I took some jewelry in here and a big guy told me it was fake. Then I took the same jewelry to a well known jeweler and he said it was real and actually bought it. Do better.
An unprofessional, lazy employee was rude and had no customer service skills or people skills whatsoever! I went in looking to spend 600.00 on a ring another employee showed me 2 days before and did not purchase it and walked out due to his unprofessional behavior. The dark haired man ?
Anastasia was fantastic! That’s twice I’ve been in and she has been so kind and genuine both times! You don’t always get pawn shops with people that are kind and genuine so it was so refreshing to experience! The other staff were just as great and I can’t thank them enough for helping this broke woman out!!
I just used pawn shops as shopping areas to find interesting and odd stuff. These guys had a great real that was a heck of a deal. And we're able to get me to get it purchased and out the door super quick. Don't forget to dicker, but like any pawn shop, if you know what you're looking at and know what to look for, you can end up with some good deals. Definitely check these guys out.
This place is super rude, my boyfriend just came back from trying to sell his monitor and one of the employees was super judgmental and RUDE! Of course they only wanted to offer my boyfriend $5 for his monitor, which we didn’t expect to be offered too much but it didn’t hurt to try and sell it. The employee helping him was nice, but the moment he turned around to leave the other employee who was not very pleasant commented “how even the monitor in the store was better than that thing”. I just think that is extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no need to make individuals feel bad about the things they take there!
I bought a bracelet from this pawn shop and the lock broke the same day. I have the receipt that clearly says items can be returned or exchanged within 1 day. But when I went back, the staff was extremely rude and refused to help. They said it was a “final sale” even though that wasn’t mentioned at the time of purchase. Very unprofessional and dishonest. This place sells junk and treats customers badly. Don’t waste your money here — total scam!
I walked out real happy with a JBL speaker and Xbox controller! Celeste made sure we were getting fully working items for a great deal, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service!

The best service I’ve ever received at a pawn shop! Celeste helped me and my boyfriend, she is so sweet! She helped us test our products to ensure they worked, we got a JBL speaker and an Xbox controller. We walked out very happy with our purchases, which we got for a great price! Ask for Celeste next time you come in!
Shopping at the pawn shop can deliver a lot of uncertainty at times… I’ve been shopping here for about a decade now, everything I’ve ever purchased from here has exceeded my expectations… But the real value is in the team of people who are employed there … The store wouldn’t be what it is, without the good nature of the people running it… ??

The store was clean and organized and I was greeted promptly. The sales person Celeste approached me as I was shopping to see if I had any questions and worked with me throughout the entire transaction. Very polite and knowledgeable.
Absolutely great staff every single time I come in I’m greeted with a friendly hello and treated very well. They do amazing deals and give you the most for your items as well. Everyone should go into this store. It is the best ever. I've been for a long time. Destiny is the boss lady, she is wonderful. She actually cares about her employees and the customers. Also there is Felipe he is a wonderful person too. I was looking at one the bikes there one day and he was helping me. We were talking and suddenly I started crying. He was so caring, kept asking if I was OK. I told him my husband had just passed away. He actually came over to me and gave me a great big hug. They're are all just wonderful, beautiful people. Destiny and Celeste were both awesome with their customer service. I had an issue with an item that I had just bought from them, and they fixed it immediately without any questions or bad attitudes. Both girls were amazing.
Now this is the real rating this store deserves. Destiny I think you should be awarded manager of the year. The over the top excellent customer service you provide us all, well pretty simple, you're the reason we all keep coming back and your skills of management will be rewarded and with your ability to change and whip failing stores back into shape and mostly on your days off. That kinda says it all and they should reflect their gratitude in your bonuss and paycheck... Cuz trust me other powers that be are noticing. How do you do it.. the stress test that you are under.
