Appreciate the good service and honest work by all the staff in my visits these past 3 years. Weather it be assist with a flat, low tire pressure, tire sensor, or tire rotation, Big Brand was there to help me.
I visited this tire shop a while back to get a new set of tires for my vehicle. The service manager was charismatic, and the shop itself gave off a trustworthy and well-maintained impression. Despite being very busy, they completed the service within two hours. However, when I got my car back, I was concerned when I saw my registration and other personal documents that I store in my glove compartment scattered across the front seat. It was clear that someone had gone through my belongings. To make matters worse, one of the newly installed tires wasn’t properly inflated. I won’t be returning here for future service. I genuinely appreciate the honest and hardworking employees at this establishment, and I want to emphasize that this review is not directed at them. But I do hope this serves as a caution to others: if you choose to have your vehicle serviced anywhere, make sure to remove any valuables or personal documents beforehand.

Great service. Very friendly, HONEST and knowledgable staff. Especially the staff at the front desk. I will be recommending them to everyone and anyone. No hassle, no meaningless upselling. Literally felt like I was dropping off my car at my buddies garage. Pricing wasn’t crazy. And for the service you get… talk about value. I didn’t think my car drove that bad before… but I was seriously wrong. They worked magic.
I recently had rims refinished. That shop found a bad valve with those repairs. However, because it was a specialty part, a replacement was said to be not available.The day after I got my car back the tire with the bad valve lost pressure from 41 psi to 30 psi and the following day It went to zero psi. However, I was out of town from the rim repair shop. I was able to pump it up, but only once. After that, it kept leaking air quickly but at first held at about 26 psi.. I made it to the store in Oxnard. They did not have my tires in stock, but they suggested Camarillo. I was hoping that I could get my car in there within a couple of days. This was before I realized the tire later was not retaining air— It would not let me pump it up again.The Big Brand tire shop in Camarillo took me the same day. During the repair they showed me the bad part as opposed to a normal valve, and discussed everything with me. I was also concerned because the rims were recently painted and I was told not to have any work done for 2 to 4 weeks. Another tire had a sidewall defect. Big Brand wasable to replace all four tires without harming the rims. They were also able to put in a substitute valve as a temporary measure.I’m extremely grateful for the experience. I had an appointment elsewhere to replace all four tires, but the delay would’ve been 3 1/2 weeks. Thank you!
I wanted to skip the annoying process of going through the Central number for a quote, so I contacted my local Camarillo California store directly. Tommy, the salesman, was very helpful and gave me some alternate quotes for tires which he saved in the computer.
Yesterday, without an appointment, I showed up about 15 minutes after they had opened. Isaac, the manager took very good care of me and honored the quote that Tommy had given and even did a little better since I decided to also have an alignment, some brake work and an oil change.
Isaac's crew had discovered the brake problem when they put my car on the rack. The rear brakes were down to bare metal.
They finished all the work in mid-afternoon after having driven me home. Later, Alex picked me up to take me back get my car.

As someone who was in the retail busi for over 25 years, I want to put in an especially a good word for Isaac, the manager.
The culture of a business comes directly from the manager. If the staff is pleasant and helpful and efficient it is not an accident.
It is because the manager is doing a good job.
Part of his job is selecting the right people and clearly Isaac has done that. The staff, too, are all to be commended for their courtesy and professionalism.
They worked on my “is there a problem with one of my tires, or does the pressure sensor need to be reset”:for 90 minutes. They found a nail and fixed the tire. NO CHARGE! I got an appointment right away, and they could not have been nicer and more professional! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
I went in for a routine oil change. I've used Big Brand Tire for all of my not intensive work. Received the car only to find it leaking oil. My car has never leaked oil. I brought it back and no one explained what the issue was. They said they retorqued the washer plug and there was no other leak. While the initial oil change was happening they called about me needing new shocks, new sparks plugs, and new brakes. I said no at the time and thank god because if a simple oil change makes me lose another day because it wasn't done right I can only imagine what would happened if I let their "technicians" do real work on my car. I will never stop advising future customers to not chose Big Brand for any servicing needs. They didnt even offer anything for the inconvenience and possible damage they caused to my vehicle.

Got a new set of tires and waited almost 2 hours even after an appointment. I specifically told the tech at the counter I wanted an alignment check. They never did it! Then I had to wait all over again for them to take my car back and do it. There was no apology or care given on their end. Terrible customer service they don’t listen to you at the point of sale!
It started with a phone call. The guy who answered was friendly and very helpful. Once I got to Big Brand Tire & Service the front desk staff was very friendly as well and acknowledged me right away! I would refer friends & family!
First shout out to Edgar and Caesar for all the help they did with my car! They bumped my online appointment up an hour! I was hoping to get a quick alignment and was generously given the same discount as I was told I would on the phone, extremely helpful and quick check in and they have wifi, restrooms for customers and a waiting room with a TV and not one but two soda machines! Oh but it gets better, yes better than the plural soda machines, there's cold drinking water for customers. Honestly, it's a hot day and I'm super glad for the water. My car had a pretty screwed alignment and with the help of the staff here, soon I'll be on my way. Only this time I'll be driving as straight as an arrow!
My experience with Big Brand Tire and Service was great and enlightened me to more services they provide. I set up some tire work and a check on my ABS system as well as I knew they would inspect the brakes (which they did). Big Brand Camarillo is THE place to go for tires, alignment, repair, rotation, they are professional, reasonable, and friendly. I've witnessed them assist a customer who was traveling from San Diego to San Francisco to do a home paint job and didn't quite have enough to get his tire (s) replaced and still have Gas money to get there. They went over a dozen options and were able to cut a deal that was so helpful the older gentleman shed a few tears. Keep your business local, go to Big Brand on Pleasant valley and Dawson drive
The gent in-service gave me a couple options. I reviewed them for a day with a friend who has a similar car. Once I decided the brand they ordered them and had them installed the next day. Smooth, easy service.

My brother was visiting from Arizona he had driven his big truck out to bring me a few gates for my house. On the way one of his tires had separated and he bought a used tire to get him to Ventura.
Iran? Was very understanding we needed four tires for my brothers truck. They didn’t have them in stock at the Ventura store so he went above and beyond the call of duty and called the Camarillo store.
My brother couldn’t wait for another shipment he had to leave early on Sunday morning the next day.
We went over to The Big Brand Tires in Camarillo and we were able to get four brand new tires on Saturday afternoon.

Still 5 stars and then some! After a year brought car back for its tire check up. The guys listened to all my other car woes and tried to help , advise, and plan. The rotation was free, the alignment was reasonable and competitive at $129. They worked on, checked car for 90 minutes, including OBD ,gave me print out of their findings with an explanation of work done. There's a comfy, bright waiting room, too along with their excellent communication and service.
Shahir was an excellent service consultant. I came in with no appointment and he quickly got my car’s tire and an alignment done in no time. Very happy with the level of service.

Today I had one of the best customer experience and service in a long time. I wasn’t able to see why my tire was leaking non stop and they saw that my rim was cracked. They recommended me a welder place, searched for new 17’s and gave me a few options to fix and replace my issue. Shoutout for Alex at reception and Angel the mechanic for being kind, informative, extremely helpful and friendly. I hope I don’t have another issue to have to come back but if I do, I would go back without a doubt! Thank you
Great customer service and mechanical expertise. Two members of the shop stayed late and took their time with my vehicle as if it was their own. They mounted four brand new wheels and tires to make my vehicle look amazing. Greatly appreciate Angel and Mikes efforts.
I wanted new wheels and tires for my truck to start off my little build. Everything at Big Brand was awesome. They were so helpful with everything and everything was fast and done well! I got bigger wheels but it seems to ride even smoother than before. Super happy to say the least.
