They told me they would be here in 20 minutes and proceeded to help another customer, I called to get an update on where the tow guy was to not even get a call back. They also do not support veterans what so ever. Will not ask for their services again.
Our car died in a hazardous location with the sun going down and no shoulder to pull off onto - Rich got to us in about 20min which was such a relief. He was so friendly and professional and took such great care of us and our car. He even helped try to get the window rolled up once we got back to our house since it had started raining and the alternator/battery was dead. The cost of the tow service was pretty outrageous though - if we weren't in such a bad location with the sun going down and a storm moving in, I would have taken more time to compare prices with other local tow companies.
Terrible experience. Driver, Jeremy, was extremely rude. Wouldn’t answer a question when I asked and wouldn’t look at me. Just said “I need the keys” loaded the car and just took off. No signature or info taken. Very poor experience, will not recommend.
Called to get a quote on towing my Jeep from Loveland to FoCo since AAA was taking so long over the weekend. Not only did Jamie have a driver out to me within 30 mins, but the price was incredibly affordable compared to other towing companies in the area. Will absolutely be using them from now on!
Nice helpful people! We moved cross country and shipped 2 cars ahead with an auto hauler, needed someplace to receive the cars and store them a few days until we caught up. Jeremy, truck 800, did a great job with this tow. Once the call was in he was extremely quick, and he got to me within 20 minutes. He was very competent at loading my truck up, and made a stressful experience for me (cause having car problems is never fun) as easy as it could be. He was a very safe driver and I felt comfortable the whole time. 10/10 would recommend this business!

I just had my truck towed from a parking lot in Fort Collins and had CRAIG take care of the towing. He was completed professional, very experienced, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company. His truck number was 007 for reference.
I would like to begin by emphasizing that we are all human and capable of making errors. However, when engaging in a detailed conversation with a business regarding the costs of their services, clarity is essential. As an educator with a background in communication, I pride myself on my ability to avoid misunderstandings and I am confident in my comprehension of discussions. After years of honing my skills, I expect that when I am quoted a rate of $1 per mile, it will be honored. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular company has revealed a lack of integrity in their practices.
I was quoted a fee of $75 for the pickup and $1 per mile for transportation, which I calculated would amount to only $80, given that my vehicle was being transported a mere four miles away. However, the representative claims that she never provided that information, despite my clear recollection of the conversation. This experience has prompted me to consider recording all future calls, as it is regrettable that one must resort to such measures due to a lack of trust in verbal agreements.
I urge caution when dealing with towing companies, as I have encountered similar issues with another provider. Although this time I was quoted $80 over the phone, only to be charged $91 upon vehicle pickup. For some, an $11 difference may not seem significant, but for an unhoused person, it means everything. This company also offered to cancel the tow; however, for individuals with demanding schedules, such as myself, the time required to find an alternative service is often scarce. Consequently, I will not consider using this company again, and I hope others take heed of my experience as well.
Unfortunately, I had to deal with a towing company again this year. Well, they say lightning doesn't strike twice. My insurance sent out Scott's Towing again the second time. See my first experience with Craig the first time.
Happy to report that dealing Jeremiah #800 was also an awesome experience. Not the friendliest but what a professional. He knew what he was doing. Got everything taken care of and like Craig, put the car exactly where I wanted. Got the job done period.
OWNER. Give these two guys raises. You've lucky to have them and you really don't want them going anywhere else. If I owned a tow company, I'd be having serious conversations with them. You know what they say, any help is a dime a dozen, good help is worth their weight in gold.

Jeremy with truck #800 was fantastic! He was down to earth and really cool to talk to. Immensely professional and even showed me the tow connections and where they were on my car. My biggest thing is he treated my car with the utmost respect, no door slamming or hard touches, all good handling and made sure everything was tightened, good to go before even adjusting his truck so the car was properly placed. I know it's in amazing hands on the way to the shop, I highly recommend the company and especially Jeremy!

The other night I had just got off from work and was stranded in a nearby parking lot. I am beyond grateful Jeremy #800 was there to assist me right away. He called me over the phone instantly after I requested a tow for my car which I really appreciated. He verified my exact location and gave me his approximate ETA. When he showed up he was very professional and was very thorough with explaining everything that was going on with my car. He told me that it was the cold weather that caused my battery to die out and also just an old battery to begin with. He gave me recommendations of where to go for a new one and how most places would help me install it right away. He even offered to stick around in the area in case my car didn’t start up again. As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars I will say that I am very grateful for his patience and amazing customer service. If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have made it home that night.

He then proceeded to help change my car battery in the negative degree temperature. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy went above and beyond! He showed up earlier than the estimate, loaded my broken down 2015 Jeep Cherokee really fast, and even went the extra mile to contact the dealership I was initially taking my vehicle to, and figure out it was not the right one and took it to the correct one for me. During our current rainstorm today, I was driving down the street and as I came around the corner hit a very flooded section of the roadway. my engine flooded and I was stranded in an intersection. 2 young people in a yellow vehicle stopped to help me, and out of the blue, a tow truck just happened to be driving by out of the blue, and it was Christi, who stopped and offered to help me and towed my vehicle to a safe location.
