The team at Fred’s Towing is great. They communicate well and showed up exactly when they said they would. I just wish we called them sooner! (We waited 4+ hours for the group our insurance company assigned to us, who kept extending the time it would take for a tow.)

My family member got stuck on ice and had to leave the vehicle for less than a day on back gravel roads. It was pulled off of the road and not blocking it. They towed it saying the county told them to tow it and charged her $600 for the tow. This is an obvious scam to extort people during bad weather.
