Wes the driver was the most genuine and polite individual! He kept in contact with me and he took care of me in my time of need. I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes. He is a stellar guy!! Good dude! I will always call Dads towing !! You are in great hands with them.
One of there Drivers was tailgating me for miles I couldn’t move out out of the way. Cause there was a vehicle In front of me When I got out of the way, he continued to flip me off and continued his road. Rage going down the road. He had a customers car. Going 95 miles an hour down the interstate. I don’t know about y’all, but I wouldn’t trust someone going that fast with my property . Let alone a commercial vehicle. That’s not supposed to be going that fast, especially loaded. One wrong move the damage. This big vehicle can Cause
Had car towed after wreck. The ppl were very rude over the phone. Needed to get something important out of car and they were so rude telling me they need $203 cash exact change and exactly one hour in advance when I was going to their yard to pick up my stuff out of car. Then when I get there said to me we aren’t opening gate until it is exactly the time I told you to be here on the min no later no earlier. They demanded cash before opening gate then said they would send receipt over the phone never did then called asking for receipt again and they asked for email never got a receipt and there was something’s missing out of my car. Would never recommend these ppl in a million years I don’t know how they are in business.
My vehicle was not drivable, and it needed to get to the certified dealership down in Grand Junction. Hyundai told me they had put in a request for a tow and the tow service would call me back. I was very surprised when it was less than 10 minutes.
And they told me they were on their way. The young man was professional,polite and friendly.
I've had a number of tow services i've dealt with over the years, but Dad's towing will be the only one I'll call if ever a next time. Thank you for the great service.

While traveling cross country, and stopped at a truck stop to see the Colorado River, we noticed a flat tire.
When we called AAA they sent Tyson from Dad's Towing. He was able to diagnose that our tire had a huge chunk of metal in it. He then navigated the AAA system for us and got our work order switched to a tow. He recommended a good tire store who gave us such a good deal that we bought all 4 tires from them
I highly recommend them, and Tyson in particular..
Dangerous. The black flatbed driver almost almost hit me twice and then proceeded to drive in both of our lanes on their way towards Denver this morning. Luckily we were in a construction zone so we were going pretty slow and I could stop in time or he would have wrecked for sure.
The guys showed up quick, was super nice, and made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. Everything was handled with care, and it was over before I knew it. If you ever need a tow, this is the company to call. Thank you John and Tyson!

John personally helped coordinate getting our key, made sure our car was safe overnight, and kept us updated every step of the way. His communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring. I’m a single mom and I was driving my three kids from Utah to Vail and red rocks for some epic concerts when my car broke down in the rifle area. We took it to a dealer in Glenwood Springs and then decided to tow it as far as AAA would let me which was Vernal Utah. John was so great in helping me get everything organized and rolling with the changes of where I was going to be towing it. He knew once I got to Vernal that I would be driving my car again and limping it back home another 3+ hours. He was so great and texted me along the way a couple times to make sure me and my children returned home safely. I hope I never have to actually have another tow but if I am in that area I will be calling them for sure. Derek ended up being our driver, and it was such a pleasant experience. Here he was driving around some lady and her three kids for over three hours, and it was a really fun and enjoyable ride. I felt extremely taken care by this company.
I had to have my car towed to other day. These guys took great care of the situation. They were meticulous about loading it and to special care not to damage any of the aftermarket parts. Would highly recommend.
John towed our broke down rental car from Aspen to buena vista' he was very professional and went above and beyond what the typical tow drivers should have to do, his truck is top notch my wife and I were both shocked how clean he keeps his truck not the norm from what we have experienced in past tows , we will use them again for all our towing needs, /// side note **you have got to hear his voicemail lol 😂 shows the kind of guy he is, pretty sure he bleeds towing, if that's a thing we have had several friends call just to hear it, hope you don't mind John lol

Yesterday 8/13/25 while heading east on I-70 in Colorado, two hours west of Denver driving my motorcycle back to South Carolina my clutch went out and left me on side of rode.
My insurance called John of Dads Towing to get me but I was way out of his normal territory…he agreed to come get me, he was 1-1/2 hour away dealing with traffic issues due to accidents but he got to me and took me 2 hours to Denver with out a second thought! Also just to note he did this while dealing with person loss due to the fires in his home town.
He secured my bike on his roll back perfectly and we made the trip with no issues
He did a great job, great attitude and excellent service…his office kept me posted of his arrival

I had my vehicle towed from Glenwood Springs to Denver. Trent was very prompt and even met me in Edwards so I could retrieve some personal items from the vehicle. Trent happily obliged and then delivered the vehicle in a timely manner to its final destination in Denver. Thank you Dads Towing, you were very easy to work with which is greatly appreciated.
We were far from home when my transmission suddenly just stopped working. I was so terrified and cold wondering if someone would be able to help me. Dads Truck and Auto responded to my AAA request and really calmed my nerves and made me feel as good as possible about the situation. I really appreciated them so much, and I hope they are available next time I call AAA this week, or that I can request them by name because this journey is far from over, and I'll need several more tows this week...
Mostly I felt safe and comfortable and that I was with someone I could trust. I really appreciate it.
My husband smoked the clutch on his truck, and we luckily have AAA. They sent out a driver from Dads Towing, and I was thoroughly impressed. The driver was responsive and was able to help us in a very timely manner.
I have been waiting for a survey from AAA but never received one, but the driver left such a great impression that I felt some recognition somewhere was warranted. He did a great job. Thank you for rescuing our truck!!!

The most professional towing Service I have ever received. Quick dispatch and even better true customer service and care. They took photos of my vehicle before ramping it, and at drop off and called to make sure that I knew my vehicle was secure. I knew that when the dealership recommended Dad's Towing that the towing company had to be honest, professional and thrifty...they are all of that and compared to other towing companies that just rip you off in so many different ways having Dad's handle my vehicle when I was out of town was a relief! Labor day is always hectic when emergency’s happen. My boyfriend and I bought a car earlier today and then shortly after the car broke down right in Glenwood Springs. Shiloh was the tow technician responding to us- and from the very beginning of the experience he was polite, positive and helpful. He took on a 155 mile tow on labor day from Glenwood to lakewood and dropped my vehicle right to my house- all while patient and positive! 10 out of 10!

Our Audi’s alternator died in Durango, CO. It looks like we’re on the front end of a recall as the repair will be fully covered by Audi. The nearest Audi dealer is in Glenwood Springs, 350 miles away! The Audi dealer in Glenwood Springs recommended Dad’s Truck & Auto in Glenwood Springs as their preferred tower.
Linda, the dispatcher at Dads Truck & Auto took great care of us, even calling the dealer to confirm that Audi was-picking up the towing tab and then arranging for Shilo to pick up our car. Shilo made a 700-mile round trip in one day to get our car safely delivered to Audi Glenwood Springs. He was very professional and very kind and had the car safely loaded in no time.

Had a broken axel on my tear drop trailer and after we got to a safe place Ryan discussed options and provided local knowledge and suggestions for repairs for a plan forward so I could make an informed decision. Made sure I had a number to contact him if I needed further assistance. His professional and caring conduct took the stress out of a bad situation and saved the day. Our driver was Troy/Roy 😊 he gave great service and advice, he was our guardian angel. We were heading home from our vacation (Breckinridge to LA) hit ice, banged our vehicle and unable to drive. We were picked up by the hwy towed truck and dropped us at the nearest rest stop. Contacted our triple A service & Dads Truck Auto (Roy) come to our rescue. It only took them about 25 mins to get us out of the canyon. Roy could see we were all shook up from the event that happened. He informed us, let’s call nearest rental car service and get your family there safe. Which he did helps us on that too, since are cell service wasn’t great in the area. Once we got our rental, he helps us unload our luggage and transferred to the rental car and made sure we had everything we needed. And we exchanged all our information so that our insurance would take care of everything with Dads Truck Auto service. My husband, teens & I were great full and thanked Roy so much & how caring he was to get us safe. He went above and beyond his duties.
