$200 to get my car out and only 1 hour wait. We were out sight seeing and slid right into a mud bank. He came quick and helped us out for only $200 when other places were charging us $800. He was kind and super helpful. Highly recommend this company to help you out! They really saved our day.
Called about a tow and was told by the receptionist she would need to speak with the boss then he would call me back in 30 mins. Waited over an hour still no call so I called back. I had to give all my information again and said I would be getting a call back that day. It’s now the next day and still no call. When I called back this morning was told there was no record of my call or that I was needing a tow. This place is very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend using them.
I wish I could give this place a negative star. Call for a tow the lady took all our information and we were told they would be sending someone right away. That the tow would be there in under an hr. We waiting for 2 hrs thinking they got lost trying to find us so we called back several times for no one to answer. Then recieved a phone call from a different number about half an hr later to find that the same lady I talked to earlier needed all the information again. She got very rude and even hung up on me when I asked if anyone was sent like she said earlier. Never the less we called a different tow company. 719 towing and the nice guy came out right away and saved us $70.
I would not waste my time or money supporting such awful customer service at "Alpine Towing" they suck.
Outstanding service. Both Eddie and Shane have given me excellent service at different times. Hard workers and very helpful. Both of these guys have gone above and beyond!
After waiting for another tow company to show up for 5 hours. We called Alpine and they were there in less than and hour. Eddie was awesome and got us hooked and on the way in no time. Highly recommend them!
Charged me $187 for nothing. Failed to get my car off of an icy patch on a dirt forest road only 200’ off the main road. We waited 2 hours for them to arrive. After accepting our payment (which I should have refused), they then abandoned us in the dark and 0° temps, refusing to help us back to Springs and simply wished us good luck. We nearly slept in the local Post Office that night.
Don't hire this company. They'll take your money and leave you to die.

Called them after I was told yes from Fred's. Then Fred's towing backed out. This was an emergency because my friend was in a snow drift waiting in the truck. Alpine said yes. Thanks Alpine. Don't use Freds if you care about customer service.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I had an appointment to get my personal items out of my wrecked vehicle after paying them in full and they did not show up. I waited in front of the building until an employee showed up on unrelated buisiness, he was extremely rude and disrespectful and told me that he would not help me. I had to make several calls to the dispatcher before being allowed to get my things out of my vehicle. I will never use alpine towing again.
Keith at Alpine turned an unfortunate situation with a damaged car into a fixed issue, all while maintaining the utmost professionalism. This has been the best interaction with a tow company that I've experienced.
This place is a joke. Had to argue with the guy to get personal belongings out of our wrecked car. He wanted to keep the stuff in case insurance didn't pay. Sorry, that's not how it works. We had full coverage also.
We had keys locked in our truck in the middle of eleven mile recreation area and weren’t sure exactly where we were. The driver was patient and able to get back to us. Excellent service and really nice guy.
We were at the mercy of everyone due to a mechanical problem and were treated like VIPs! I recommend this company and the driver, Ben, any day! Thank you for everything.
Totally useless. I delt with Charlie and he did nothing and charged me $180. He then left me in a deserted town at 9pm in 0° temps. Very scary! If you're in a pinch call Fred's Towing in Woodland Park instead!
I WAITED OVER 8 HOURS FOR ALPINE TOWING. DO NOT USE ALPINE TOWING. By far the worst tow truck company i have attempted to do business with. I Called alpine towing...I have been waiting on the side of the road for 6 and a half hours now. Seriously. They said they only have one tow truck. ONLY ONE TOW TRUCK! I just talked to dispatch, they said it will be several more hours. They said it is completely normal to wait 7 to 11 hours for towing with alpine. Dispatch was as unhelpful as could possibly be. Terrible company all around. I will never ever use or recommend alpine towing to anyone. Ever.

Alpine is a pathetic joke of a towing company, after waiting 8 hours they said they would be several more hours and could not even give me an approximate time. Seriously unbelievable.
Horrible company! I was stuck up by the crags c.g. In divide. The tow truck driver got stuck way before he even got close to my truck, said he couldn’t make it up there. The dispatch lady was super rude to my wife on the phone. The dispatch all told my wife the we owed them $175 for the service that they didn’t perform, or law enforcement would be called. I called Fred’s towing, they got there fast and they pulled me and three other cars out . They were good at what they do and also cheaper!
When you're stranded in the high Colorado mountains this is the only company to use. My car stopped running and they were there in less than 30 minutes. They took me to my office end dropped the car at the garage. Great prices and the best service in the west. Very couteous driver and he was espesically careful of my car. Had a double tire blow-out this evening at dusk in a precarious spot along W US Hwy 24 near Cascade. Had to call my insurance and wait for the towing company assigned to me, which was going to be about an hour wait after getting off the phone. While I was waiting, a gentleman (I so regret not getting his full name or information since I figured it would be on the card I received) pulled up in an Alpine Towing truck. He was highly concerned about the spot I was stuck in for safety and accessibility purposes. He graciously insisted that he help get me into a safe location while I wait for my insurance services and was genuinely interested and concerned for my personal well-being in this situation. He refused any sort of compensation or the like. We want to recommend this company to anyone who will listen, no doubt their service is no less than tremendous.
Had an unexpected car issue which required a tow. Having never used a tow company before I was a bit apprehensive and somewhat leery. Alpine took all those fears away. Helpful dispatch and a very surprising courteous and careful tow driver. I guess all the horror stories you hear are just that...stories. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Alpine Towing as a reputable, honest company.
These guys don't even deserve one star since by law they cannot keep legal documents that are in your vehicle regardless if you have or haven't paid the tow and I have been trying for 2 years to get my legal documents out of my vehicle that is still there and I have witnesses that have heard them say I can't have my children's birth certificates. Therefore I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS
Had such a fantastic experience with Alpine Towing! Was stuck in Morrison with car troubles and needed to get to Grandby in a timely order. So glad I chose to use their company!! Great service and super friendly. Definitely referring them to everyone/anyone I know!!
The address is wrong. It's 38163 Hwy 24 Lake George, Co 80823. My car was towed by Alpine. Called to pick it up prior to drive to the edge of Teller/Lake County (across HWY 24 from the entrance to 11-mile canyon). We scheduled for 1000, not a soul available. Called again, said they were running a bit late. We grabbed a bite to eat then went back, still not there.
After repeated calls, someone finally shows up and we picked it up @1730. Poor management.
I was locked out of my car by my dogs while camping in Turquoise Lake. They said they would be there within the hour and they were. Daniel was so helpful and amazing! Thank you so much for your help!
