Would give them a zero if I could. Been going to them for years, but recently have had very experience. Spent $3,600 on them replace fuel injectors, I drive it home that day and it’s stuttering, I call them and tell them the issue still remains. The very next day the engine seizes up, and they try to blame an oil change as the issue. I see this has been an issue for them with other customers, so I would highly advise you not to go here. Their explanations in the past have made no sense, they quoted me 18k for a new engine. What a joke! When I checked the documentation they lied about the timeline, and the fact that I called them 3 hrs after picking it up. Unfortunately once they started lying, you have to wonder what really happened. Dont go here, take your business elsewhere you’ll be happy you did.

I came here for a pre purchase inspection on a used car. The experience was awesome and they saved me $15000 dollars worth of headaches with a couple hundred dollar inspection. I won’t go anywhere else now and just brought in my other vehicle for some repairs. I have recommended this shop to everyone including everyone in my family, my therapist and the cashier at the self checkout at King Soopers. Can’t say enough nice things about the people and the shop.

Alex the owner is very trustworthy. I’ve been bringing my Audi there for the last couple years. I wouldn’t trust anybody else. Robert is so helpful , all the staff is. The whole experience is very accommodating for what an inconvenience service is on your vehicle.

Rob is a gentleman and has taken care of me several times. They even offer free rides to home or work, and offer snacks in their lobby. Really great team of professionals, highly recommend. Alex got my wipers replaced with no charge as a courtesy. Great folks.

Issue #1) It took Accurate Auto three weeks to work on my vehicle for basic maintenance. When I finally got it back, the interior was covered in pools of oil - all over the canvas of the interior of my soft-top & also on the cloth visers above both the passenger & driver's side. These oil pools are nowhere near where any kind of repairs were, so... what gives??? Thanks for the stains, Accurate. Issue #2) Everytime I have brought any of our vehicles in, I have always marked on the drop-off paperwork - not to mention telling the liason working on my vehicles directly - that I want to keep any OEM (original) parts. The last time I got work done, they "accidentally" scraped a major OEM part of my vehicle. I caught onto it within the hour & requested it back, but by that time I was told that they couldn't get a hold of the scraps guy but they'd keep trying. Needless to say, no such luck. Issue #3) Despite having to shell out over $3k for what seemed like basic maintenance/repairs, the service engine light popped on after we drove it off their lot. It wasn't on beforehand. Our family used to bring all three of our vehicles here & recommended them with glowing reviews. It's really a bummer that Accurate got too big for their britches & doesn't seem to give a rat's about quality anymore.

Extremely disappointing experience. I trusted this shop to perform repairs, and instead my vehicle suffered additional damage while in Acurate Automotive’s possession. When I picked it up, there were new scratches and dents that were not present before. I was also charged $50 per day for storage, and the vehicle was moved to an off‑site location without my knowledge or consent. When I asked for the location so I could access my personal property, I was refused. My vehicle was at their shop because an insurance claim was paying for repairs related to prior service issues. When I went in to retrieve my title, I was told I could not see my vehicle unless I paid storage and diagnostic fees, even though the car had been moved without my consent. When I referenced the laws regarding access to personal property, the owner, Alex, became confrontational and accused me of abandoning my vehicle, despite the fact that I had been in regular communication and the insurance company was responsible for payment. I have video of the interaction, and it was shocking to experience. When I finally got the vehicle back, it died immediately and would not restart. The battery—recently replaced and brand new—was completely dead, and the car had additional exterior damage. I also had to pay an extra $110 out of pocket even though the insurance company had already paid them $771 for storage and diagnostic fees, and I was never provided any diagnostic report. They also estimated a $400 charge for an OBD2 diagnostic scan, despite the fact that I had already provided them with a recent Autel OBD2 diagnostic report that I had paid for just days earlier. The combination of the refusal to allow access to my vehicle, the lack of transparency about its location, the condition it was returned in, and the extreme markup on parts and labor—nearly 981%, or almost ten times the cost of the part—was alarming. This was my personal experience, and based on everything that occurred, I cannot recommend this shop.

This was my first experience with Accurate Automotive. I called them on a Thursday afternoon because I had a loud noise under the hood that seemed to be coming from the serpentine belt. They did a thorough diagnostics check of my entire vehicle, turned out I needed an alternator and belt replacement. The price was on the lower end of cost estimates I researched. They had shuttle service available to give me a ride home and had me out the door a very happy customer the next afternoon. Shelby was super friendly and always available by phone, she explained the diagnostics very well and I didnt at all feel pressured to have them perform any services that weren't immediately needed, though she did explain those issues and the need to follow up soon very well. I'll be back for future needs!

They worked fast and were able to get my car fixed in just 2 days, they even stayed a few minutes after close to make sure I got my vehicle before the weekend. Thanks again Accurate Automotive.

If I could give less then a star I would! I took my wife's explorer here for basic repairs, they charged me 4 grand, when I drove the car off the lot it still had low oil pressure code, and the steering wheel was sideways because they didn't do an alignment after working on the cv axle! So I took the car back and they did an alignment and fixed a sensor, then charged me another 2 grand. When I asked to file a complaint, I spoke to the owner and he shuffled me to a manager and took off in a beaten up altima. I paid top dollar to have this vehicle fixed and was ran through the mud! Do not trust this place! They don't have a competent QC team, and I seriously questions their mechanics, if your going to spend this kind of money on your car just go to a dealership, this place is a joke!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I took my car in for an alignment issue. I drove my car in with no problems other than it had an obvious alignment problem. I was quoted over 1600 to fix the problem. I refused because my dad is a certified master mechanic and said he would do the work himself. When I went to pick up the car I was told they moved the ac hoses because they were rubbing against the motor. I did not ask them to check the motor or the ac and they did not need to be poking around the engine at all for an alignment issue. When my adult son asked why they moved the hoses he was met with defensive yelling and was cussed at by one of the employees, only to find out later it was the owner cussing him out. We waited several minutes for the car and when the car was finally taken off the lift we were told the radiator hose broke. They then told me it would be $326 to fix it, again I declined. My son and I went to the bay to see the damage and we were told they would fix it for free. Now why would they agree to fix anything for free unless they knew they damaged it? We were told to leave and they would call us when it was ready. We left and a few hours later they called and said it wasn’t just the hose that was damaged but now the radiator was damaged also. This was not in their initial assessment of the vehicle they were never told to even look under the hood of the car. The radiator had been replaced less than a year ago so I am certain that something they did while they were moving things around under the hood or from lowering it from the lift caught on the radiator hose and ripped it out from the radiator ruining the radiator. I am a woman so I know they think I’m stupid. What I do know is I drove a car with a perfectly good radiator into their shop and had to have a car with a ruined radiator towed the next day. There is a reason this company is not accredited by the BBB. Do not bring your car here unless you have a lot of money to pay for their mistakes or know someone who can fix whatever they break at your own expense. From reading other reviews I am not the first to suffer from their incompetence and negligence but I will tell everyone I know in hopes to prevent anyone else from having to deal with a similar situation or incompetent mechanics and a rude corrupt owner. It would cost me more to take this company to civil court in attempt to prove they damaged my car than it would to fix it. I have already ordered all the parts and paid 329 dollars for all the parts including the radiator if that tells you anything of the mark up this company is ripping people off for.

I had a very exetensive job done on my Toyota. Overall it was a great experience. Done in a fair amount of time with good communication all around. The only problem was a power steering pump making a whineing sound which was under warranty and that was also replaced in good time.

I've taking my vehicles here for years now and would recommend them everytime you need work done on your vehicle. The service is top notch and the pricing is hard to beat as well. Alex, Robert, and the crew are always friendly and keep you informed through out your vehicles reapirs.

Great service, car feels great too! They got me in same day for a tire change, and even though the tire delivery people were late they made special accommodations to get the tires shipped extra fast and stayed late to make sure I could come pick up my car. Very helpful and kind. Thanks Robert!

I've gotten some major and minor leaks diagnosed and repaired at Accurate Automotive. They always provided me with pictures to show exactly what needs done and why. I've dealt with Jackie and Robert and received courteous and friendly service. This might be the first and only shop I've ever been to where I haven't been concerned about honesty. They answered all my questions about the work needed on two different vehicles I got repaired. We have vehicles older than 10 yrs and we want to keep them from another ten. [sorry but not sorry Elon.]They have really been able to help us care for our vehicles. I highly recommend them.

This business has no ethics, simply put, they are a total criminal rip off and people should avoid them at all cost. They quoted a price for an alignment on my car, after inspecting it, claimed I need over$1300 in repair before they could do alignment. The parts they claim were needed before the alignment could be done, were replaced less than 6,000 miles ago when I had the entire front end replaced. I've had 2 alignments done on it post total front end replacement with no issues identified. The first was immediately after the total front end replacement, the last was not quite a year ago. I drive this vehicle minimal miles, less than 6,000 in 4 years. Nothing was said about an inspection, much less a charge for said inspection. They charged me $110.95 and did nothing for my vehicle, or me! When I questioned the inspection and cost, the front desk/ receptionist girl, Kelly became immediately defensive and caustic. They are rude and disrespectful and have no appreciation for customers, they see us as Marks to be fleeced. The owner actually called me and proceeded to inform me on the proper way to treat his staff. He should focus on them and how they deal with the public, they need it! I suggest you take the time to read other reviews, check out the BBB, Google and any other source you want. You’ll find this is pretty much Standard Operating Procedure for Accurate Automotive in Northglenn. You’ve been warned! Use at your own risk! Have a good day, stay away!

I’ve taken my car to Accurate Automotive twice now, and both experiences were outstanding. The first visit was for a coolant leak and overheating issue. They diagnosed it correctly, pointed out a couple of related problems, and even included clear videos showing exactly what was going on—which I really appreciated. At no point did I feel pressured to approve all the work. Alex was honest, knowledgeable, and helped me prioritize what needed attention first. I was so impressed that I brought my car back a month later for a knocking noise near the front passenger tire. Once again, they showed me the issue, sent an estimate before doing any work, and kept everything transparent. The added touches—like the free shuttle ride and follow-up calls—are truly first-class. I have had no follow-up issues with either of the repairs.. As a member of the community, I value supporting LGBT-owned businesses, and this one is absolutely deserving. Car repairs are never fun or cheap, but Accurate Automotive is a solid choice for quality work, fairness, and respect. They’ve earned a lifelong customer.

I brought my Tesla Model 3 in to Accurate Automotive to check on my front control arm assembly. They were able to diagnose the problem and replace the control arm assembly on the same day for a super competitive price. I was thrilled with the service and was impressed with the professionalism of all staff at Accurate Automotive. Car repairs can be frustrating, but the Accurate Automotive team made it so easy. My Tesla drives like a new car. Will definitely be a return customer and would recommend Accurate Automotive to all my friends and family.

I changed my front suspension tie rods and went into this shop for wheel alignment. I called Accurate two weeks ago on Wednesday and booked an appointment for Thursday at 8 am. The lady on the phone told me it's a 1-hour job and will cost $120. I took my car there right at 8 am, and some guy at the front desk (I think his name was Rob) said we can do it in 3-4 hours! I said you'd promised one hour, he said we have meetings early in the morning and don't start on cars before 9! I argued a bit, and he agreed to finally respect the appointment a little and do it in 2-3 hours! So I stayed there to wait for my car. After 1-2 hours he came to me and said we broke a bolt on your car's rear control arm and couldn't do the alignment, and recommended I replace both rear control arms and sway bar links, I said that's not what I want, you broke a bolt so fix it and realign my wheels so that I can get going. He made some calls and then told me he could replace the bolt (just one bolt), but the total cost with alignment will go up to $200. I reluctantly agreed, and he said we would do that. I sat there for a few more minutes, and then the shop owner, Alex, came to me and started the conversation by asking me: Do you know the status of your car? I was confused and asked him what he meant, so he took me to my car and said Look, there's rust on your rear control arms, and that's why the bolt got broken. I said ok, I get that, but you guys just told me you can fix what you broke in a couple of hours for $200; he then said No, that's not the case and the only way is to replace all of those parts for $1700! I told him that's not why I came to your shop, and if I ever want to service my rear suspension, I'll do a little digging and then go to a shop with fair pricing. He said but your car is not safe to drive, and you either tow it out of the shop or sign a waiver and drive it out. I am a mechanical engineer myself so as soon as I saw the broken bolt realized there's very likely a foul play going on, any technician with the slightest experience knows if there is a layer of rust on bolts and nuts, they use lubricants and other fluids like WD-40 so that bolts can safely and easily get untightened, but I saw nothing on the car, only a very clear breakage surface; also, I never got to speak with a mechanic, only with the shop owner whose sole purpose was to get me to spend as much money as possible. As soon as I realized their play, I told them I'll sign your waiver, but I want my car out of this place immediately. They said fine and gave me a piece of paper to sign and asked for $120, I was confused, $120 for breaking my car?! They said this is for alignment. I asked Did you do the job? Alex argued no but we tried to and spent 3 hours on your car, I told him according to you, your mechanic started the alignment with the rear wheels and as soon as he tried to untighten the first bolt it broke, so from that point you guys didn't do anything for the car and you cannot charge me for a job you didn't do, finally he agreed not to charge me and let me go with my car. So in summary, they didn't do the job they were supposed to, wasted hours of my time, broke my car, and still wanted to get paid for it! Afterwards, I went to several shops, and they also mentioned that the bolt may have been broken on purpose, not as a result of alignment. They also gave me various prices for the whole job (replacing rear control arms and sway bars + alignment), starting from $450 to $950 (parts+labor), none of which got close to the $1700 that Alex asked me for. These people are thieves, and if I could, I'd give them zero stars. They broke my car and refused to fix it properly, and I had to take several days off from work and spend my time getting the car fixed for problems it didn't have in the first place. If you are planning to get your car to this shop, I seriously think you should reconsider your decision; there are many better places nearby.

Horrible. I do not recommend this Auto Shop. I was charged over $250 for an alignment, it came with zero warranty and the alignment was extremely poor workmanship. They refused to correct the alignment, though I addressed it the same day the work was done. They also refused to provide me with an alignment report, claiming that their machine won't print. - Celeste' Reyes

My truck's transmission went out and this was the closest repair shop available. Not only was the team friendly, but they also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. They helped me fight with my warranty company and even provided a loaner vehicle for me to use in the meantime. I have never been this satisfied with a repair shop before, and it's such a relief that they actually care about their clients. It can be very intimidating at times to try a different mechanic shop, but these guys make the entire experience as effortless and hassle-free as they possibly can. I will definitely be coming back to this shop in the future for any maintenance needs and repairs!

Had my husband bring my vehicle in while I was at work for them to diagnose an overheating issue. I like that they explain things in written detail and provide pictures, however they are way overpriced and try to upsell you on services you DO NOT NEED. The prices they quoted were double if not triple of any other shop I’ve been to or have worked at. They recommended a transmission service stating my fluid was dark, however my fluid was practically brand new, as well as tried stating my vehicle hard shifts from 1st gear to 2nd gear which is untrue. They also recommended an oil change because they were unsure the last time it was done, however my oil change percentage is at 76%. They tried claiming it’s recommended with a transmission service, yet they don’t correlate and you can do one without the other. When my husband declined the services and wanted to take my vehicle, the owner acted as if he was offended we didn’t want to overpay, and even tried to get my husband to use their payment plan to make a sale. Do yourself a favor and get second opinions and quotes from other shops before allowing them to proceed with repairs and you may realize you can save money elsewhere.

I really like accurate automotive—they always provide a detailed account of what needs to be done for vehicle maintenance, including photos and prices. They offer a shuttle to reasonable distances, and the waiting area is nice with drinks and turtles to watch! I feel confident in this team to accurately assess any issues and provide fair prices. It’s hard to find a new place to take your vehicle (especially who to trust) and I’m so glad I found accurate automotive. Friendly service—and Robert is just the best! Thank you for your work!

I called for a qoute on a starter replacement for my 2007 Honda Accord. They refused to give me one saying they need to diagnose the issue first. I then explained that I was really poor and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to afford it because I see tons of their commercials on TV and I needed to know before towing my car down there. I also explained that I already replaced the battery, starter relay switch and all my symptoms indicate a bad starter. They finally agreed to give me a qoute for a starter replacement and told me it would be $550. That was more than my other qoutes however they would waive the diagnostics fee and get me in right away so I decided to let them do the work. I had my car towed down there and the next day the same team member called me and said that the starter does need replaced and its going to be $710. I had to remind him that he qouted me 550 the day before. He agreed and changed the price back to 550. He then told me my front axel seal and both my valve covers needed replaced. I considered getting the axel seal done and he told me it would be 450 to get it done. I was like cool what would the total be? He told me 1,225. I said wait, i know simple math, 450 and 550 is 1,000, why an extra 225? He told me he forgot to take off the diagnostics fee. Wow! Literally tried raising the price on me twice within 3 minutes of talking to him. I decided to just do the starter since they were using deceptive practices. I took my car to another mechanic who told me that the axel seal and the valve covers are good and they don't need replaced. Makes sense considering I just had the valve covers replaced 2 years ago. Get other qoutes and get a second opinion because they will take advantage of you in every way possible, no matter how poor you are. That's how they afford the advertising. All of this after explaining how poor I was and that money was tight. The exact opposite of "honesty and integrity". Also added 65 dollars in "shop fees" to bring me closer to the 710. Deceptive practices. They will raise the price on you if not paying attention. They will recommend work that doesnt need done. Buyer beware!!!

Overall excellent experience!. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Affordable prices. I got quotes from SEVERAL shops and they were by far the cheapest. Didn't feel pressure to get extra work done. Didn't have to wait forever for my car to get done. LOVE the fact that the diagnostic fee goes toward price of total work and NOT additional charge. Can't find that ANYWHERE now adays. I live over 30 min from the shop but will absolutely be returning again if car needs any work.

Was driving thru from out of town when multiple lights came on on my Jeep. Robert and all other team members at Accurate Automotive worked my Jeep in to their busy schedules day and let me and my pup, Reign, hang out all day, even offering to drive us somewhere for lunch and providing snacks. They even had two people do quality control checks on it before we got back on the road! Excellent service!

Staff is courteous and professional. I was provided an estimate on the cost up front. I was kept informed of the status of the vehicle with phone calls and text message. The dealership where I bought my vehicle needed a tire rod replaced and I was quoted $600.00 Accurate told me they could do the same work for $330.00. During the inspection Accurate let me know that the tire rod was not broken and they were able do the alignment no problem. That save me quite a bit of money on repair that I didn't need. Thank you Accurate

Took our customized supercharged F150 in for a simple sensor repair. Initially I was a little uneasy as it seemed to take a while and I was having to call them for updates as opposed to the other way around. Finally I got a call From the owner Alex, after the third week who said he would be handling the repairs on my car and would be diagnosing. After another two weeks and a few diagnostics later( mind you.. I’m still calling them to get updates onto my vehicle. No calls are being on updates to me unless I inquire) suddenly Alex discovered a stuck throttle of which I had never had an issue with and said the computer needed to be shipped SC to be te programmed. Reluctantly, I obliged. The very next morning after I thought my vehicle computer was being shipped and with this sudden throttle problem, I get a call that my vehicle has been TOTALED while being pulled into their bay bc of this supposed throttle issue. Alex call to me that morning with this information was rude, dry and less then accountable. I naturally reacted with a raised tone of voice and a few curse words at the situation not at him at which point he hung up the phone in my face and threatened to call 911. Alex’s casual attitude lends itself to the integrity of this shop. They do not value their customers or community there was no empathy just a simple “ we will treat this like an other regular accident and let insurance handle it.” While I understand that is the protocol Alex has zero understanding in the lack of transportation and the amount of heartbreak involved in this situation. People love their cars especially when they’re rare and customized. A little goes a long way. To make matters worse, neither insurance company ( mine nor his) could reach him for weeks following the incident. Alex is always leaving early and leaving his project unattended and has then the required empathy to run a successful business with happy and satisfied employees. If you love your car I suggest you do some research and take it somewhere a bit more reputable.
