Professional and very kind. Victor pulled my totaled vehicle out of the middle of the road on Powers. He was very accommodating when I asked if I could get some things out of my car at a safer location. Not only was he very understanding but also assisted in locating my military ID card and facility badge for where I work on Peterson SFB.

Knob Hill was sent by Tesla to take my baby to the service center. They quoted ~40 minutes, but the guys were there in less than 20! Very professional . They even let me know Tesla would be closed and what to expect. They texted when she was dropped off, then called to tell me who they spoke to there. Thank you!
Thieves. They tried to steal our legally parked car (that has no liens/holds/fines/etc). Ramp was down and they were about to hook up when we confronted them and they sped away. We have the dash cam video as well as security video from a local business. Sherriff has been notified of attempted car theft.

Dishonest Pricing & Poor Customer Service
I was quoted $300 "port to port" with a fuel fee, but was shocked to receive a final bill of $1,424.80. At no point was I told there would be a per-hour rate or any additional fees beyond the original quote. When I brought this up, the company refused to work with me or adjust the invoice total in any way.
This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. If I had been informed of the true cost structure upfront, I would have looked for another option. Completely unacceptable business practices — be very careful if you're considering using Knobhill Towing.
Austin was fantastic. He recovered our diesel pusher after it was high-centered on the rear frame. From the first call, his communication was clear and respectful—he explained each step and never talked down to us. On scene he used the right rigging, protected the coach, and worked methodically—no drama, no damage. Quick response, fair pricing, and a courteous staff. Highly recommend.
Knob Hill Towing was amazing as the weather was not good last night due to the snow and very cold weather, I called several towing companies as I was just north of Black Forest. KHT was the only company that would come out to help me get my vehicle out of the ditch. Anthony the driver was amazing and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend KHT!!!

On July 31st, 2025 at 5:46 PM, one of your tow truck drivers was driving dangerously and aggressively on Powers Blvd. I was already braking for slowing traffic and had my hazard lights on to let the driver behind me know we were stopped up ahead. Instead of slowing down, your driver came flying up behind me at a dangerously high speed—so fast that I was forced to swerve toward the median to avoid being rear-ended.
The driver then swerved into another lane, still going well above the speed limit. I have dashcam footage with timestamps and GPS data that clearly shows the incident. This wasn’t a “close call”—this was a near-crash that could’ve been fatal if I hadn’t reacted as quickly as I did.
Your company needs to seriously re-evaluate who you allow behind the wheel of your trucks. This was reckless, unacceptable, and incredibly dangerous. If you’d like to review the footage or discuss this further, I’m happy to provide it.
Austin was the BEST & ONLY GOOD PART IF OUR YESTERDAY! After breaking down on a busy highway, trying to get tow trucks that could handle 15,000 lbs and 33’ long class C RV, and 9 hours waiting, Austin brought sunshine, hope and professionalism to our ordeal!
He loaded and unloaded our RV, Milli, as if she was a feather… nothing even moved from its place in the 20 mile trek!

Thursday on 7/24/25 I went in to get property out of my car that was in an accident the night before the lady in the front office was extremely rude said I wasn’t allowed to see my car or get my property out myself. I think her name was galena. But jhay went and grabbed my clothes and work stuff for me and even a picture out of it for me. I called today on 7/26/25 and the lady that answered was extremely helpful and explained everything and told me I wasn’t supposed to be able to grab anything out of it
Knob Hill Towing advertisement said the cheapest towing on the website, but they quoted me double the amount another towing service offered. They were nice to talk to, but not the cheapest.
Was Very Friendly, amazing work, I have a lowered car with a splitter and Defuser and instead of breaking them he made sure he avoided it at all costs. Definitely recommend. Austin was my tow truck driver.
One of your drivers just ran me off the road. He wasn’t looking where he was going and forced me to act quickly. Thank goodness I was paying attention or both of my kids would have been seriously injured. Maybe send your drivers back to driving school

Their lady answering the phones is rude, the company does not disclose their costs upfront prior to towing or accurately, they charge you out of bounds rates when the majority of the area is considered in bounds and then add additional unknown winching fees again not disclosed, they take the money upfront so you get screwed and then try to dispute what they have charged and have to deal with the rude lady. I would not recommend!
My car suddenly turned off in the middle lane during rush hour traffic while I was driving home from work. I was stuck in a very dangerous situation. I called a few other towing companies I had heard of before, but they all gave me an ETA of 2-3 hours. I called Knob Hill Towing and they got my car out of that dangerous situation quickly and efficiently, and we took care of the business side of things once we were in a safe area. Thank you to both the dispatch operator and driver who helped me!
We broke down recently. Mara (dispatch), was kind and thorough with getting details to help us out of a bad situation. She even called back when the driver was close to verify location. Excellent customer service.

Wonderful experience with them, my wife wrecked her ATV and was life flighted with serious injuries. They recovered the ATV and all my items left at the scene. They also kept us informed during every step. Highly recommend!
My truck broke down not too far from my home. I needed a quick and fair priced tow, and that’s exactly the service I received. Heather answered my call and was quick to get my information and an E.T.A. of 30 minutes. Ryan, arrived early, and had my truck loaded up safely. He unloaded my truck in my tight driveway with precision. Very courteous and professional! Would highly recommend.
I would give them six stars if I could. My experience was incredible. We waited at the police impound lot to pick up my neighbors kids' car exactly 40 seconds for the truck to show up ( driver happened to be dropping off a truck) the vehicle we were picking up was a non-roller however the driver loaded and unloaded with no extra damage. Great job guys great price, thank you.
