However, it took 2 hrs for AAA to get me a truck, 4 calls, miscommunication, and agents who were stupid and unresponsive. No happy with them at all. Not the norm at all.

Excellent service, Great communication. Came out to my car to go on a play date to find a flat tire. Putting on a spare something we normally do ourselves but with my husband out of town, a baby and this cold weather I really needed the help. They were punctual, professional and very friendly. Wow! It is not often that I get amazing service. These guys answered the call on a Sunday night after another vendor for AAA mysteriously canceled my service call. They kept me informed of their arrival time, were friendly and professional and got me on the road quickly. I won’t use anyone else.
To start with I ran out of gas. I had no cell service on my phone so I couldn’t call anybody. I did call 911 finally and ask them to kindly call AAA they did not. They did call my daughter though. AAA people were so so nice and considerate, they called me back a few times to let me know their ETA. Jeremy came out and took good care of me and put gas in my truck. He was very considerate and kind. Thank you AAA.

Life savers!! I just moved to Colorado and have been having the worst luck ever & me locking the keys in my car was just the icing on the cake. Jeremy got here within 20 minutes of me putting in a request and unlocked my car in literally two minutes. He even told me where I could get a replacement battery for my key fob. They were both so sweet & our small encounter made me feel better about the whole ordeal. If I’m ever in a similar situation again I’d definitely reach out to them!

This is by far the best tow company I've had help me. Their customer service was above and beyond, the came as fast as they could helped me into my car and just made a horrible day so much better with kind words, understanding, help, and hugs. This company was extremely efficient, and excellent communication. From the time I initiated the call, i waited about one hour for their arrival. They called and discussed their plans immediately with me. I was in a difficult area to access and they did not give me any hassles regarding that at all. After arrival, it took just a few minutes to unlock the car.

I was referred to Set Free Towing from a friend. They communicated with me very quickly regarding my issue. They were very prompt and helpful to me in dealing with my collector vehicle. They have a great eye for safety and detail. They were able to get my vehicle loaded up in just minutes and on its way. I was impressed by their efficiency and watched as they loaded the vehicle.
You can quickly tell that they know what they are doing. I haven't had a need to use a towing company before but now that I have worked with Set Free Towing I know who I can depend on in the future.
