Dwight is an excellent tow truck driver. He really did his best to make the situation right after I had been waiting for awhile to get towed. Good customer service is being honest when you didn't produce the expected result. Dwight did exactly that and I have a lot of respect for that. Honestly, I don't know if I would give Choice City Towing a full 5 stars, but Dwight earned the 5 stars no doubt.
WOW! A buck ran out in front of us and we were stranded with our dually and travel trailer. The first tow company the insurance company sent us was unable to tow both our dually and trailer, so they recommended Choice Towing. When Dwight showed up, he greeted us with a welcoming attitude and the best intentions. We were stuck on the Hwy with limited cell service and a bit frazzled with the stress of the situation. Dwight approached us with as many helpful options he could offer. Choice Towing- you have a stellar employee that enjoys his job! Keep it up!
This is the second time we’ve used Choice Towing and once again they’ve exceeded our expectations! I want to point out Jeremiah. He came not only promptly, but was so positive about the circumstance. He let my oldest son push levers and made him feel so special. And funny, after he left, a lady walked up to me and said “saw you taking to Jeremiah…you’re in excellent hands.”
