I went inside and chatted with the crew and it felt like I ment something and they just didn’t judge me. The experience I had was absolutely amazing and incredible. Words can’t express how grateful they were to me.

Recently I brought my car in for loud brakes and an oil change. I learned that the wrong brake pads were installed at the Chrysler dealership. Jeff let me know that the wrong parts were installed and was incredibly helpful in being informal to Chrysler and providing the corrected information. He saved me hundreds of dollars by keeping the dealership accountable, they switched out the brake pads for free and im very grateful to have saved that money.

I brought my Rav4 in to check on a potential oil leak and have my battery replaced. I was able to drop my car of the day after initially calling and within a few hours I had a call back. Jeff was pleasant, explained everything clearly, and I was driving my car away with confidence the same day. We will be return customers to Northglenn Auto and I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest service.

These guys are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and are honest people. Will bring all my cars to them.

Brought in my Mustang which had been making very loud squeaking and rubbing sounds for about a month now, took it to two other shops before bringing it here and they couldn't find out what was causing the noise. Jeff and his team figured out the problem asap and had my car fixed within a few hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend bringing your car here. Very good work performed.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Third time they have taken care of me. I was quoted $2100 by Christian Brothers for my struts. Northglenn Automotive did them for less than $1200. They rock! Thank you guys.

The staff is immeasurably kind and very generous! They were very descriptive with every detail they were doing and they always had a smile and made my day. Not to mention the two little goofball doggies that are so very sweet in the lobby! I would recommend this place to anyone they are awesome! And they will make sure the job gets done right! I can't think them enough!

They fixed a problem with my 2005 Subaru radiator issue for a fraction of the price and wait time. Very knowledgeable and helped diagnose the cause of the problem. I’m visiting family and am not even a local. Couldn’t recommend any higher. ??

2 excellent experiences at this shop. First was a big deal, multiple other shops stated my seized engine had to be replaced. Jeff @ Northglenn Auto was able to rebuild and refurbish some of the damaged parts successfully at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend this shop!

The only shop you can actually trust not to take your money. It’s insanely hard to find trustworthy people who don’t ONLY care about taking your money and waiting for you to be back again. Jeff and his team have done honest work on my crv to get it road worthy for my son. I will never recommend anybody else to my friends and family.

Our initial impression was that they were honest and great however communication went down hill quickly,After they had the vehicle several weeks more than they initially stated we finally went down there since we hadn't received any calls back. It was apparent they had not touched the car yet( one of their office staff confirmed this when we called later, said another vehicle took priority and longer than expected)Car drove twice before the same issue started again once returned to us. No communication to honor their warranty despite several attempts to call and text. Did not change out parts they stated they did. Charge was double initial quote.The mechanic working on the car did not take any accountability when they did finally respond to the calls. Stated they took pics and would send them but never did. Car has gone to another mechanic at this point to fix what Northglenn supposedly fixed the first time. Jeff was the mechanic and who we worked with. The rest of the shop seemed better. Will never go back.

They could have easily reamed me out for all new suspension. Instead, they're honest and fixed a small part that resolved my issue. Hard to find places like this these days. If your car needs work, bring it here! I'll trust em with my 4runner any day

Jeff is simply amazing. His team quickly diagnosed the issue, communicated with us every step for repair, and gave us post repair advice to prolong our 150k mile vehicle. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and went well above and beyond to help me with my suv. He is highly recommended by myself and he is trustworthy and no nonsense. Didn't try and up sell at all. Such a wonderful experience and a diamond in service.

Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to help me with my jeep. He is highly recommended by myself and I'm so glad I chose him to tackle my head gasket issues and other the crazy repairs. He is trustworthy and will make sure to get it handled!

Jeff was so helpful and fast in diagnosing my car troubles. He did a great job explaining the problem. He understood that it was important that I not be without my car for very long and that the cost was a major factor. He was able to have repairs done in just over one day and he found ways to save me money. Highly recommended.

Have had 2 great experiences with Northglenn Auto. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff was extremely helpful and caring. He went out of his way to help. First time he was unable to do the work on my car but helped me find another mechanic that could. The second time he went out of his way and stayed late to work on my car so I could pick it up the next day without interfering with my schedule. Jeff is an excellent mechanic and just a very nice person. Would highly recommend.

I called several auto shops about getting my bad alternator replaced, and this is the only one that treated the problem with any urgency. Frank got me in and out the next day and was very thorough and communicative in addressing my repair needs. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate the transparency of what the worst case scenario would be in respect to the repairs my car needed. Once I was quoted based on worst case scenario as far as cost and timing, I was really excited that my repairs were completed sooner than expected and for less than I had originally planned for! Jeff seems like an honest man just trying to help people keep their cars safe on the road. My car is running smoother than it has in years!

I had come to the shop for some break work. They we’re responsible with pricing and got me in quickly. I followed up with another visit for an oil change and to have the back breaks looked at. They assessed the problem and thought they had fixed it. Unfortunately the bothersome noise was still there. Jeff reached out to me and had me bring it right in. He listed to my situation and was ready to help me identify the problem. He was fast to sort out what was going on and showed me the parts that were the problem. Explained it all to me. He then gave me options to get it fixed right away. He has great customer service and patience to listen to what’s going on. I appreciate them so much and would highly recommend this shop to anyone for their mechanical needs. This will be my go to shop moving forward as I feel he truly cared about what was going on for my situation and and was up front and honest about the findings. Thanks Jeff and crew.

The people at the shop are super nice. They had my car for 2 months, to fix some steering/suspension problems from a hit and run accident. My car went straight from their shop when they were finished to the Maaco across the street for the body work, and then 3 weeks after the initial 2 months (I know, not the repair shops issue) I got my car back on a Friday. There was a noise coming from the damaged side, and I took my car back to have it looked at as soon as I could, which was Wednesday the following week due to a long weekend for the 4th of July. They got my car fixed the same day, which was great. One problem, now my car has a scrape on the bumper that was just replaced. I know accidents happen, but on top of having my car far longer than I was initially told, there's now a scrape on the brand new bumper. Nobody mentioned anything, and I didn't notice until I got home. I don't even want to deal the shop anymore because there is already some prior damage to the body of the car, but DAAAAMN guys, that bumper was JUST replaced. I don't even want to go through the hassle of talking to them to see about getting it repaired. **Edit** Jeff reached out to set up and pay for the bumper repair.

I just needed to take a moment to thank Frank and Jeff for being so honest, caring and making sure to take care of me in a timely manner. These guys stayed after hours and even came and picked me up to take me back to shop to get my car. I've never been to a shop were they made sure they take care of their clients and helped me tremendously. I highly recommend them they are very honest, upfront and genuine people. Thank you both again. I will be back for any future needs ? ps those dogs so cute!!!!

We have been taking our cars here for 4 or 5 years and have had nothing but good experiences. They are honest about what service does or doesn't need to be done and charge reasonable prices (unlike the dealerships that I've gotten my cars serviced at in the past). This time I had to get my heater fixed and the cost ended up being less than the estimate they'd given me because they didn't end up having to do all the work they thought they'd have to do. Very satisfied with this place. Plus they have a nice dog.

Technicians you can trust. Seriously. I brought my '05 Jeep Grand Cherokee in last week because it started to run a little hot. I was able to drop it off Thursday night after hours and leave my key in the drop box. By 11am Friday morning they had already had the issue diagnosed, had the parts to repair the problem, and provided me with a quote and an estimated time of completion. They were fully honest with me about other potential issues, and fortunately none arose. When they wanted to keep it another night, they kept in full contact with me about the reasons they wanted to keep an extra eye on it, and to make sure it was done well. They came in and finished it on a Saturday (Outside of normal business hours! I was shocked by the great service!), and I had my car by the afternoon. Runs great, and I could not have been more pleased. I will absolutely rely on these guys for any of my car's needs, and recommend you do the same.
