I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, explained my tire options clearly, and didn’t pressure me into buying anything unnecessary. The installation was quick, and they had me back on the road in no time. I showed up right before closing time and they still went out of their way to help me and stay. Highly recommend for honest and professional service

Came in with the biggest bolt I've ever seen in my tire and they were able to patch it up. They were quick and accommodating. Will be coming back for any tire repairs in the future.

Great service! Alex took care of me with a smile, even after closing hrs. I came in to have my warning low tire pressure . The valve stem was broken. They gladly fit me in and fixed my tire and got me back on the road safely. And no charge! Thank you Alex! And Thank you Hector!! Me and the family were out on a weekend vacation Southern California from up North picked up some screws in our tire went in and they took care of us quick and professionally no problems. Great customer service very polite I would recommend going there again.

I went in after asking my dealership to take a look at my tire because I had to keep putting air in it. Dealership didn’t find anything, so I brought the car to American Tire Depot and they found a nail and fixed it for free. The best part was the service man that helped us was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

These guys are always patient and will explain everything to you even if you may or may not understand the basics. Very kind and even take their time giving quotes to customers for any service needed on a vehicle, tires, batteries. Leaving notes on the receipt for any future repairs if needed. Just all around a really good place to bring your vehicle. I believe the prices are decent enough for bigger jobs.

Most amazing service I came in on a Sunday as they were extremely busy midday. I had to go to a job. My tire had a large screw in the tire. Losing tire pressure all day long They managed to help me remove my spare that was not easy to remove. They did a wonderful job removing my spare and install it on my truck also giving an air pressure helping me patch my tire calling me at the end of the day with my tire ready to be picked up an excellent place to get service done I recommend to any family or friend!

I was in an accent that messed up my suspension pretty bad. Hector was very helpful in getting my car back on the road. Never tried to upsell me or tell me I needed something I didn’t actually need. But was detailed in the recommendations from the mechanic. The mechanic himself (Miguel) took time to show me and explain why things needed to be fixed or replaced and how they were affecting my cars performance Nathan and Ramon were very polite and accommodating. Called me with updates as they happened. Made recommendations but never pressured me to make any decisions. As a woman going into a car shop alone and not fully knowledgeable of car repairs I really appreciate the honesty and respect from these guys. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this shop to friends and family.

I was able to get my tires replaced and rotated for great pricing. Nathan helped me with his keen attention and probably saved a life. Went for wheel balancing and found the recent work I had done on the front shocks and ball joints was done improperly and about to fail completely. Under these circumstances, it seemed I had to decline repairs here in order ro try to allow the original installer a chance to make good. Nathan did quote me a very reasonable price and I regret not just having American Tire Depot, Camarillo, just make the needed repairs. Being from Ventura, the logistics would require returning via tow truck. But I do want to highly recommend this business for their expertise and readiness to provide service.

Had a flat tire on my brand new Cx-90, another company told me I needed a new tire ($350). Thankfully, I brought it to American Tire Depot for a 2nd opinion. They took the tire off the rim, inspected it and found no other issues than a screw in the treads. They fixed the flat for free and I was on my way. So thankful that there are still honest people to do business with. They have my business for life!
