Mason and Estrella helped me purchase and install wiper blades on my car. They were very professional, courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They made me feel like they truly wanted to help me. They worked together very well as a team. Those are all qualities that are hard to find in today's world. Man. Car problems suck. Very stressful. However I was lucky that Oreillys had everything I needed to get the job done. All in stock. No waiting on delivery. No driving to another location. Was back on the road in no time.

My car ran out of coolant when I was across the parking lot. I panicked since you can’t dive when the car is screaming for more coolant. Thankfully there was an auto store in the same center. I made the SHORT drive across the lot and with answers from ChatGPT ready when I went in. I actually thought they were going to be rude to me for knowing NOTHING about auto maintenance but I was wrong. Mason and Estrella (sorry if that’s not the right spelling) were so kind and helpful. Two young kids eager to help, no judgment. The type of coolant I needed was not out on the shelf, and rather than telling me they didn’t have it. Mason went and searched and searched and searched in the back and managed to find one jug of the coolant my car takes. He then went outside, filled the tank for me and replaced a bad wiper blade. I was impressed for many reasons. Two young kids working hard, being polite to everyone that came into the store and even though there were more customers than they could serve at one time they acknowledged everyone and gave everyone as much time as they needed until they solved their issues. I was very thankful me and ChatGPT didn’t have to figure out what to do with the coolant or the wiper blade and thankful they were so polite and helpful. I felt helpless walking in and completely taken care of by the time I left. Thank you 🙏

I just want to give a huge shout out to Deah and Justin, they went above and beyond for me today helping me replace my wife’s battery in her car. They were so nice and excited to get under the hood with me!!!! Definitely worth it to buy from them!!!

They were tge biggest jokes they tested mh battery 5 times telling me it was bad and and requesting me buy a new one,it was new only one day i had it,👎👎👎👎👎

The manager Deah and service technician Nick are awesome! I had an issue with my truck and they absolutely helped me out to get me back on the road quickly. Not only are they very knowledgeable and knew all the quirky tricks of my Ram, they are just GOOD PEOPLE. So hard to find these days and worth any extra miles to get to this store. 10 out of 5 stars!

I'd like to make a comment on your new manager. She was unfriendly, rude, and arrogant. I'm not sure how she made management they need someone there who is more knowledgeable than her, and I will not be returning!!!! I've been doing business with you for many years. Pushed into buying a performance muffler from Stella with the knowledge of it being quiet for my RAV4 as well as working with its exhaust. Was not compatible with adapters. Ended up going to Mighty Mufflers for a new exhaust for 300 bucks. After spending over 100 bucks on clamps. Will not be returning to this location again and unacceptable behavior.

went in for a new wiper blade and asked the sales person to swap the blade. not only did the sales person get the wrong wiper blade, they broke the wiper arm when trying change the wiper blade. was told the store did not have a replacement arm and they could not get one in. no effort was made to check with other locations. was then told we would need to go someplace else to get a new blade arm and that they would reimburse us for a new arm but refused to confirm that we would be reimbursed for the labor of replacing the arm and told we would have to talk to the store manager. customer service here is terrible and the sales person and manager incompetent.

Víctor cashier gave us great customer service, he listen to what we needed and even figure it out together when we had no idea I really appreciate all his help and great customer service, especially in this time where none knows what good customer service is, or time for there customers. There were more than 3 people working when I went in. There was only one person behind the counter helping someone, and the rest of the workers were in the back talking, and it wasn't anything to do with the store. I waited there for almost 20 minutes for the other workers to finish their conversion.

I went to the O'Reilly Auto parts on 72nd and Federal in Colorado. I asked for a brake light bulb for a 2000 Lincoln LS sedan. "Front or Back," the lady asked me. "It's a brake light," I said. "Cars have both," she said wearily. Now I don't know about you, but I've never heard of front brake lights and there certainly are no front brake lights on a 2000 Lincoln LS. "Have a nice day," I said and left. In this culture it's more imporant to be right than to be accurate. Don't go to this store and tell anyone looking for parts to go elsewhere. Good Grief.

Worst customer service I have literally ever experienced. the vastly lackluster and obviously uneducated cashier was very unhelpful and rude and maybe if she spent less time on her phone and wasn't to lazy to go outside to do a code reading she would be a bit more valuable to their store as an employee. Her excuse was it was too cold to go out to read a code and had me do it myself and then wasn't willing to print out a error code sheet when I have literally done this before at this exact location the day before yesterday. No excuse to treat customers with disrespect either after we were nice the entire visit. Will never go to this location or probably O'Reilly ever again. Auto zone usually has better customer service. The overweight lady with the dyed red hair with receding hairline "helped" us.

My wife and I went in on a Sunday when it was very busy in the morning. Must have been about 15 people in that store and only one young lady with bright red hair running around helping everyone by herself on two counters. This young lady was so fast with everyone, kind, and smiled and said hello to everyone. We were last in line when we got to her counter. She was very sweet and had a big smile and big beautiful eyes. I was having trouble remembering but she was very patient and helped me figure out the part. My wife was wanting some things but couldn't find where they were so when she asked this young lady, she ran and got them for her along with other things she would need also. All this time, she kept everyone in the store smiling and grabbed things for them along the way as she was looking for our things. The amount of patience, knowledge, dedication and love for the job this young lady has is astounding. My wife says her name on the receipt is Missy, but I think her name should be Angela, because she's truly an angel and a blessing to everyone who meets her. Thank you young lady. Thank you for treating these old crows with kindness, that's very hard to find now a days. We will surely be back.

We changed our brakes in the parking lot so we’d be close to the store if we needed anything. Jose was so accommodating and kind! Any questions I had, he answered. He went above and beyond and even helped us with the brakes. (We had no idea what we were doing lol). This guy deserves a raise!

I was looking for a specific shade of Dupli-Color for a project I have been working on. The tall gentleman with the ponytail and glasses, whose name I didn't catch unfortunately, my bad, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was. I had an awesome experience with the manager, James. He made everything a breeze and was super knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and made me laugh! I will always come back to this location whenever I need anything. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The manager, James was great! Addressed my problem and got me out the door with a smile on my face after my frustrating morning dealing with other auto part stores. Took time from his busy store to make sure my battery was installed correctly! The rest of the store was also wonderful! Very easy going staff and a fun but professional environment! Thanks again!

I was driving into Denver, and hit a patch of black ice. I slid off the road into the side of the mountain and broke my drivers side, turn signal. James and the staff had a part ordered and there by noon the next day. They were more than helpful! Great staff! I appreciate you guys! Thanks again to the whole O’Reilly crew!

Was an awesome experience. The manager James was very helpful. He took care of us all the way through. He helped us with our headlights and high beams. The car has front damage so it was difficult to fix. But he stuck it out and helped with everything. He even had a lot of advice. So thankful. Won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Danielle was super helpful and very sweet! She replaced my battery for me, cleaned my terminals, and took the time to help me figure out why my check engine light came on. Once the code popped up, she looked it up and found numerous threads on the issue, and we went over it together. Had good conversation in between, and she seemed so willing to help! Thanks girl!

Pretty decent store. Staff tend to seem a bit stressed the number of times I’ve been there, but are fairly polite and willing to help. Store typically is fairly well stocked as well and does not appear messy or anything of the sort. Definitely not a bad one to visit, but not the most amazing one either.
