotive shop across town and back to get the parts and tools he needed. He lent us a socket so we didn’t have to buy one. He even came back the next day to check on how the truck was coming along. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It’s rare in this world that you run into people this genuine. Thank you, Chuck!
5 stars isn’t enough to describe how helpful Chuck was in towing my vehicle. Not only did he do a great job towing us safely off a forest service road and back into town he also helped us the next day when we were having trouble getting the vehicle running again. I would probably still be stuck with a broke down vehicle if it wasn’t for Chuck’s Automotive and Towing.
Chuck was a lifesaver. Stuck 20 miles + away from town and I had no idea how I was going to get my broken truck back to somewhere were it could be fixed. Chuck could have fleeced me because I was completely in a bind and out of options but instead he was super cool, communicative, fair, helpful, and nice. This towing experience really made my day and sort of bumped up my faith in my fellow human, if I'm being honest. It's good to know people like Chuck are out there.

I was in a nightmare situation. I was going camping at Pearl Lake with my wife and three kids and my alternator went out about twelve miles north of Steamboat. I called two different outfits before Chuck. One didn't answer the other refused to come out. Chuck came out on Friday night on Memorial day weekend. He towed our camper to the campsite and then brought our vehicle back to Steamboat. He could of charged any amount because he was my only hope, but he charged me a fair price for the tow. He was honest, straight forward and fair. He even went as far to contact a mechanic on my behalf. If you have a choice in where you bring your business please bring it here.
Chuck is prompt and professional. I have had him tow cars twice and each time I was impressed with his professionalism. He was accurate with his schedule and has reasonable rates. He is the first person I will call if I need a tow in the future.

Awesome experience. I work for the Sheraton and we had a guest lock their keys in the car. Called Chucks at 1am and someone answered the phone right away in a friendly voice. In about 20 minutes the driver arrived and assisted the guest. Thank you!
Our car’s starter went out the day we were supposed to drive back home to Iowa. Chuck was fast and extremely helpful. He was able to tow and fix our car even though it was 2pm on a Saturday. We will be forever grateful for his service.
