My experience with them is terrible someone else had owned the car who had wreck it and was willing to come down and pay the fees and instead are coming after me when I no longer own it trying to ruin everything in my life including my credit and the lady at the desk after 20 years very rude If I was her Ild quit my job especially after your reviews.. If I could give them 0 stars I would..
Refused to come out and change out a tire on the basis of "to much traffic". Other companies were booked and all I needed was an SUV and chauffeur back on the road, they completely dropped the ball
Bought a car from them they said it was a good car and everything was great they had unplugged the battery to get the check engine light and ABS light to go off went to get it smogged they told us to drive 40 miles only to see all the lights come on and it not pass smog they will rob u take your money an tell you you bought the car as is even though they tell you the car is a good car and everything is fine with it i would never recommend them to anyone. Please don't waste your time even going there! Of i could give them Zero Stars i would.
"GOOD BUISNESS!" Very warm, and respectful communication. Attentive to my needs, and all around pleasant experience. I read all of the reviews on this place prior to using them, so I was on watch for the behavior that was reported in these reviews. It was not there. I have got to be one of the most picky, and demanding customers around and this company checks out. Good job dollar tow.
This place is prejudice and trust me, I do not lie about things like that... at a time like this when we are all going through a horrible time with Covid and the lost of jobs, they have no compassion nor customer service...The women were really rude... I listen to the way they talked and just shook my head... Hopefully they will never have to experience what they issued out.
And I still wish them happy holidays...?
I'm literally being screamed at by a tow truck driver and by the front door operator. I have had to get a police escort to get the belongings out of my car.
I called the branch manager from West Sacramento, and she sided with the tow truck drivers, telling me it's all on video.
Now I'm standing here waiting for the police, so I can get my belongings out of my car

Terrible! Took my boyfriends red prelude from in front of my house because someone else reported it because it was out if commission. It was in front of my own house it was not illegal to have it there yet they towed our car and now dollar tow is trying to charge us 2,400$
Excellent company, very professional! Damage free towering is where it's at and there guys can do it. Very nice trucks at dollar tow!!! In need of emergency road service, dollar tow is the one to call...
This company is a huge ripoff: horrible customer service, very expensive rates compared to competition, their drivers don't tell the truth on the cost of the tow until they bring the car to the destination and then increase it by $150. They should change their business name to "$200 Tow for 5 miles", it would be an honest reflection of their rates and practices.
Called them over the phone. Receptionist had a very rude tone and immediately priced the tow at $130 an hour for all of the time the truck is away from the shop. The time is rounded up as she puts it "By the time the truck leaves our shop and goes where it needs to, it'll likely take at least an hour and everything after that will be prorated at the half hour mark." All this while I haven't even had a chance to specify my location yet. No thanks.
my boyfriend works for you and i know he does everything for the people he meets and does a wonderful job and take care of them if you want them to help you you are in goodhands
Horrible experience, broke my parking brake, the receptionist of all people immediately denied it, like she would have any insight, very rude, would not provide me with the manager or supervisors name or information, basically had to call my insurance company who had sent them to my house in the first place, to get involved. Run far away from them, or watch them VERY closely when they load your car up and unload it.
