I was a mess after my car accident that totaled my car. I couldn’t see or think straight, and Mike was so kind through all of it. The team let me come retrieve my belongings the next day to give me some time to get my head back on straight, and they were absolute angels the day of the accident and the day following. Everyone I talked to showed so much compassion and empathy towards me and the situation. It is an overwhelming, stressful, and overall painful time to be in a car accident, and none of these guys had any obligation to be so kind. They were, though, and the patience they offered means the world to me. Thank you all so much!

My son was in a bad accident in his BMW on I25 a couple of months ago. Kim went to get his car as it was totaled. She also gave him a ride to a gas station. She was the best tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. Kim and her husband are super nice people. Worst Experience I have Ever received , first Time Buyer From Auction and straight Lied About a car they were auctioning off . Good thing I saw the car before they made Final decision , car said it had key and it Drives and Runs ! Now I’m no rocket scientist but I know I’d a back tire is flat and bent there is no way Any veichile will drive !
