I was driving a rental car far from civilization. I drove to Parts City and the person there spent at least ten minutes researching and putting in the proper oil. And he wouldn't even accept a tip. Top notch service!
Exceptional customer service! Our brake pads wore out during a trip to Steamboat Springs and we had a 4hr+ trip back home. Every store was closed in Steamboat on Sunday so we called Parts City to see if we could purchase the pads over the phone and have them leave them outside for us since we wouldn't get there until about 45 minutes after they closed. They insisted they would stay open for us. We got there bought the pads and they closed up shop. And if that wasn't kind enough the owner drove back by about 30 minutes later to make sure we had everything we needed. We were beyond appreciative!
