Well took my jeep in to joe at Lucky's auto or should I say thief s at Lucky's auto on 4/11/2025 paid 537$ for them to replace throttle body on Friday at 430 pm before closed for weekend. My car didn't even make it 2 blocks before throttle body went out and light came up on the DASH had to tow car home. Call lucky tire &auto Monday Joe says its under warranty bring on back will fix it still have voice mail for court. Week goes buy they tell me they tired three different throttle body assembly . after test drive it cut out because the Bluetooth and all other excuses so another week goes buy don't hear a word from them .Went by shop my car never moved . Then talked joe he says there test to run for why the parts were going out five more days go by no call or nothing. after three weeks bs and taking the buss I called Joe at lucky tire & auto check on jeep and he bs me about throttle body and didn't have no idea about the test they ran to see what was wrong > then yells at me he frustrated why don't I just come get the car . crank my battery cables on so tight they bent. and no refund bc he says he but on all this other parts on and stuff can't even prove. 500 dollars later three weeks no car STILL DONT WORK .

I brought my husbands vehicle here to get a tire patched. The staff there was friendly and honest. I felt comfortable and respected being there alone as a woman (if you’ve ever had a bad experience at an auto shop or service dept you know exactly what I mean). They didn’t try to upsell me or anything like that. Service was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Honest guys who do excellent work. Originally brought my tacoma for a brake job because i thought i heard them starting to squeal. They called me after i dropped it off and told me they couldn’t replicate the noise and that the pads looked pretty much new. They could have charged me for new pads and pocketed the cash but they didn’t. And lo and behold the noise went away. Next job was an entire shifter replacement, which they completed in less than a day and so far seems excellent. I think i found my new mechanics

We have been taking our car to be serviced here since we moved to Westminster 6 years ago. They are always polite and knowledgeable, quick, and the price is usually what we are expecting or lower. You guys do a great job. Thank you.

I've been going here for 3 years now and would recommend them immediately with no hesitations to any of my friends and family. I've never worked with a more courteous professional and kind group of people at an automotive repair company. They provide very honest quotes and multiple options of different price levels whenever they can. When they say they're going to do something right they do. Joe at customer service is a treasure.

Should have written this review months ago, but I guess it slipped my mind. We took our minivan to Lucky's due to some parasitic battery issues. The staff here thoroughly checked each fuse to determine where any parasitic draw was coming from. They kept us informed during all of this. Joe and his staff are amazing. I have also sent my mother-in-law to them and most recently, I sent my son to them for work on his vehicle that is leaking oil. Lucky's is our go to shop!

I love the aspect of supporting a local family owned business. The owner always provides his insight into issues that I am having and works with me to ensure I am making the right choices. You will regret taking your car to another mechanic!

I have used them twice now and both times I have had great experiences. The first time I had them replace the air suspension on my 2015 Yukon with a regular suspension conversion kit and it looks and drives great. Most other shops didn’t want to attempt it or quoted me a crazy high price. I just recently had them replace the sway bar assembly and endlinks on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they worked with my extended warranty to get it all covered. They also installed a 2.5” lift kit and aligned the vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say, the Jeep looks more aggressive and drives great. They are truly an honest, fair, and dependable shop that I will continue to use in the future. I really appreciate the great work Joe and his team does, it’s hard to find that nowadays.

Lucky Tire fixed a Harmonic Pulley Balancer issue for us. They encountered a number of other difficulties along the way and had to fix an additional related thing. They didn't charge us any extra labor above what they originally quoted us though! Just the extra for parts. It took them awhile to get it finished, but I believe that was all out of their control. I'm very happy with my service there and plan on going back there for any car issues that I have that they can take care of.

After being told at a local Discount Tire, and waiting two hours in shop, that my tire leaking air was "irreparable" due to a repair kit used on a hole and that I would have to replace ALL four tires I was shocked and really upset. After a few weeks of daily airing up to take my kids to school and to get to work downtown I decided to look around at other shops hoping I could get a second opinion. Lucky's had great, genuine reviews unlike others I saw at nearby shops so we gave them a try. After dropping my car off when they first opened, I got a call a few hours later that it was repaired and another issue was found in the tire - Cost, $30!! I literally almost cried, an actual business that puts their customers first. We'll be switching all of our business to Lucky's and recommending them to everyone. Joe was nothing short of amazing in helping us today and made us customers for life. If you are needing a sign to try this shop, here it is.

Lucky Tire and Auto is my go to mechanic. We have established a trusting relationship over the years, and I won’t take my cars anywhere else. They are always professional and fair. The work they do is top notch. I’ve had several issues with vehicles that the staff at lucky was able to take care of in a timely manner. I am usually informed of other issues they notice with the vehicles and let me know which ones can and can’t wait. I’ve never felt like I was being overcharged for services, they are very fair with pricing.

Lucky tire and auto was very honest and helpful. I didn’t know what my 1976 Chevy k10 exactly needed and they said they would take a look. They diagnosed quite a bit and instead of doing some of the work and then sending me to a transmission shop to do the rest (would have cost me so much more), they were up front and highly recommended a nearby transmission shop to do everything. When I got off work that day to pick up my truck, they had already given the transmission shop a call so that they were ready to take my truck that day. Lucky tire and auto didn’t have to set that up for me but they did and it saved me time and effort. Will always be a customer here if I need something done.

My father has done business with Lucky for years and I have brought my vehicle here for almost 15 years. This is my go to place when I have a car issue or need tires put on. This is an honest local business that always takes care of me and my family. They are quick and friendly and I’ve never had any issues. Highly recommended and Colorado owned.

Went for a tire balance and received more! My family and I are moving across the country on Friday. A couple weeks ago my wife's told me her car had some shaking going on while driving at highway speed.i I took the car to Lucky's shop on Wednesday afternoon and received prompt service. The employees are very helpful and honest and showed in great detail why she had some vibration while driving. Knowing that we are taking this car across the country that decided to rotate tires one the one side and balance the rest. They performed all work and charged me the original price we agreed upon. I recommend this shop for anyone who is tired off feeling like they are being ripped off with other automotive shops . Great job Lucky's and wish I had visited sooner.

I have taken my SUV here many times and they have always done a great job. If you need something big done to your vehicle and need to budget for it they are great at giving you quotes. I have my family bring their cars to Lucky's now and they love it also. Can't go wrong bringing your vehicles here! Very nice staff, they are very nice to women, and don't make you feel like you don't know anything about your vehicle.

This is my 3rd visit to Lucky’s Tire and Auto. I had read through their reviews and liked what I saw (even the responses to some negative reviews were well handled) but wanted to have some of my own experience with them before reviewing myself. It takes me some time to trust an auto repair place because I often feel taken advantage of, especially as a female. Every single time, I have felt they were fair, honest and reasonably priced with their service and parts. Joe is excellent! He explains things when I need to think them through, and they are not “alarmist” about things forcing you to spend more. It’s been a real pleasure and the work has always been top notch to boot! At this point, my car will only be going to Lucky’s!

I went to another shop to get my oil changed and was informed of a nail in my tire that was “irreparable.” They let me know that I’d have to replace at least 2 tires if not all 4. I ended up leaving and saying I wanted a 2nd opinion. I called lucky tire and spoke with joe who told me to bring it in anytime and they could take a look but he let me know that these are often repairable. I brought my car in and within about 15 minutes they come back and let me know it was an easy repair and it’s done. My bill? $20.. instead of the $500 they were trying to have me pay at the other place. Awesome service definitely recommend at least going here to see what they can do for you! And if it’s not as fast as mine was.. you can run over to big mamas and get a breakfast burrito while you wait! Win-win

These guys are amazing. I've never trusted anyone more with any vehicle I've owned. They won't lie to you, pressure you, treat you like an idiot (as a woman, this has happened to me dozens of times at other places) or keep your car for longer than necessary. Their prices are fair and they are communicative about the difference between what is absolutely necessary and what could wait if you're in a tough spot financially. Outstanding customer service and lasting repairs. Make them your mechanic even if they aren't close to your house. I'm serious.

We have been taking vehicles to Lucky Tire and Auto for years. We are always treated more than fair. Repairs are timely and reasonable. They operate their business with a high level of integrity, professionalism and knowledge. We appreciate all they have done for us and continue to do!

I've been to several auto shops to diagnose the steering wheel vibration. After changing axle and balancing as recommended by them, the issue is still there. Decided to take it Lucky tire, after 2 hours of checking, problems had been identified. And issues had been fixed quickly with reasonable price. Thumbs up for these guy.

I have to write a 5 star review of Lucky Tire and Auto. I tried this place after a terrible experience with a chain brakes place. Joe checked me in and let me know the wait time and cost up front. They checked the car out and got the work done quickly. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They were very honest and worked hard to get the car done. The brakes came in under the original estimate and they checked out and fixed another minor issue for free!! More than 5 stars! Thank you for honesty and great service!

A few months ago I purchased tired for my Suburban, so satisfied I went back and got tires for my camper as well. Steve and Joe are always super friendly and honest. I have tried several shops over the years, this is the only shop I've been to that is always completely honest and upfront with what is wrong with your car. Their prices are very reasonable and they have always completed the repairs on my vehicles on time, usually it is completed before the time they estimate. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I've bought tires at Lucky Tire & Auto several times over the last 10yrs. I've also had them perform some suspension work on my vehicles. I've always been really happy with the quality of work and the pricing. They always do a great job and there are never any hidden fees or service charges. Great place to do business.
