Went online and filled out their form. Gave as truthful information as possible, including that the vehicle doesn't run, and where any damage may be. The vehicle was complete but non operational with a clean title and keys. They sent me an offer of around $350. The company never called to shchedule pickup so I called them. When the driver came to pick it up, he decided to only give me $250 as there weren't enough premium parts... although I ultimately accepted the offer I feel like they should not have made an offer before coming if they are going to renegotiate.
Editing my previously 5* glowing review. I was contacted today by CoPart stating they needed additional paperwork because the car I sold has a salvage title, which I dislosed to everyone along the process who asked. Not sure how this was missed and is now my problem. I'm not happy about having to take time to go to the library, print out a form, take more time to mail the form at my own cost. Cannot believe they came so highly recommended when they're so unorganized. So much for a smooth, easy process.
The entire experience was a mixed bag. Submitting a review at the request of Bernardo - he, the rep following, and the receptionist at the Colorado yard were incredibly helpful, and in the latter case, cognizant of my concerns and frustrations with the process and people involved.
Their titling department however, and general policies and procedures to assist with selling vehicles is lackluster and bordering on rude given their capabilities in the insurance industry. They frequently misunderstood my requests, concerns, and refused any possibility of handling titling through standard documentation given both my availability and their own oft-repeated concerns about fraud with their tow drivers.
Nonetheless, the entire process took about 5 days from starting the process with Bernardo, to the tow driver picking up the vehicle. While I've yet to receive my check due to my availability, I should ostensibly receive the check in the coming days. I can also similarly confirm that they outperformed a local competitor by about $300.
Again, mixed bag, but a generally efficient process if nothing else.
Called because they advised that they buy junk cars . Which is a lie , they ask all kinds of questions, my car has a clean title and just because I didn't have the keys because I lost them . They didn't want to make an offer . I was straight up truthful .
I was selling my dream car that I bought and paid off, and then it died 2 weeks later. Needless to say I was bummed. I made one phone call, was transferred 3x, and they picked up my car in less than an hour with a check in my hand. They were $200 more than the other 2 companies I contacted. Extremely smooth process. From the first call to scheduling the pickup and the tow pickup everything was super easy. I worked primarily with Miguel. The tow truck driver was very courteous and I received payment as promised.
Trash service. Could never really get a hold of anyone. The day of the pickup they ring the doorbell and waited maybe 10 seconds. I went outside they were sitting in the tow truck and then they saw me and left. Never ever will I recommend this service to anyone.

Joyce asked me to respond. Your service was very poor. Bad phone connections on your our side. Pick up was a day late. I let you know that the car would need a jumpstart. Driver didn't have a jump starter. I had to help push the car to the street . I expected $400 but got only $275. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

The whole process of selling my car was so quick and easy with Cash For Cars! Shaan was very helpful and polite. I guess I got really lucky with how much I got for my car. It was basically totaled but for what it was it did still have some good value as it was a 2012 Chevy Malibu. The damage was mostly aesthetic so they got a good deal but I couldn't drive it anyway so I took what I could get. In any case the process was so easy I didn't have to send them any paperwork. I just had to have my title in hand when they came to pick it up and they had my check there for me as well.
