Excellent person to do business with they expedited my order and everything worked as they said it would it was a headlamp for my SLK 250 Mercedes. Very hard to find this exact one but garage man hook me up! Got it installed and had a professional tinting done on it and it looks and works great. If you're on the fence thinking about buying something from garage man I highly recommend him.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased an auto part for $450 that came with a 6-month warranty, but unfortunately, the part was defective right out of the box.
After spending hours installing it in my vehicle, I immediately noticed serious issues—the rear end began making loud whining and clicking noises, which clearly indicated the part was not functioning properly. This should have been caught before the part was ever sold.
When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, the customer service was extremely unprofessional. My call with the parts department was abruptly disconnected, and I was later told a replacement would be sent. However, I never received anything.
I also spoke with a manager named Isaac, who was rude and unwilling to provide full information or offer any real assistance. The lack of accountability and respect for customers was very frustrating.
I essentially lost $450 on a defective part and received no resolution despite multiple attempts to fix the situation. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with an auto parts supplier.
I would strongly caution others before doing business here.
I order a part from these people with a 6 month warranty and the part was no good when it came to my house n after all the hard work me putting it in the car the rear end was winning away n clicking away Like they should of knew what they sold me so I call them up to speak to parts and they just hung up in my face after paying $450.00 cash they have no respect to custumers and they also said they was gonna send me a new part and never did now I call the manager Isaac who won't give me all his info he clames he DOSENT have a last name this guy but very rude loke the rest of them n they basically beat me on 400 dollars this was the worst people I ever delt with in my life and I also deal with alot cars places and mechanics and parts places who would never treat there customers like they did especially selling them a bad part
I confirmed with the seller before purchase that the mirror was power folding with blind spot, but I received a manual mirror that does not match the description. Shipping also took 10 days instead of the promised 3–5. This caused me extra costs for installation and forced me to buy another mirror at a higher price. No proper resolution or replacement was offered. I would not recommend dealing with this seller.
Great seller! Turbo was shipped the same day I purchased it. Communication was excellent — very fast responses to all my messages. They also offer overnight shipping if needed for an extra fee. Highly recommend!
I initially tried to order a part from Garage Man that was listed through EBay. There were problems accessing the part through that site. I found Garage Man’s number on Facebook and called. I'm a first time customer to GarageMan, a woman, and well over retirement age. I needed a used part for my MBZ CLK350. The facility is large, clean, and runs like a top...I'm impressed. I was able to purchase the part, then asked them about possibly installing it. Parts and Service desks are separate, but only feet apart. I could have been in a high priced dealership! They were more than accommodating, and within 10 minutes they had redirected an employee from the service bay, and within half an hour I was on my way. Pricing was very affordable, all staff were courteous and friendly. They genuinely cared about doing things right...the first time! I'll be returning to GarageMan, as needed, in the future. This kind of businesses should be praised for their outstanding service. I needed a suspension air compressor for my gl450. Called them, went there and picked it a very reasonable price (198) and brought it to my mechanic to change it. It works great now.

Excellent communication and product. I recently purchased a pair of rear struts (left/right) for my failing ones on an ‘03 S55 AMG, had them installed on and now it rides superbly! Had quotes from various shops and they all wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. Got the parts at a fraction of the price quoted by these shops, and hired a mobile mechanic to installed it. Very smart move on my part I must say , saved me thousands. I highly recommend Garage Man for all your parts needs and save yourselves hundreds, if not thousands.

I ordered a driver's sideview mirror for my Mini Cooper. The color and fitment of the electrical plug were perfect. Just like new again. I would definitely order parts from them again if I ever need to. The delivery was quick also just three days.
I purchased what was advertised as a “good, normal working condition” engine from this company for $950 (including shipping), confident it would replace my worn-out motor. Upon installation, the engine would run—but it wouldn’t actually drive the vehicle. After troubleshooting and paying an additional $900 in labor costs to have it installed professionally, I discovered that the part they shipped was defective and the crankshaft was bent meaning that it was in a previous accident.
When I reached out for a resolution, the company acknowledged their mistake—but only offered a $480 refund, leaving me out $1,370 for a non-working engine plus labor I never should have needed in the first place. Their “partial refund” barely covers half of their own advertised failure, and I’m left footing the bill for both their bad part and the labor to install it.
Buyer Beware:
Misleading Advertising: The engine was not in “good, normal working condition,” as advertised—it only ran in place, unable to drive the car. Hidden Costs: I ended up spending nearly $2,000 total (engine + labor), only to receive a refund that doesn’t even cover the engine price. Poor Customer Resolution: Their sole solution was a token refund that fails to take responsibility for their defective product or compensate me for my wasted labor costs. I contacted them repeatedly to negotiate a fair settlement, but they refuse to cover the full cost of their error. I’m posting this review in hopes of getting the company to reconsider and refund the outstanding balance, and to warn other customers: don’t assume “good condition” means a properly working engine and to not trust this company for any engines or transmissions as they will scam you and give you a partial refund and cause you to junk your car.

My tires busted, I googled help that comes to you with a flat. The best deal was given to me for 2 tires they came out to me removed both of my busted tires on my bus. I ordered a replacement center dash vent for my 09 Mercedes-Benz ML350 4Matic from this vendor. Not only was it an exact match but was in new condition as well. The removal and replacement took about 5 min. Better than expected with super fast shipping and delivery! Great experience and will do business with Garageman again in the future if the need arises.
They sent me a video screen that clearly was in a fire, is this for real? On a side note the tracking and updates were great, but excessive. After the second screen was not correct, I attempted to get the parts I had ordered elsewhere, they offered a refund….except I never got it. Stay away all they care about is your google review. Update 4 months later still Waiting for my refund….. One year update, they still have not refunded the money, after sending another wrong screen. To the owner that replied …. Nothing caught on fire this is the unit you sent me!!!! First one was burnt, second one was wrong part number! I don’t know how else to explain. You guys are crooks, send a return label and I can return these two wrong parts. That car is long gone.
