Stick to batteries, your phone repair game sucks!! If you need your phone repaired take it to a phone repair shop, not a battery store. Unfortunately, now, I won't even be buying batteries there with my experience.

I walked in last Saturday afternoon, and was greeted by Richard. I advised Richard what I needed, he gave me the available options, I chose, I paid, and my battery was installed on my Honda in record time! I thanked and shook Richard's hand for being so bloody good at his job, we wished each other great weekends, and I was away! This is the type of friendly, efficient, no nonsense service that I appreciate so much. THANK YOU!

I normally come to this location and have zero issue but was not the case yesterday. I came to get a new remote for my truck. Normally the GM is the one that programs my truck but this time he let his employee in training do it. Was told an hour like normal and came back and she still had not finished it. She stated she really didn’t get how to do it so I went in to inform the GM but he stated “she going to have to figure it out as I won’t always be here” as a customer that’s not a good thing to hear cause my vehicle is not a test subject. After sitting there for over another hour she states I needed a new battery cause she had left my truck on for over 3 hours. I just bought this battery so I know it wasn’t my battery that it was her. She tried to calmly chuckle away the discomfort you can clearly see she was in as she tried to make it this an me problem instead of her incompetence. After letting my truck run to let the battery recharge I turned my truck off. Could not get it back started. Tried to take my battery to auto zone to recharge it they told me the battery had been damaged and could not recharge it. So I had to buy a new battery thanks to her. That’s not even the kicker. When I got the battery back in I could not start my truck as the remote she claimed could not program is now programmed and my original key is no longer programmed. I called them and informed them. I understood it was closing so there was nothing the manager could do and she wasn’t there at the time so she would have to follow back up in the morning. It’s now the next day and have no heard anything. I had to tow my truck to the dealership to pay to have my truck key reprogrammed. If your workers do not know what to do please do right by your customers cause close to $500 later I’m the one in the hole now. Very disappointed and probably will never come back again

Stopped by Batteries Plus in Westminster to swap out the battery on my Harley Davidson. At first, I ran into some trouble as I was being told the battery might not be covered under warranty. Luckily, Caleb, the store manager from the Boulder location, stepped in and really helped me out. He made things right, and I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism in dealing with a needy customer like me. Thanks again, Caleb — great customer service!

Poor business practice by the manager at this location. Brought in a motorcycle battery that will not hold charge after 12 days out of the 6 months warranty. Told me that he can give me 10% off to buy a new battery. Are you kidding me? The current promotion has 15% off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I had a car battery replaced here that was warrantied and needed replacing and they took great care of me. Manager Romero was very patient and went above and beyond with making sure they provided high quality service exceeding automotive integrity standards. I absolutely recommend this place. Don’t look for another place. Choose BatteriesPlus.

Had my iPhone back glass repaired at another batteries plus location , they did a good job with the back glass but the microphone was messed up . That other store did warranty and try to fix the issue but it brought on more problems. Took my iPhone to this store and the manager was nice and super helpful , understood my situation and honored the warranty . Plus they were even replaced my iPhone battery that was in need of service for a fair rate . I can’t remember the gals name with the orange glasses but she did an outstanding job repairing the phone as well as applying her knowing when issues came up . Would definitely recommend!

The motorcycle battery i had bought over 7 years ago was finally getting weak. 7 years is amazing. So naturally I bought a new one of the same make and from the same place. Duracell has been very good to me

1st called about key fob for my truck. Was quoted a price or $32 per fob and $70 programming fee. I wanted 2 fobs. During my visit to the store to pay for 2nd fob order I was told I had a different fob I was quoted for. New fob was $140 per fob. Plus 2 $70 fees for program. Now instead of $134 for 2 fobs went to $240 for 2 fobs. I was notified I'd only be charged 1 $70 fee for program if done at the same time. When I took my truck in. I was told they had ordered different fobs that were $80 dollar more per fob. But didn't call me for approval of change. but they said will still honor the price quote. But still didnt refund the 2nd program fee. So end result. 1st quote of $140 end up being $420 plus tax.

We were told by T Mobile that we had to buy new phones because they were not charging. We took the phones to Batteries Plus. The techs plugged the phones into their chargers, got a charge and sold us a $20 charging cable. The phones charge and work great!

I had my phone screen replaced through a T-Mobile insurance claim at Batteries Plus, and I was thoroughly impressed. This was my first time visiting a Batteries Plus location, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They completed the repair in about an hour, and my phone looks and works like new. Highly recommend!

My battery died again this morning, so I called around looking for a new one. Richard at the Westminster store was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he helped me through the process of ordering one online. When I arrived at the store, he had the new battery ready, swapped out the old battery, and I was on my way! Couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend Richard at the Westminster store for anyone who needs a new battery!

Found the battery I needed on the website and ordered for pickup. When I arrived the associate working there asked me for proof of identity then retrieved the battery that had been activated and ready for use. I gave him my old battery for the core he refunded me my ten dollars for the core and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes which is pretty impressive in this day and age of marginal customer service. I will definitely keep this in mind for my next battery

Mom and I went into batteries Plus today to replace a battery for our key because we purchased the lifetime warranty. This being said, we had the best customer service ever! The sales associate heard my mother and I talking about a duplicate key and explained that this could be done at the store. Long story short, we ordered a duplicate key and cannot express the amount of excellent customer service at this store. In today's times, great customer service is hard to come by. Thos location is certified to fix hardware cell phone issues. Once i received confirmation that part arrived , I took my Galaxy S10+, due to a malfunctioning LCD screen. Nick replaced the LCD and had it ready within an hour after drop off. So, fast, effective service. Excellent communication. Thank you Nick! This repair was meaningful to me, as the information on the phone was of utmost importance. Thank you!!

The people here are so nice. We got my bfs phone fixed and we had to wait a bit for the claim number to process so they replaced the battery in my key fob just to be nice. They also let me borrow a phone charger since we were far from home and needed to wait for a call from them. Great customer service, no where else is that helpful!

I needed a new phone screen. The sales associates were so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was a quick turnaround and I thought it was a really great price. Would HIGHLY recommend. I will definitely be back. Thanks! The only feedback I have for improvement would be to allow your employees chairs or stools. It’s just corporate BS that doesn’t allow their employees a way to relax and forcing them to be on their feet all shift. 2 higher chairs or 2 stools at the front where they check you out would only improve employee morale and they’d still be up and moving around most of the day, so I don’t see the drawbacks. American companies are about the only ones that don’t provide such a service for their employees—look at European stores of all different sorts (not just Batteries Plus type stores) and you’ll find happier employees that are treated better which leads to an increase in employee and customer satisfaction. Many have chairs for their employees. It’s a small expense that the company should be willing to make for their employees. Just my two cents. None of the employees said anything to me about it but it’s something I noticed and when I asked I was told it was company policy/the company wouldn’t allow chairs at the front.

They run a better deal on AA & AAA batteries than any other grocery store or bulk buy location I've ever been to! Plus they are made in the USA! I couldn't believe it. On top of that, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and very proactive when it comes to all my needs.

The customer service was great! They told me about the coupon if I made an online appointment. They had a battery for my phone today, and they were able to replace my battery in less than an hour. The price was also good. A competitor wanted me to order a battery that wouldn't come until January 4th, and recommended that I leave my phone with them for a week and pay the same price plus a separate fee for the battery.
