Can’t say enough about these guys. After getting messed about by AAA for 6hrs, I happened to be in kremmling and someone recommended them. They picked me up in town and took me out to the woods where my truck was stuck. Had it out in less than an hour and for over $1000 less than the other quotes I got.

These guys are Iife savers! We hit some ice between Kremmling and Rabbit Ears Pass and went off the road. We called them and the tow truck was right down the road. The gentlemen that pulled us out was so nice. Everything was happening so fast since we were on the side of an icy road that I didn’t even get the guys name that helped us out. Needless to say I can’t say enough about their repaonsiveness and ability to save a family in distress. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Blew a rear axle seal on my class A motor home on West bound I-70 near Idaho city. Nobody wanted to tow it backwards. Called East West towing and they had no problem towing it backwards. Smart friendly drivers. Recommend them anytime.

I called East/West thinking my car would need to be towed to the repair shop because it would not start. Within 5 minutes, Mike made a minor “adjustment”, the 25 year-old Subaru started, and life is good. Excellent service. Update…3 years later, East/West came to the rescue again. After hitting a rock and getting a flat, I waited for 90 minutes for a local auto shop employee who said he’d be over in a few minutes. Called East/West and they arrived within 15 minutes. Leo couldn’t have been more helpful!!! He had me on my way if less than 10 minutes. Great service!!!

Amazing service. East and West towing rescued us from a really bad day with our camping trailer. In less 2 hours they had it loaded up and off to the repair shop (which is conveniently partnered with the towing company). Thanks for your service!

Not actually 24 hours. Called at midnight last night (7/6-7/7), dude told me he'd get me in the morning. It's really great being a lone female stranded on the side of the road with a deer strike dead vehicle in the middle of the night. Another tow company in Craig said this place was closer and it would be faster, recommended them so I wouldn't be stranded on the side of the road for more hours. What's the point of even picking up the phone if you're just going to say that you're not actually 24 hours? Just let it go to voicemail and change your hours so no one wastes their time and better companies get the business.

Huge thank you to Mike & Shane. We broke down at Vail Pass on I-70 with our 38ft Monaco diesel pusher RV. Shane was on scene in smaller tow truck but stayed with us for about an hour making sure we were safe & assisting us getting info for insurance to cover towing cost & connecting us to repair shop to work on it. Mike (owner) arrived with big wrecker and towed us over 100 miles through I-70 mountains to the repair shop in Brighton Co. These guys go above and beyond to take care of customers & with more than fair rates. Highly recommend this tow company.

Not the cheapest out there and you pay a premium but you get what you pay for. Made the stupid mistake of driving down an unplowed road in my sedan and they were able to effortlessly tug me out quickly and professionally. No scratches or anything. Every last dollar was worth it, as they saved my job and probably my life as I was in the middle of no where ON A SUNDAY. Great people. Thank you Mike!

Price gouging, even the tow truck driver was surprised at how much they charged me. Took advantage of the fact I was still in shock after almost being in a head on collision. $400 just to pull me up onto the road, maybe 8 ft to the right. I live near Steamboat so I know for a fact that is not the local price for this sort of thing.

We had an accident with our 5th wheel and East West towing was on it? They arrived quickly and the whole crew was focused on clearing the road as safe as possible. The next day at their tow yard, they relocated the camper out of their tow yard and into a place where we could easily clean it out and gather our belongings. Great Crew at East and West Towing.

I can't believe how much these guys all went above and beyond especially the driver named Will. You guys are absolutely amazing and definitely know what you are doing! I 1000% recommend them to anyone. They drove over an hr to get to us. We were in a very sticky situation and these guys took them time to look come up with a plan and knew exactly what to do and our truck and camper came out in one piece off The mountain side. I can't Thank you all enough for your help! You all are amazing. Will knew we were having the worst day. And still knew exactly what to say to make us smile and have a better day. Thank you! Mike and Leo were both VERY professional!! Slid into a ditch up on grouse mountain and the came up and pulled us out. Every thing went very smooth and they were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I would highly recommend East West towing anytime for any tow!! Prices very reasonable as well!! I can't say enough good things about East and West Towing. My transmission went out a little past Kremmling at 9pm on a cold Tuesday night while I was on my way to Steamboat and they were there with good humor to haul me, my dead car, and my unhappy cat back to Kremmling. I live in Denver, and I spent over a week trying to sell my car to a junk shop while it was waiting in the East and West's tow lot. The pickup kept hitting snags and getting delayed and these guys were so great through it all. Finally, the guy who picked up my car did it without notifying me or the tow lot first and accidentally issued the check to East and West, and not only did they facilitate the pickup without warning, they shredded the check and we got everything figured out. Everyone I interacted with, from the first interaction to the last, was extremely helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. I am so grateful to have had a great company helping me through such a stressful time. No one ever wants to need a tow, but if you do, don't hesitate to call these guys... They'll take care of you. Thank you to everyone from East and West for all the help and a special thanks to Mike for running such an honest, friendly, hometown-feeling business!

Best place in town hands down. These guys are hard workers and unbelievable helpers. The owner Mike goes through the lengths. I call a lot of other shops and only got the voice mail. But not with East and West towing. Mike came out and help me. And got me going simply. His prices were definitely the best. The other business ripped me off sold me snow chains for $600 and they go for $150 at the local store. Mike and East and West towing provided the best service I ever had and didn't even take advantage of me. Anybody that use there service will not be disappointed!! Thanks East and West towing...👍

I had lost traction and ended up sideways in a creek. My Brother and dog were also with me. Mason arrived and was very calm about the situation and this made me feel at ease. Mason literally saved my night and was generously reasonable about the price especially for the kind of tow he had to perform. He even gave us a ride back to our trailer. I could not have asked for a better experience!! Call Mason for any tow needs!!

Wow! I am so thankful for East West Towing. Our son was stranded, no phone, service, then phone died. They had been working all day. They continued to work into the night to make sure our son was towed and safe. They called to make sure I knew they were on their way although there had been delays. They continued until they were able to locate him and let me know that he was OK and they were headed down. As a mom more than a 1000 miles away I worry, probably too much. I know. But, I am thankful for Leslie and the amazing folks at East West Towing! Now, this momma can rest. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

These guys rock. Mike and Mason showed up and took care of everything like pros. Full vehicle rollover recovery loaded on the truck in under half an hour.

Our truck overheated today outside of Kremmling while towing our 40' 5th wheel home to Denver. We called East/West Towing and they provided a very reasonable quote within minutes and had us home in time to take our truck to the shop before they closed for the day! Mike was absolutely the best to work with, extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle and trailer arrived home safe and sound. We had an amazing experience with East and West Towing - Miguel was the best! He got our rental car from Grand Lake to Denver when we struggled all day to get a tow through the rental company. They are prompt and extremely kind! Would highly, highly recommend!

On January 10th 2022, We made a call to this company on recovery & towing my 2017 peterbilt 579 & trailer from Gypsum co to Grand Junction co peterbilt dealership for fuel injector pump replacement. This after having a road service 'fixing it' twice with no results within hours & sitting in sub zero temperatures for a few days. This company within the spoken arrival time (arrived alot earlier) and pre-announced cost (no surprises) completed the mission professionally and with a professional recovery operator whom was a joy to converse with on our multi-hour ride to the repair facility. He performed duties flawlessly and careful attention to detail and offered stops for food etc. Of ALL my past experiences of 25 years in this industry , East & West Towing is FAR above all others ever used. Whether it's safeguarding equipment hauled or the people's safety, security and personal needs, they are the golden standard you can rely & trust in getting it done. Very reasonable pricing for whatever needs incurred, the golden glove service they provide, i proclaim to all ,, of any circumstance to call this company FIRST, save some time, stress & worries as they help you pre-plan the event up front. He even drove me to my hotel, bought dinner on the way, though i offered to buy his,... (pausing to word correctly).... I was simply flabbergasted on his personality, humanity, humor , too many things to list. After 5 days of hellish weather & survival on the rocky mountain snow zones & wasted expenses on failed repairs, calling East & West Towing first will be my 'hindsight 20/20' for years to come. Mike was one of the most friendly and honest tow truck services I have ever used. He went out of his way to assist two out of town travelers to help us get back on the road quickly. He also went out of his way to provide us with a point of contact for an local honest mechanic. I would recommend East and West Towing to any and all.

I was in an accident and they were there right away offering assistance. There were helping the police as much as the could, but staying out of their way. Once the EMT's were done helping the people in the other car and were done with me, they wanted to offered to tow my car to their lot, to a repair shop or to my house. Since I didn't know how damaged my vehicle was, I chose it to be towed to their lot. Not only did they offer to drive me home, which I didn't need as my wife came to pick me up, they stayed behind to clean up the mess and then tow my truck to their lot. They were very helpful, patient and very caring and concerned about how I was doing.

Mike was a life saver. We popped a tire at Winter Park Ski Resort. He showed up fast, was polite and professional and not only fixed our tire but showed us how to fix it in the future. This was hands down the single best experience with a car issue I’ve ever had! Thanks again Mike!

Mike and Homer with East and West Towing LLC up near Kremmling Colorado are amazing guys. Their professional, patient and tenacious attitude were the solution to every challenge that I presented to them. They're quick response was also astounding and a huge relief. Their experience and in depth knowledge of their wrecker and the techniques needed to safely get our vehicles stable was impressive to observe. Definitely give them a call if you need to get out of a jam. They're not afraid of hard work to get the job done especially if the weather chooses to make it difficult, as it did the last time we called them up to the top of a mountain to help load an 18k pound bulldozer. Crazy good employees. Thank you so much guys! My dump truck and bulldozer are both home safe and sound and wouldn't have been without your help. I highly recommend their service.

Mike and Miguel are literal lifesavers. They are super understanding and accommodating for emergency situations and especially in situations where they know people are desperate when they could jack up the prices/fees and instead they give you excellent service for absolutely reasonable prices. I cannot recommend them enough.

After calling other towing companies Mike the owner of East and West Towing had very reasonable prices without added extra fees.
