Wolfgang was wonderful when he came to pick up my stalled car. Knowledgeable and professional but also calm, approachable and reassuring in a very stressful situation. He carefully explained everything he was going to do and followed up to let me know when the car was delivered to the mechanic. Great service! Corbin arrived quickly, talked is through what was needed, was understanding that needing a tow is never great news, bit professional and took really good care of us and our vehicle. If we ever need a tow again, we'd be happy to see him again, and would hope any other tow driver would offer a similar level of service. We needed a tow from Idaho Springs to Fort Collins. Dedicated made arrangements and provided a tow that promptly helped us.

I had called 2 places before, one I had to wait 2-3 hours, the next one the line was busy. Called Dedicated and they responded first call and the driver, Rob Hayes, arrived within 20 minutes of where I was at. This is how a tow service should be in my opinion. Rob made me feel at ease given my situation. Professional and cool, comfortable. Rob even dropped me off at my place/house in his tow truck along with dropping it off at the most convenient location given my situation. A+ customer service imo. 10/10 would recommend Dedicated if you're ever in this situation. 10/10 would and will call this company and Rob specifically. Was expecting to pay more than I did but I felt the price was very very reasonable. The quickness, response time, getting a ride home, cheaper than I expected, I couldn't expect more from a towing company and definitely exceeded my expectations for sure. Will be using you guys again if ever in the situation again. Thank you all! Especially Rob.
Today did not start out as planned! Driving a customer's van, the newly installed transmission failed. Dedicated Towing and Recovery took great care of us! Colin was prompt, professional and polite, and made short work of getting us to the repair shop. The crew at Dedicated has always taken great care of us and we appreciate the great service! Best tow service I have ever had. Wolfgang was very friendly and professional. He talked through how they tow and take care of the vehicle en route. The were prompt and texted me when the car was dropped off at the auto shop. The topping for me is that they provided all the documentation I needed to be reimbursed by roadside assistance. Hopefully I won’t need this service again, but if I do, this is the shop I will call.
These guys run a fantastic business. After they got location and edetails they said a driver would be there in 20min. Gary Bombard was there to help me in 15min. He was extremely professional, clean and provided a high quality service. Will definitely be using their services next time I need a tow.
These guys are great! I had to call them twice this week for an in town tow and a tow from the state line. Both Collin and Wolfgang were awesome to work with. They were careful with both vehicles and even gave me a ride to the shop. I recommend these guys above Abby tow company.

Gary B. drove all the way out to Greeley to tow my van back to Fort Collins. After I contacted dedicated towing and recovery they told me how long it would take to get to my location and Gary was there right on time.
Gary got my van onto the bed of the truck quickly and sufficiently. I’ve had other tow company’s scrape the bottom of my car while getting it loaded, but not today he did a great job. I called a few other towing services and contacted my insurance and this service was the cheapest. Thank you Gary and Dedicated towing & recovery!

My alternator died on north side of Old Town (FTC) and Team was able to be there within 15 min to haul my car to a local shop I use. Super friendly and timely service! Appreciated Wolfgang taking the extra measure to use a battery jump cell to provide power to roll up the windows.
Had a great experience this morning with Wolfgang at Dedicated Towing and Auto Recovery. I had to have my car towed twice over the last 4 days and Dedicated Towing was easily about half the price of the first tow company I went with. I really appreciate the explanation Wolfgang gave describing the towing process, what to watch out for in the future, information on reputable local automotive shops, and how to manually put my CRV into Neutral when it has no power. The extra effort taken to provide a safe, positive, and quality experience for myself and my car, and the equitable price of this service makes Dedicated Towing and Auto Recovery really stand apart. I've called them twice for two separate stranded car issues. They are professional, fast, knowledgeable, reliable, and affordable. My cars serpentine belt broke and we were under a time crunch since husband had to work later that same evening we were stressed to say the least and my mom helped to find this place and they were priced very fair and were more affordable than the other places I got a quote from . The tow driver was very informative and very nice and helpful in an otherwise not great situation. The service was also very speedy they got to us within a half hour , if I’m ever in a bind again I’ll make sure to call them ! Thank you so much to this company and Wolfgang for his help .

I myself was so stressed and anxious when my car experienced a gas leak (in all my years I've never experienced a gas leak from any of my cars). His ability to help customers relax and feel confident that all will be taken care of should be recognized and treasured by any and all that meet him and work with him. My car broke down just over the border in Wyoming on my way to move to another state, which was a very bad situation.
I called Dedicated Towing & Recovery and from the moment I spoke to the dispatcher, I was totally put at ease. They were incredibly helpful and they assured that I got picked up safely and without any problems. The tow truck operator, Corbin, called me ahead of time to confirm the pick up pick up and again when he was getting close to our location so that we didn’t miss each other, because it was dark. Corbin was skilled at his job. He was able to very quickly get my car taken care of and towed to exactly where we needed it, and even dropped the keys in the dropbox for us so that it was checked in first thing in the morning at the dealership. I didn’t even have to go to the dealership that night because Corbin took care of everything.
I cannot say enough positive things about the experience of working with Dedicated Towing at a VERY stressful time. But, based on the phenomenal reviews, it seems I’m not the only one with many positive things to say about them.
Dedicated towing and the driver Corbin saved me 30% off the nearby shops and went and got my diesel out of the poudre canyon the same night when I told them it was no rush after it broke down taking my bike up the pass. 10/10 would recommend.

BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! We are completely stranded in the middle of no where somewhere in the national forest and desperately needed a tow … For real, from the moment I called for a tow, it was by far the best customer service that I could have asked for! The person I spoke with answered right away and was super nice and then the tow truck driver whose name was Rob was so quick to get here that the truck was towed and arrived to the shop to be fixed within 2 hours of my initial phone call! I am SO grateful and would recommend this amazing business to anyone in need of an awesome towing experience!
I’m so glad I called Dedicated Towing & Recovery. Our toy hauler was stranded just west of Cameron Pass. JR, the gentleman who answered the phone, was very kind and helpful. He worked quickly to figure out a solution and was open to ideas on best possible routes to keep costs down. Their prices are very reasonable, considering our trailer was almost 100 miles away. They were able to send someone within less than 24hrs of my first call.
When Rob, the tow truck driver, brought the trailer to our home, I was blown away that he was able to get the toy hauler on the truck by himself. I didn’t realize operating a tow truck was an art form; he had amazing precision and skill unloading the trailer.
