I recommend these guys! Should you ever have an unfortunate event where you need to sell your car, be sure to get an estimate from this company. They were the highest of 5 over-the-phone estimates for my wrecked vehicle, and they were good to work with, even picking up from impound lot. I would definitely work with them again, should the need ever arise.
Leonard took advantage of my mom trying to just get an estimate on my car. He drove it out of the area and out of view and suddenly my car came back smoking. I have had ZERO issues with my car overheating until this man drove my car. His employee Alan OPENED THE COOLANT CAP WHILE THE CAR WAS STILL HOT. You should NEVER do that. Now my car is overheating and even the car keys are hot while in the ignition which has NEVER happened. The car returned to my mom SMOKING. This company is a complete joke and takes advantage of potential customers. We will not be returning. My car should not come back MORE damaged for just an estimate and your employees need to go back to school because the FIRST thing if you research anything on coolant is to NOT open the cap while hot because it can spray out and DAMAGE the parts around the engine. Which is exactly what happened. Unprofessional and you should be ashamed. Edit: in response to you this is my car and I carry coolant for emergencies because we live in Colorado and I always want to be prepared for anything. It was NOT overheating prior to being seen by you and YOU are lying. The dishonesty is appalling. Explain to me why my car was SMOKING upon return and why your employee neglectfully opened a coolant cap while the car is HOT. Also you drove it out of the area without telling her that’s what you were doing and where it was not visible to anyone other than you where you could’ve tampered with it. Do not trust this company.
Very positive experience! Melissa at the office was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and responsive to communications. Derek and Dozer showed up exactly on time for pick up of my vehicle. Smooth loading and transfer. I got the best price of 5 different salvage companies. Highly recommend.
