I called for my Kia Sorrento 2013 sx looking for a bumper when I picked up I was sure I had the right parts he said he pulled the parts from a 2013 Kia Sorrento and was told I parts would fit but he pulled parts from a Kia Sorrento ex and was not interchangeable. I called to see if he would take the part back for maybe 1/2 and was told to have the body shop call him as if they were wrong. No customer service just looking to sell parts now I’m out 150$ thank you!
I ordered a part from this place and paid $70.33 for anti theft module for my 05 Toyota Camry, waited a whole week and a half, drove all the way from pueblo to Colorado springs to go get it, got home and we put it in only to find it didn't work, so we called Toyota and they said that it wouldn't work because you can't reprogram a used anti theft module, we would have to get a brand new one and have it reprogramed. Not sure if they knew that but they should've told us if they did, so we called and asked them if we can return it to get my money back because I don't want a part that I can't use, I'd rather have my money back and the guy we spoke to said we could return it and get my money back, so me and my boyfriend drove all the way back up to springs to return it and once we got there the older guy, I can't remember his name but he was super rude from the jump. We told him we wanted to return it and get a refund and he said "is that the part that they said they wouldn't take back" I'm assuming he was talking about the place they ordered it from, anyway he took the part and he threw it on the counter really hard and grabbed my card and the receipt to do the refund and was just really rude and aggressive about it. Also I haven't seen the money back on my bank account yet. All the other guys here were pretty nice besides this guy. I don't think I would go here again or recommend it to anyone tho
Thank you Jake & the rest of the staff for helping my husband & I source out exterior parts for my 2006 Hyundai Tucson Limited Sport Utility SUV 2.7 liter 6 cylinder semi automatic. I highly recommend that anyone that has a foreign car or SUV to go them for your needs. .

As far as recycle guys, Jake was friendly, and I even had a problem with my part. They are going to replace it!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
Great place for used part on your foreign vehicles. I checked everywhere for a specific part and they not only found it but at more then half the price and faster then what was quoted. Extremely pleasant though the whole experience. Would highly recommend!!

Great guys here. Very knowledgeable of vehicle parts and they have a large inventory. They have parts already pulled from vehicles and two large lots where you can pull parts yourself. I have better luck here than U Pull and Pay as most vehicles still have parts, the cars aren't destroyed, and there aren't disassembled engines laying on the ground everywhere! Thanks guys for all that you do!
The sunroof on my Honda busted last week, gave these guys a call yesterday and I picked up the sunroof replacement glass for my car today excellent service. Will be using them in the future!
Needed a window regulator for a 2017 outback. Tom had it ordered from another yard. He had it bagged up, and ready for pick up 2 days later.

Ive been using BFUP for 20+ years. Tom and Don are always great to work with, and will go out of their way to get what you need if they don't have it on hand. Prices are always fair and reasonable in my opinion. I love an old school parts yard where you can walk around and explore (and they don't charge you $2 for the privilege).
Saved me paying $250 for the same part through a dealer. Also was willing to allow a money back return for the part if it didn't work. What we even nicer is they saved us time by getting the part off the vehicle before we got there. They also had adequate parking and don't ask their customers to stand down in an alley talking to a screen like a certain competitor.
These guys had a part I could not find anywhere in the state. After calling literally a dozen different stores including dealerships, these guys had what I needed when I needed it. When running a shop, this keeps my customers happy. Thanks for making my shop look good guys.
Called looking for a 1st gen crv back glass, and they had it in stock! Had it in my hands thirty minutes later. The gentlemen at the front counter were super nice, and had a decent conversation. Will keep coming back, and recommending to friends

I was trying to round up matching parts for a car so I didn't need to paint it. Tom was amazing -- he found what I needed, called back when he said he would, was up-front about what it would cost, and communicated well.
But then he went above and beyond. He knew I was driving down from Denver to pick up these parts. That morning, I received a phone call that he was sending a truck to Denver (that apparently had extra space) -- and he asked if it would be helpful for me if they brought the parts to Denver for me. (Spoiler: It was very helpful.)
I love that he pro-actively looked for a way to make my life easier -- phenomenal customer service!
Needed a hard to find part. These guys didn't have it, but they got on line (via their national search system), found the part and gave me a price and delivery date over the phone. Great service. Great attitude.
I haven't bought anything from them yet but when I called about a automatic transmission for my 03 Saturn ion they said they had what I needed hopefully it it will work and hopefully i can write back with a good review very soon.
I went to buy a special part for my son's car and found another more than I was expecting. All the fro t end of my son's car were there and undamaged. His car was hit by hail and I've had a hard time replacing them. Both fenders, the hood, and two plastic covers cost $300, this is cheap. The parts at a body shop would cost $1400, without paint. I was lucky to find these and the parts were the same color as his car.
My ex husband and daughter bought a replacement motor from this company for my daughter's car and they gave them the wrong motor. Tom refused to take it back stating it was my ex husbands fault. He refused to take his calls or call him back and will not return my daughter's money. A reputable dealer would take the item back and refund the money regardless of whose fault it may have been. Will not purchase from them again or refer anyone to this company. Very poor customer service.

Best salvage yard I’ve been to in my 32 years of life! The owner is a great guy and exchanges are hassle free if a part is faulty. I’ve been here 5 separate occasions and always left happy. The prices are always fair and they have a great selection of import vehicles
I'll be honest, I have never had them work on a car here, but I think a mechanic is someone that you should be able to trust. Trapper is not one of those people. Again, nothing on the business, just one of the lousy people working there, I would go to someone else for sure.
They are helpful and knowledgeable. I went to get a window for my car right as they were about to close. Instead of being grumpy about it, they helped get it out for me so they could go home on time. I saved a bunch of money and got the knowledge I needed to successfully replace my window by getting one out of the wrecked car.
I have been using these guys for years. They have always been kind and helpful with the things I've needed. And fortunately the have a lot of my kind of car lying around, so parts are easy to find! Prices seem pretty good, although I don't have a lot to compare with.
