These guys were punctual if not early (i failed to look at the time) to get up the canyon and rescue myself and my bike. I highly recommend them for any of your towing needs! Jeremy with truck #800 was fantastic! He was down to earth and really cool to talk to. Immensely professional and even showed me the tow connections and where they were on my car. My biggest thing is he treated my car with the utmost respect, no door slamming or hard touches, all good handling and made sure everything was tightened, good to go before even adjusting his truck so the car was properly placed. I know it's in amazing hands on the way to the shop, I highly recommend the company and especially Jeremy!

The other night I had just got off from work and was stranded in a nearby parking lot. I am beyond grateful Jeremy #800 was there to assist me right away. He called me over the phone instantly after I requested a tow for my car which I really appreciated. He verified my exact location and gave me his approximate ETA. When he showed up he was very professional and was very thorough with explaining everything that was going on with my car. He told me that it was the cold weather that caused my battery to die out and also just an old battery to begin with. He gave me recommendations of where to go for a new one and how most places would help me install it right away. He even offered to stick around in the area in case my car didn’t start up again. As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars I will say that I am very grateful for his patience and amazing customer service. If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have made it home that night.

When I informed him I can't pay that and that im homless and was staying in that car . He threw a fit , smacked the table and said" so what?, so I gotta pay for it?!? Man at front desk is extremely rude. I've had two instances where my car has been towed. One in which they wrongfully towed my car from my paid parking spot and refused to reimburse me the money. Second they towed my car (rightfully so) when I had major hip surgery and couldn't drive. The man who towed it was extremely sweet, let me pay and told me I could keep my car there for the week until I was able to drive again. Then had a friend go pick up my car and had a massive bright orange sticker on my driver side window that stated my car would get towed by the end of the day (they did not call and inform me of this). Which was TWO days after I paid. I called and asked why I was being threatened to be towed again, and the front desk was extremely rude. Continuously told me that it wasn't allowed for my car to stay there. This office clearly lacks communication and kindness. I'm simply appalled by their behavior, considering I payed and was very obviously injured.

Craig from Scott's towing was extremely professional and provided some much needed humor and conversation. He showed up earlier than the estimate, loaded my broken down 2015 Jeep Cherokee really fast, and even went the extra mile to contact the dealership I was initially taking my vehicle to, and figure out it was not the right one and took it to the correct one for me. Great communication and all-around great guy. Would 100% call on Scott's again in the unlucky event I need another tow.

Jeremy was extremely helpful! He helped tow my car due to a dead battery. Arrived way earlier than expected and was quick and efficient getting my car towed. During our current rainstorm today, I was driving down the street and as I came around the corner hit a very flooded section of the roadway. my engine flooded and I was stranded in an intersection. 2 young people in a yellow vehicle stopped to help me, and out of the blue, a tow truck just happened to be driving by out of the blue, and it was Christi, who stopped and offered to help me and towed my vehicle to a safe location. We needed to have our vehicle towed from Fort Collins to the Denver metro area on the Sunday morning of a holiday weekend. Scott’s Towing came through for us. Craig arrived more quickly than the estimate. He was polite, friendly, and super helpful. He offered to fill out the key drop info at the drop off location so we wouldn’t have to rush getting there. The price was also better than other providers we contacted. You’re never having a good day when you need towing service. We were stressed out and frustrated, but Scot’s Towing and Craig saved the day. We highly recommend.

Starting off by saying I own 2 businesses. Businesses I actually work for. Not a "towing company" Whoever owns this business is doing very illegal things. I parked and could even walk into my friends apartment until my car was towed. The business owner needs to invest more in legality. Kinda seems like uneducated people just towing cars for money 🤣 In the state of Colorado you need (24) hours legally. Also I parked near a field 🤣 If it was a real business they wouldn't be doing illegal things!!!!

We were visiting our daughters from South Dakota for the weekend. My daughter’s car needed a tow from Target to the local Ford company less then a mile away. It was the Saturday of Easter weekend. We have roadside assistance through our insurance. The insurance company contacted 3 other towing companies before they FINALLY got Scott’s Towing. All 3 other towing companies told me “it’s Easter weekend, we can’t get to you until Monday” even though they advertise 24/7 emergencies hours. We we’re so frustrated, we took the key to Ford and told our insurance company to deal with it after 3 hours waiting in the Target parking lot. Not only did Craig L. From Scott’s towing company come tow our car, he stopped by Ford first to get the key and got the car back to Ford. Craig had a great attitude and we were VERY grateful for his dedication to his job. What a nice guy! I’m sure this won’t be the last time we’ll need assistance in Fort Collins, we will ONLY call Scott’s Towing - Thank you Craig L!!!!!!!!

I want to write this review specifically regarding Christi (#800). I put in a tow request with my insurance and Christi from Scott's Towing came out to help me. She asked me about my car and I explained to her what was going on. My car wouldn't start and the dash lights and car alarm kept going off on their own. She mentioned it sounded like the car was in anti-theft mode and regardless of me getting a jump, first by my brother than by her, the car wasn't going to start unless the anti-theft mode was reset. With this info she asked where the remote was to my car. I gave her the remote, but I let her know that it had recently stopped working. The remote was needed for the reset and she was positive that once I changed the battery in the remote the whole issue would be fixed. To think that all I would need was a simple, $2 battery was wild. Well, she was totally right! She still towed my car to the dealership but came in with me and spoke to one of the service guys there on my behalf. She explained what she thought the issue was, asked if they had any batteries laying around to try out her theory, they gave her some, and it worked out exactly like she said. She brought my car back up to the front and took it off her truck as it was running! This is important because I was looking to trade in my car that day and a car that's running is worth a lot more than a car that isn't. Approximately $5000 more in my case specifically. And who knows what the dealership would've charged me to "fix it". Christi went above and beyond for me that day. She didn't have to do any of that, but I'm so happy she did and took the time to help me. If you see this Christi, THANK YOU again!

My truck had oil pressure issues on my way home and needed a tow. I requested a quote online when I Googled tow companies near me. Scott’s responded almost immediately, compared to about 5 minutes later from a second company. I was initially quoted at $88 online and told to call the company dispatched to set it up. When I got it officially requested it was $99. I was told a hour response and the driver would call when they were about ten minutes out. Almost right on time I received a call from Christi. Christi was a great definition of Customer Service. She dropped my truck off at the shop, and left the keys in the shops drop box for me so I could get home. The little things count. Great experience and highly recommended!

My daughter and her boyfriend got stranded at a gas station because her battery died. Someone at the gas station tried to jumpstart them but it wouldn’t work so we thought it was some thing different for sure. Scott’s came out and the driver was very knowledgeable. He was able to hook up a super duty industrial battery to her car and jumpstart it, right around the time my husband arrived. He told my husband where to go and what kind of battery to get so this situation would not happen again. Seems like a simple thing but it was more complicated because of the kind of car that she drives. Driver was so helpful/knowledgeable and we really appreciate it. Communication was great from the moment I placed a ticket with my insurance for tow services.

Although I was upset that my car broke down and I needed a tow, I could not have been happier with the service I received from Scott's Towing. I have a classic car and the driver, Craig I believe, took extreme care with my vehicle even mentioning that he treats cars as if they were his own. Once we got the car to my house, Craig took the extra step to help get the car into my garage. To do this, he put on a pair of rubber gloves so he wouldn't leave any prints on the paint. All in all I'm very pleased with Scott's Towing, and though I hope I don't have the need for a tow again I know if I do I would not hesitate to call Scott's again.
