I've been going to this location for over 2 years now and I always have a good 👍🏻 experience. The young man (Richard) last night helped me get my headlight bulb installed (because my hands would not fit). (Richard) is always more than helpful to me and I recommend your company give him a raise. Young good hard working men are hard to find. He's a keeper. Great customer service experience 🙋🏻♂️

The people working at this store all need raises and a paid vacation! They helped me through 2 days of battery trouble spread over 2 cars with nothing but kindness and professionalism. I truly wish I could drop a 6 star review for them and cannot overstate how great they were to work with.

I went into the store last night to see the store manager and was told that she is no longer there. I left the store fuming, 4 months ago I was in the store having issues with my car Veda the store manager took the time to help me, i recently joined the military fresh from high school. Veda told me it was my battery she priced out the batteries that they have I asked her if I can make a phone call to see if I could get some help with the best battery, I called every one I know and they couldn’t help me with a battery, I went back in to tell her that it would have to wait, Veda told me to hold on give her a second, she went and got her card and paid over 100.00 dollars for my battery, I started to cry because she didn’t have to do that. She thanked me for keeping her and her family safe. I finally had the time to go and thank her and I find out that they got rid of her, I don’t know why but Oreilly has lost my business if they can’t back up employee like her why would I want to spend my money with them. Veda I hope you see this I will miss you, that store lost a great person. Thank you so much for your kind support. Montana

Terrible store went to get new headlights indoor my car and I had asked if they can help me replace the bulb as I’m recovering from surgeries, was told it would take an hour plus for this car type and they can’t cause going to close. I got home did it myself 10 minutes each side and caused myself more pain. Terrible customer service

These guys were incredibly rude, and short with my wife. Very sad to see as we spent our hard earned money with them. Incredibly unprofessional we will never be back. In addition we know a former employee that left that location for this reason. One word of advice to the training team at Oreillys (if they have one), fire who is in charge and actually start training

They should have more employees like Derek. He's a very efficient and empathetic person. He does what the customer is told to do. He doesn't keep the customer waiting and provides a prompt solution to any problem they may have. I am a satisfied customer and very grateful for his service with my car battery. When other employees didn't take me into consideration, he did.

Replaced the 3 wiper blades on our RAV today. Derek offered to help me put them on. The wiper on the back was a little confusing. Derek did a wonderful job. I sure appreciate the extra steps that the employees take with customer service..👨🔧💙

Some of the worst "autoparts" people at any store. If they cannot look it up in their computer, or deal with it from behind their little counter, they are completely useless. Any other autoparts store is better.

Really really annoying when I drive to the store with intent to spend money and walk up to the counter and the attendant asks what I need and in the process of telling him the phone rings. He says excuse me and answers the pho e and I stead of asking the caller to hold he starts helping them. I walked away since they didn't want money from someone that comes to the store to chatting with someone on the phone. Very poor training and bad customer service. It is be coming less and less of a convenience to go to this store.

Falsely accused me of stealing called and asked if we could look through their cameras or if they could check stock on their computers and they refused! Received a ticket over something that I didn’t take!

They just can't seem to get my orders correct. This is the 3rd time the screwed up my order. I'm done using them. I'm not sure if they just don't listen or are incompetent.

Stopped here an hour before close because we lost a lug nut, Donna and Wyatt were so kind and patient with us and made sure we had everything we needed before they fully closed up! Highly recommend this place! They were lifesavers on our thanksgiving trip!!

These guys/girls are Rockstars. They helped me work on my car for about 2.5-3 hrs In the hot sun day trying to replace a bunch of fuses and probably saved me $100s if not more than $1000 in towing/professional repairs. They seriously saved my whole day. I can't say thank you enough

I just wanted to thank that young men who helped us today. We came in with my Honda throwing every warning light it could. I read on the internet it was a battery. I had purchased my battery from an O’Reilly’s in Kansas. We needed to get the car home so asked them for help. They exchanged the battery, let us use their tools and it cleared all the warnings just like the other Honda owners said it would. Thanks guys!!!

I have always had a great experience here - whether getting wiper blades, like I did for this trip, or purchasing a new battery for my car, like I did a few years ago. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

Have had better service, was guided by employee to a section that was told to look because that's where if they had this part would be was left looking for myself and literally walked outside and ordered and payed for the part walked back inside and they could not find the part so then drove away and 15 minutes later was told my part was available

I came here to have my mothers car battery checked. It was noted to be a bad battery. Owen went above and beyond to make sure my new battery was placed and also noted some of the screws to the filter were loosen. He made sure we replaced everything to be in proper working condition. I really appreciate everything he did that day… Thank you Owen

I was passing through this town on a long road trip from Washington state to Indiana. I stopped in to get some supplies and because I had a check engine light. The customer service at this location was probably better than any O’Reillys I’ve ever been to and I’m a frequent shopper and the manager was extremely knowledgeable on my vehicle and vehicles in general. He ran the coats for me and help me get everything I needed to be safe on my long trip. I am very grateful for the store and the amazing employees that work there.

They always treat customers right. However, self checkout would be a big plus, especially in their higher-traffic units. You get one customer looking for an odd part, and that could tie up a checkout lane for long periods of time. Maybe a dedicated checkout lane, to improve throughput of transactions. But, when every lane is a parts request and checkout lane, wait times can extend beyond 15mins. I know, because I've waited that long to buy one item I pulled from the shelf. Great selection, clean stores, knowledgeable and thoughtful staff.

This store is one of my favorites, most of all because my Dad used to work there. I was nervous when he moved out of state, but the staff is always so helpful and help me with everything I need. They usually have my parts or get them in the next day!

Extremely professional and friendly service. Sometimes it's hit and miss with online orders in regards to receiving the correct parts, but in store returns are quick and easy, staff is usually knowledgeable and helpful.

Quick and easy trip. Checked online before hand to make sure they had what I needed in stock. I work in retail so it was nice to know that their inventory was correct. Very friendly staff. In and out in a jiffy

O'Reilly's is very helpful with telling me what I need for my SUV. They even have a code reader and will come out to my car and check it if my check engine light comes on. They always help me fix it and never try to push more parts on me that I don't need. As a single mom I need this kind of service!

Generally polite and willing to help. Sometimes I feel like they don't know as much about parts as they want you to think. Store is clean and well stocked. Little pricey but I continue to use them for both convienence and availability.

Terrible customer service. They stand around and b.s. with each other and ignore the customers that are waiting. Most of the employees should not have a job anywhere, i would never hire any of them. They are completely incompetent when it comes to auto parts. They told me a part i needed was at there warehouse and i could pick it up, but had to pay at the store, so I did. Drove 30 minutes away to have the warehouse tell me they didn't have it and the store knew it, and that their bennett store does this all the time. I would avoid this place if possible, i will never come back unless there is no other choice.

Worst experience at an auto parts store. Employees were worried more about people calling the store than customers inside the store. I was getting help from someone until the phone rang. I waited and after the call he started helping someone else. They did not have the U-joint I needed for a F150 so I had to travel 30 min to be sold the wrong one at another Orielly's on Tower Road. You would be better off going to anyone else. I been 3 times because its close to my home, had bad experience each time.
