Wow, I could not believe what an amazing job Caliber Collision did. The service was perfect, from the moment I got to the shop to the moment I got my car back. I was always kept updated and informed of what was happening with my car. Jason and Ryan were great. They were very accommodating and provided the best of everything. My car looks brand new.
Not to long ago. I Got some body work done on my 2013 honda accord coupe v6. I was very pleased with the work and service from this location. Dakota and Jason go above and beyond. My car rear bumper ( where the damage was located) looks great!
Matt has an excellent service. Truly an honest and professional person who has been a great advisor for care of the car. He’s not after with the business’s benefits only but the clients comfortability as well.
I was researching a body repair shop locally in Camarillo. I did a Google search and a few body shops came up. I checked reviews on all of the recommended body shops. I was extremely impressed with caliber's stellar reviews i decided to call them. Cynthia the receptionist is very sweet and nice and helped me make an appointment to have the front body work done. I worked with George who was also very kind. I was extremely happy with the work done on my Genesis. I ended up scheduling another appointment to have the rear damage fixed. I highly recommend Caliber for any body work you need done. In a couple weeks I'm taking my car back to caliber to have my driver passenger window regulator fixed because my window won't stay up. All the staff I had any interaction with are professional and helpful. Thanks Caliber I will definitely spread the word to anyone looking for a creditable body shop. 10 stars from me ;)
George and the team took a bad situation (for me at least) and made it not so bad. Actually got my car back earlier than promised and looks like nothing ever happened. Awesome experience.
This is the only place to get your dented auto repaired. Our car was cought in the in-between chain accident. Front and rear damage repaired like new. So easy to work with all customer service personnel . 10 points given

Caliber Collision was definitely a good choice. They were listed as one of the shops my insurance provided on their lists of shops. I highly recommend them, my experience was a good one and everything went smoothly. They were very helpful, they gave me constant updates of every step my car was going through. And they also did a great job with my car repairs. Oxnard shop and the Camarillo shop were both great.

I took my Subaru Legacy in for an estimate on a damaged rear bumper. Matt Compton was the adjuster and he is a prince of a man. He could not have been more helpful. He was completely upfront, honest and respectful. He was able to get the repair done sooner than expected. The repair was done in excellent form. I would definitely recommend Caliber in Camarillo. Dakota, the manager, was very helpful ordering the part we needed for our 2018 Volvo at the earliest possible moment to expedite the process. Shaun and his team not only did an exceptional job but the time it took was unexpected. My original date that my insurance gave was 4 days more than what Shaun said which was great but then Shaun exceeded that by having my car ready a day sooner than his estimation. The attention to detail was great but the customer service was just above and beyond. I highly recommend this outfit and thank you again to Shaun and his amazing team.
Matt was fantastic! He was so helpful and kept me informed the entire time they had my car.
