We were driving to Denver from Kansas City and unfortunately right outside of Bennett my ball joint and CV axle snapped. Out of all the places we called these amazing people were able to tow my car, order parts and fix it the next day. I appreciate yall so much! We are back on the road and heading home (omaha) two days later!
Was stranded New Year’s Eve with vehicle failure and even though closed on New Years Day, not only opened store to sell me parts but drove them to me at the local hotel.
We broke down in Bennet and we were stuck, unaware and perplexed. Enter Kyle a local nice guy. He offered to pull us to his friends at Shere's Carquest shop. Don, Matt and Josh could not have been more accommodating. Family owned and operated. Honest. Thank you.
They are an excellent auto parts store they know their stuff and can help you find what you need. They have a lot of parts in stock so you don't have to wait like the others. Also it just fits the small town feel out here. Seems like everyone knows each other.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. My husband called ahead about an alternator he purchased in Grand Junction but no longer had the receipt for. The man (Bob)that answered told him it was ok, that with the part number my husband gave him all he would need to do was just bring in the faulty alternator and he would exchange it. We drove from Denver to Bennett all to get told there was nothing he could do without the receipt. We went to the old Carquest now Advance auto on Colorado and Illiff and Amber was able to look it all up and take care of us. This guy (Bob) working here needs customer service classes.
