Very positive experience! Melissa at the office was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and responsive to communications. Derek and Dozer showed up exactly on time for pick up of my vehicle. Smooth loading and transfer. I got the best price of 5 different salvage companies. Highly recommend.
I called 4 junk companies. The 5th call was DEPENDABLE JUNK CAR. Totally different experience Melissa took time with me, offered MORE $$, made the process so easy. They did "EXACTLY what they proposed!" FRED, the Towing Specialist was personable, professional and punctual. He called to arrange a pick up time, was on time, we signed the paperwork, I gave him the title he gave me the money. DONE! 15 minutes later, he called to thank me. I now have a company I can refer family and friends to.
These guys were nice to me, and told me they would have their wheel guy remove my wheels for me. I agreed, but when I called, they said he didn’t have a wheel key. I know there are ways to remove wheels without a key. I told them I’d get a key but when I came by they said oh sorry the car is gone. No communication and a nice set of wheels are now in the garbage for no reason. Dumb.
