I never used towing company before and was very pleased and satisfied with their sevice! I definitely recommend Choice Towing! I did not spend much time waiting and getting my car to Pedersen Toyota. The service was great! They got to me in about 10-25 minutes and gave me and my friend back to our homes. The driver was super friendly and we chatted about cars! Also really cool to learn that if you're out drinking and don't want to drive but don't want to leave your vehicle, they will give you and your car a ride home!! Awesome service! Thanks again!!
Dwight is an excellent tow truck driver. He really did his best to make the situation right after I had been waiting for awhile to get towed. Good customer service is being honest when you didn't produce the expected result. Dwight did exactly that and I have a lot of respect for that. Honestly, I don't know if I would give Choice City Towing a full 5 stars, but Dwight earned the 5 stars no doubt.
