Well I don't know where to start. First of all I was barely able to get communication with the mechanic Dan who was supposed to be working on my truck. Then when I had questions about my vehicle had to go through the secretary for everything that I wanted to ask the mechanic which does a customer no good at all. Pissed me off from the start. Then had them do a few front end parts to tighten up the wobble but after doing the work it still had a terrible death wobble. The mechanic Dan who owns the shop told me personally "I know what will fix the wobble it is the control arms and if you have me put them in it will stop the death wobble for sure"! I asked him how much it would cost and he quoted me another $1,500 on top of the $1,000 in parts and labor already done. I told Dan "okay well I don't have the money to just be replacing parts trial and error so are you 100 percent certain this control arm will fix my problem" ?
Dan assured me it would be fixed and there would not be any issues after I did the work he recommended. After I left him the truck for over a week I got the truck back and the wobble was worse than it was before. I was extremely upset to say the least. And when I called to complain about the problem still existing I never got a response and I was forced to talk to the secretary and did not get any where whatsoever. I then attempted to get a refund on the work he did which he assured me would fix the issue and do not and Dan fought me with my credit card company until I was forced to pay the bill for his shoddy work. I have nothing good to say about this outfit. Lies and deception and fraud and manipulation that's all I got. This review will hopefully save someone like me from being a victim again. Do not recommend. All you had to do Dan was refund me the money you used for your shoddy work and trial and error.
I needed a bolt for the tie rod (I think that's what it's called). I had the jeep towed to their facility on a Sunday. On Monday I spoke to a young lady that while the jeep was in the shop to give it a once over. Meaning check all hoses, belts, brakes, etc. I saw her write it down on the work order. A couple of days later I called for the status & not done. Then I drove to the shop and spoke to the owner, I think, and saw my keys on the counter asked if it was done. He didn't know about checking the belts etc. Then I called on Friday and they're closed. I stopped in and asked the young lady if the 05 jeep was done.(it's now been 2 weeks) She went in back, spoke to a mechanic again I believe is the owner, came back and said I needed a head gasket. WHAT it's a new motor. She asked this guy come talk to me and he said are you the guy that needs a new head gasket. NO ITS A NEW MOTOR. whatever i asked how much I owe for the bolt. $140.00 I'm assuming it's their minimum charge ok fine.
Here's the REAL kicker, it had rained a little on Sunday and Monday the day I picked up the jeep. I asked him if they had put the top on the jeep because of the rain? "His response was where was the top" i said it's on the back end of the jeep like most jeeps. Whatever. Got home and I kid you not I used a shop vac and got almost 2 gallons of water out of the jeep.
Almost tried to hug these guys. Leaving 11 Mile SP noticed my hitch was messed up. The cushion pin had popped out and was wedged between the upper & lower mounting bolts….and bent, along with the set screw on the bottom. It included stabilizing bars for the trailer we were pulling. Was going thru Buena Vista onto Taylor Reservoir (we’re from AZ) so called ahead and pulled in.
They undersold and over delivered. My options didn’t look good. Less than an hour later they handed back the fixed hitch. Big kudos to these folks!
So I blew my turbo while pulling a trailer up Cottonwood Pass I unhooked a trailer and limp the truck back to be Buena Vista called all valley auto and they told me to bring it in right away and they would at least diagnose it. They did a great job and were very professional, we ended up having to wait on parts but Grace in the office kept me informed on what was going on in the delay was not their fault. This was in June 1 July I picked it up and did a camping trip. The truck ran flawlessly. This is a great group of people, and helped me out in a very bad situation
The service at this location was excellent. Girls in the office were quick and helpful in getting me set up with my U-Haul contract.
I ran into some issues with my receiver hitch and the staff were very accommodating in helping me get sorted away and on the road.
Without their help I would still be sitting there!

We had a client with a random misfire on there travels and stopped here for a diagnostics. I have a quote on my computer for 1 Coil 1 Spark plug for $72.14 and here is the kicker. $1,000 to replace 1 Spark plug. When I contacted them asking if they think this is a bit excessive, they agreed but said we are in need and that's what they want. I can't believe people would do this to people. We found another repair shop in town that replaced ALL the plugs and said the coils were fine. They were in and out within 2 hours for HALF All Valley Autos Quote.. We got 10 Spark Plugs done for HALF of what they wanted to charge for 1. Think about that. I would not recommend them at all. Proof of receipts below . Do better people…
My car wouldn't start on a Wednesday morning while camped a couple nights at Rail Road Bridge. I called several other shops in BV and was told it would be weeks before they could get to it. Not helpful in this situation. All Valley indicated they could get on it right away, had it towed there and they did. A new fuel pump arrived the next morning and they had it completed and in good condition by 1pm. Less than 48 hours from the initial failure.

Showed up from out of town on a Friday at 4:30 with a n issue with our truck. They went right out and worked on it and stayed late to fix it. So much appreciated!!
They got me in fast when I needed a new brake line putting me in a jam. They did it fast cheap and a great job getting me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend if in the area and need service!
I called for a quote to replace a turbo in a chevy duramax. They said they would have to pull the cab off the frame and it would be $4500.00 labor!!! I received quotes from several different local shops over the last few days. None of them were over $900 labor and none mentioned removing the cab. This company is a joke.
Not happy..... talked to people in town came recommend, thought awesome a near by mechanic. Wrong took two weeks for them to put minimal parts on the truck not to mention I had the truck on jack stands as soon as I got it home. I had asked about overheating issue and they didn't inspect any of the coolant lines as when I got it home I found the issue my self... so two weeks to put in a new thermostat and they really wanted to sell me on head gasket failure
I had a great experience with All Valley. I’m from out of town and had car issues resulting in me getting the car towed to them while I was backpacking. It did take them a few days to be able to look into the issue fully but they helped resolve it temporarily so I could get back to my home city and have it fixed. I have a friend who’s a mechanic and said in his opinion that was the best thing they could do and he trusted that judgement fully. The rate was extremely fair and they were always very easy to get ahold as well. Would recommend!!!

as my Diesel truck pulling my 5th wheel decided to leak antifreeze from the water pump. I was coming from Denver. I was so relived when they said they would take a look at it for me. Not only did they stay after hours to fix my truck. The shop is well stocked with the right parts. They found my idler pully was going bad and replaced it. When removing my belt they found that it was on its last mile. The belt was not in stock so they offered to replace it with one off the owners personal truck to make sure I was able to get home safe. I want to say Thank you so very much for your amazing service.
This place at least in my opinion is below one star. They are rip off artists again in my opinion. Charged me $85 dollars to tell me they can't get a bolt out and I need to take to a mechanic shop. Stear clear of this place. They will take your money and you get nothing. At least that's what happened to me.
This place led me on for almost two weeks. We set up a date to get rv fixed. When they did not show up that morning. I called them and they pushed it off as my fault. I would not recomment this place to anyone. They cost me money and left me in a bind. I am 2500 miles from home. If it was my fault why did I have a date for it to be worked on. Also why is it four days when I will have the part in 24 hours?
All Valley Auto & Diesel saved me when I was in a really unfortunate and slightly dangerous situation. My car had broken in every way imaginable after driving up and down Independence Pass and I had to get it towed Sunday evening. I live in the city of Denver and no auto part shop would help me besides All Valley. Not only did they save me then, but they've been such a great team to work with during the following months as I've tried to figure out what to do with my disastrous car. Sharing this story so you know you can trust their team and you are in good hands if you find yourself needing their services! Thank you All Valley Team!
At the most worst part of my life, this place was beyond helpful. If you want truthful and honest your not gpnna get it anywhere else. Believe me, when my family was in dire distress dan and his team delivered. You will get what you need and it will be worth any time and money you spend.
I was on a road trip and had a check engine light come on, so I called around looking for a shop that could pull the code for me. Gunsmoke Towing referred me to All Valley saying they were the right guys to call, and boy were they right! I didn't catch his name, but he helped me out with a smile on his face, talked for a minute and before long, I was on my way. It was a short visit, but sometimes you just know you're dealing with good people. I would take my vehicles there in a heartbeat!
These guys have been my saviors on several occasions. They provide fast, friendly and proficient service EVERY time. I always advise the use of their services for auto OR diesel needs indeed!!💯
Had my 2008 Ford F250 worked on as it wouldn't start. The staff here gave me a quick estimate and went to work right away. I was very pleased with the work performed and the price was very reasonable for the work they did. Much better than towing it 100 miles just to get raped by the dealer.
We broke down in the San Isabel national forest. Our Ford conversion van had a broken radius arm. The only mechanics that would take us asap was All Valley Auto. Unfortunately that part was very hard to acquire right away. We live 2000 miles away and live in the van. Dan let us stay on his property until it could get fixed. Marcus is at the front desk and is awesome. Dan the owner was incredible for letting us stay. I would recommend if you break down near Buena Vista, Co do not hesitate to give them a call. They are having a problem with google getting their website updated . They are two blocks from 12800 CD 314. At 12765 CD 314.

I'm not one to "bash" on small businesses, but when it concerns the safety of people, it needs to be talked about. I recently took my car to All Valley Auto in Buena Vista to get the wheel bearings changed on my front tires. A day later, my car started shaking and making an awful noise. Come to find out, three out of the five nuts and bolts were missing from my front left tire. They fixed it the next day, looked at the front right tire, and assured me I was good to go. Yesterday (after having my car back for two days), my car started doing the same exact thing. I looked and saw that I was missing three more nuts and bolts on my front right tire. Obviously this is a huge mistake to make once, but it is completely unacceptable to make it twice. Not only did it put me and the people in my car in danger, but it also put everyone else on the road in danger as well. I would advise anyone who is looking for car repairs to go somewhere else. Saving a little bit of money by going to this small business instead of a dealership is not worth putting your life and everyone else's life at risk.
These guys are very good at their trade. They have a lot of integrity and knowledge, plus the right tools. I brought my stalling van with a check engine light and in ten minutes, they had me out the door with a smooth running machine. 200 miles later and it still works perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
