Love this place was looking for the nipple for the power steering pump for a Subaru Impreza they had the part they pulled it and it was cheap and it works as should
I was in a pickle. I call American & import Auto. I needed a part that needed to be pulled out of a vehicle. Normally, you will call and it may take day or two. Since I was in a pickle, they immediately pulled it out within hours. I pay for it online. They was nice enough to put the part somewhere aside for me to pick it up after hours. Due to the fact that the holidays are here and they were not going to be open to January 2. That’s what business is all about. They care of the customer.Thanks for everything, Guys. We use American & Import on a regular basis. Great friendly staffed business that has a surplus of quality used parts. They are generally very quick to get the parts that we need ready for us in a timely manner. Would highly recommend using them as they're the best recycled auto parts vendor in town! They have such eclectic decorations to look at while they look up your parts. If they don't have it they find it and refer you to who has it. They are really personable and helpful. I highly recommend starting with them.
I have been struggling for a few days trying to find car parts calling incredibly rude people who just would not listen and when I called American & import they were an incredibly kind and made it very easy for me, and when they find out right away that they did not have the part they quickly directed me to a place that did. The entire phone call was less than a minute and a half.
I am not a dealer, just end customer. Ordered several parts for my car. Was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism. Very quick shipping, friendly interactions and the most important - willingness to resolve issues. Definitely 5 stars.

This place was great! Not only did they sell me the parts I needed less than I could find it online, but they also gave me some of the pieces that were attached to it. This saved me a lot of money because those additional pieces I was going to order from the dealer. By being nice they saved me at least $80. I’ll be sure to contact them first for any other needed parts. Very nice people here.
Another thing worth noting is the u-pull yards are getting expensive. Places like this are convenient, and most of the time, have the same part you’d spend all day pulling for near the same price. I prefer to drive to this place than waste all day lying in someone’s pee on a dirty lot having to pull the part myself in a u-pull yard. I haven’t been to a u-pull yard in years. Places like this are worth calling first!

Great place to buy parts from. I purchased a front differential over the phone, paid for it so that they would then get it pulled from the vehicle. When I picked it up I had them look at my old diff to confirm it was the correct gear ratio. Come to find out, it was not. I gave them the wrong gear ratio, my error. They were nice enough to open up the good diff to confirm it was not the correct one. They refunded my money and all. They were very professional and great to deal with. I highly recommend them.
I called ahead of time on an engine I wanted to purchase, when I arrived after a 30 minute drive they had increased the price they quoted. The staff was rude on top of that and then they decided they were going to insult my wallet when I told them I didn't want to pay more than the price I was quoted. The old lady that works there is rude and I would not suggest anybody doing business with them this is the third out of 3 negative experiences my partner and I have had.
Fantastic purchase and excellent 5 stars customer service at this salvage yard. We were looking for a rear bumper assembly for 2001 Silverado 1500 and online description of the part they had was detailed and matched exactly what we saw in the yard when we arrived. Very professional and friendly staff. They removed the bumper for us in less than an hour, could not be happier with the final result. Not to mention the great price. Highly recommend this salvage yard. A+++
Awesome customer service great prices and the dog was an added bonus , needed parts for my 2013 ram and they had the perfect match . It's hard to find to say the least that year for Dodge was a disaster . To the employees hats off to u for a smooth visit , thanks again be back soon
This the first place hubby calls for parts. Ray and his staff are great. We never had issues and the prices for parts very reasonable. If they don't have a part, they can locate it somewhere else. I highly recommend calling here first before anywhere else.
Katrina and her staff made multiple phone calls and trips to a vehicle in their yard to help us out. They removed the components necessary to access the parts we needed and did so for a very reasonable rate. The only way they could've pleased us more is if they'd relocate to Denver!!! Highly Recommend!!!!!
Called here needing a part, talked to Katrina, and she was very pleasant to talk to. They didn't have the part in stock but she still located the part for me and told me where to find it!! Been looking for the part forever so that was super helpful. This place will definitely be my first call next time!

Called and found a rear differential carrier. I was told it was in good working condition. I payed $300 for it (a new one is $400) My wife was in colo springs on business so I had her pick it up. I got back from hunting camp last night, inspected the part, found a chipped gear,cracked pins, and a broken internal part, I will find out tomorrow how they will take the return as I live 3 hours away. If they work with me I will raise it to 3 stars. Maybe a closer inspection of the parts prior to sale would be a suggestion.
Prices are reasonable and they'll even pull the parts for you. I have bought parts for my own personal and work vehicles as well as referred many of my customers to this business. Although you'll be getting "used" parts, most often the price is much more affordable than buying new. I usually speak with Shawn or Ray because of their vast knowledge of parts and vehicles. They have great customer service and do their best to make people happy. I do suggest however that you bring your vehicle (and/or the part) just to be sure that the part you are picking up is the correct match. I have worked with other salvage/recyclers here in town, but have had the best experience overall with this company. I have referred people to them for the last 11 years and plan to keep referring business their way for years to come.
