Lost brake pressure on I-70 headed to KC. Honestly thought I’d be stuck in Bennet overnight. The guys at the shop made my issue a priority even though they were busy. They got me back on the road. Very grateful for their time and effort.
These guys are great! Got a flat on i70, was able to get my car towed to a tire shop and was nice enough to drop me off at a near by hotel since the shop was closed.
Wife had an accident where she laid her vehicle over in the snow in a ditch. After getting the vehicle out,I called to see if they could take a quick look at the vehicle and they were glad to help. Filled up the power steering fluid for us and we were on our way!
We got a flat tire coming off the Bennett exit and Kevin came with a tow truck on his day off to help us out! Kevin was amazing! He told us to Sherer's. Found a tire for our car that he had to go out and search for and our car was fixed and we were on our way. His service was amazing, the people there were amazing, and we highly recommend them all. Over 50 years old on the sheer Auto parts runs or owns it now took it over from his dad friendly Curtis service pretty well stopped on parts and can get just about anything you want very good quality five star
Mom had her low tire pressure light come on and instead of risking a tire (we're 10 miles from town) I called AAA to air them up. I felt bad but he didn't act like it was a stupid request. Very helpful and professional.
They go above and beyond to help you out with your needs. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but once you get in they're ready to go the extra mile to get you what you need.
Unfortunately, we blew a tire on our cargo trailer just west of Byers in a Friday night. We waited 4 hours sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow from our roadside assistance plan. We finally gave up, dropped the trailer and made it home to Aurora.
The next day we returned with a spare tire and discovered the blow out was due to a cracked leaf spring. We were at our wits end, and decided to search for a towing company ourselves. I’m so grateful we did.
It took 1 phone call to Sherer, and a total of 47 minutes to have the trailer completely loaded and on its way back to our home.
I forgot to ask for a quote during the initial call. I was kicking myself the whole drive home, assuming I would be gouged. But when handed the bill, it was half of what our roadside assistance was going to charge us.
I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars.
These guys are great. Not only did the fix my car and corrected what another "mechanic" did wrong, but they worked with me on a payment plan, since I had already lost a sizable amount of money getting the problem fixed in the first place. They are now my go-to mechanic. Period.
Stopped in because the skid plate was falling off my car. Guy was working in the shop and fixed it for me instantly I believe his name was Matt. Young guy. It's hard to find honest and good hearted people anywhere. This company should be proud to have a worker like that. Anyone in the area should trust this shop 100% I will be recommending to everyone in my network.
These guys are awesome! Fast, friendly and reasonably priced - I was back on the road in no time - you would think I was their most important customer. I highly recommend them.
I was snowed into my car for days during the massive blizzard that hit Colorado. All of the other towing services that I was in contact with either refused to service me, would charge me $1,200, or told me that I wasn't on their priority list. After coming in cotact with Sherer auto parts, the tow truck driver kept in constant contact with me and even cleared parts of the road to get me to my vehichle. This company went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the service I recieved. During the hour (probably more) that it took to just clear the road, the driver was extremely positive and nice. Truly an amazing company with fantastic workers.
