Rear-ended on the Interstate by a pickup AND an 18-wheeler. AAA contacted these guys to tow me. Corbin went above & beyond to help me out in what you can imagine was a very stressful situation. Very highly recommended.

I had just paid for my vehicle to get it out of the tow yard at a different company. After an entire morning of battling with customer service agents from an interlock company failing to allow me to manually move my vehicle from the tow yard to my destination, I soon found myself fed up with the issue. My resolution was to receive help from a towing company outside of the one that I was currently in. Dreading the possible cost, as well as worrying about possibly having to schedule a later time/ date to have to come back and deal with the whole thing rather than taking care of it at that exact point in time while I was already there. Long story, short, not even 20 minutes later, the "Dedicated Towing" employee was already in site. Quick paperwork, a single signature, I then left, grabbed some fast food and by the time I was showing up at the destination, my vehicle was already on the ground and being unhooked. Fast. Simple, and at a very rational price. Not to mention good ol' Wolfgang had a pleasant and humble attitude from beginning to end. I appreciate how smooth things went once I chose to contact Dedicated and go said route

My cars wheel broke off and I was stranded miles from home, Collin from towing and recovery arrived immediately and got my car towed to my apartment so quickly! When I called, JR was extremely helpful and honest explaining the whole process to get my car to a repair shop. Wolfgang showed up quickly and had my car secured on the tow truck in no time at all! He even called me back to let me know my car was safe at the repair shop. Phenomenal service I would highly recommend!
I had Wolfgang Burton as my tow truck driver, and he was excellent—very friendly, professional, and a great guy overall. He got my truck onto the flatbed quickly and safely. Dedicated Towing was very fair with pricing and really helped me out of a bad situation. Even with how far out on I-25 I was, and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I’m ever in a bind.

Called for a tow and got quoted and Truck was dispatched and was there within 20 minutes after placing the call…Corbin was Very professional and polite and good sense of humor. very reasonable prices out of pocket if you don’t have roadside assistance service through insurance. Have used Dedicated Towing's service a few times now and it's always been a smooth and friendly experience, today with Wolfgang Burton, as well as the previous experience I had with a different employee. Never had an issue getting roadside assistance reimbursement from my insurance when sending Dedicated invoices, vehicle always arrives where it's supposed to when it's supposed to and with proper communication to auto shop staff. Always hope I won't need to but if and when I do need towing I'll be calling Dedicated again.

An absolute amazing experience with dedicated towing and recovery! JR was very kind over the phone about a quote for my oversized vehicle and dispatching a driver. Wolfgang showed up 15mins later and was very professional and friendly! Corbin was prompt, unbelievably kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about what to do when my car broke down and I needed to tow it to the dealership. He took great care to try to charge the battery to drive it up onto the truck. And it was freezing and windy outside, so he let my daughter and I sit in his truck with the heat on while he loaded my car. We are so thankful he was willing to come out and help. Highly recommend!
Dedicated towing always does an excellent job with towing vehicles for me and my family! They get in and out of tight spaces without ever damaging anything and they're extremely fast to get someone to me even after hours or at odd times. Absolutely the best tow company in town.
Wolfgang was wonderful when he came to pick up my stalled car. Knowledgeable and professional but also calm, approachable and reassuring in a very stressful situation. He carefully explained everything he was going to do and followed up to let me know when the car was delivered to the mechanic. I had called 2 places before, one I had to wait 2-3 hours, the next one the line was busy. Called Dedicated and they responded first call and the driver, Rob Hayes, arrived within 20 minutes of where I was at. This is how a tow service should be in my opinion. Rob made me feel at ease given my situation. Professional and cool, comfortable. Rob even dropped me off at my place/house in his tow truck along with dropping it off at the most convenient location given my situation. A+ customer service imo. 10/10 would recommend Dedicated if you're ever in this situation. 10/10 would and will call this company and Rob specifically. Was expecting to pay more than I did but I felt the price was very very reasonable. The quickness, response time, getting a ride home, cheaper than I expected, I couldn't expect more from a towing company and definitely exceeded my expectations for sure. Will be using you guys again if ever in the situation again. Thank you all! Especially Rob.
BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! We are completely stranded in the middle of no where somewhere in the national forest and desperately needed a tow … For real, from the moment I called for a tow, it was by far the best customer service that I could have asked for! The person I spoke with answered right away and was super nice and then the tow truck driver whose name was Rob was so quick to get here that the truck was towed and arrived to the shop to be fixed within 2 hours of my initial phone call! I am SO grateful and would recommend this amazing business to anyone in need of an awesome towing experience!
