I had to get an alignment done and was referred to Pierson and am so grateful I was. I could go on for way too long about how awesome Chad is but long story short: Honest, reliable, best pricing and above and beyond with customer service. I am still a novice in the auto world and to have someone not only take care of my car as though it were his own, but answer all my questions - and with patience, knowledge and kindness explain what everything meant (I am lucky I know what a brake pad is lol) - means the world to me. I found a place I can trust and know where I can confidently and comfortably take all my vehicles!
Made an 8AM appointment, just to be told a simple alignment wouldn't be ready until after lunchtime. Would it be too much to ask to let your customers know before hand, that they will be there half of the day
I'm not the most savvy when it comes to cars, which puts me at some risk of being taken advantage of. I used to worry about this until I found Piersons. Now, this is the only shop I'm willing to take my car to. The owner, Chad, is honest, hard working, and reliable.
My first experience was about 2 years ago when I noticed that my car was idling rough. I took it in to be looked at and Chad told me that my pistons needed repaired but to take the car to the dealership and have the work done under recall. I wouldn't have known if he didnt tell me, and because I need my car and my peace of mind, I would have paid whatever price necessary to have them both back. But, thanks to him l, I was able to get the problem fixed at the dealership at no cost to me.
Recently, my check engine light came on and the code indicated a potential turbo problem. I called ahead to get a worst case scenario quote which came to about $1800. Fearing a major and costly repair, I brought it in and Chad ran some diagnostics but couldn't find anything mechanically wrong. There were a few external factors that probably caused the light to come on. Hallelujah! No expensive repairs necessary, or recommended, and I had really feared there would be. Thankfully, I was able to leave with an oil change and no worries. I appreciate his honesty so much!
Should the day come when my car needs serious repairs, I have faith that Chad is going to give me a fair and honest price and the work will be done to high standard.

I called and spoke with Chad about bringing in my 19 year old car, which had recently begun running super rough, and had triggered my check engine light. When I dropped off my car, I spoke with Chad about diagnostic pricing, and was honest that if it was a big repair, I might consider not fixing it depending on whether it was worth it on my old car, since it might be time for a new one. He was super professional and upfront with diagnostic pricing and options. About an hour later, he called me back and had diagnosed what was wrong, and gave me a thorough breakdown of potential causes, and recommendations. Overall it wouldn't be worth extensive repairs since the car is old and not worth much anymore, but he was able to do a quick temporary fix to get it back running smoothly for now, and he didn't even charge me! Amazing service, amazing shop, and just overall awesome experience. I am so thankful to them for getting me back on the road. I have had this shop work on my car before, and they were quick, honest, and convenient then and now. I will definitely be bringing my future business to them, and highly recommend them to anyone.
Great auto shop! I called an hour in advance and got my alignment done within the hour! Needed my break pads to be replaced, got an appointment for the next morning and it was done by noon! Great customer service and great work!
Pierson Automotive is a business you can trust. They do quality work and they don't take advantage of women. My car always handles better after they work on it. It's like they put it back together BETTER.
Great honest shop, my wife's Prius had a wheel stud that would just spin and wouldn't allow me to remove the wheel. I was afraid it would need a whole new hub (more $$$) but these guys here were able to remove it and install new studs for me. They even took the car next door and had America's tire mount 4 brand new tires, then back for a 4 wheel alignment all while I was at work. Came picked up the car and it drives like new. Thanks Pierson Automotive for the fast, honest work and very reasonably priced as well.
I just want to say that Chad (owner) is a great guy, and I am sooo pleased with the service and the pricing. My car is a pain to work on(thanks Dodge) lol

Originally went to the location to try and go to Hay's Automotive. When I arrived, the name had changed and possibly the owner. It's now called Pierson Automotive. I decided to give it a shot and the first person I spoke with was Chad and he was very attentive to listening to my issues I had with my Evap code on my Dodge Ram. I was utterly surprised by the professionalism and devotion that Chad had in diagnosing and correcting my evap issue when no one else was able to. From start to finish, I was provided top notch customer service from Chad and his crew. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone who wants their automobile in the best hands!
Great place for an alignment. Chad runs a great shop. Trucks never felt better. Car maintenance, money well spent here. I’ve had my truck misaligned at a previous shop and they still missed on the second try.
I'm glad I went here to service my car. I've taken it in for a few things over the years, but just recently I took it in for a transmission issue that seemed straightforward initially but slowly became complex. Brandon and Chad were both really helpful and had a great attitude, and despite the problem being really challenging to diagnose, I felt like they were on my side. My car must have been in their shop over 5 weeks between two rounds of service (the time between visits my car was in another shop, whole ordeal lasted about 2 months) and not only were they willing to explain everything they were doing in great detail, they also took the time to explain the steps that the service manual highlighted and kept an open mind when I made suggestions. Not only that, but they really empathized with me that the car was giving me trouble, and because of that they held back on a lot of labor hours they could have charged me for.
Really, if I could add on another star I would.

Write thins review from St. George, Utah just prior to attending my Aunt's funeral. this is significant. Due to the funeral I had to get my older van worked on so that we could make the trip to Utah. We took our van in on Monday, late afternoon and it was done Tuesday -- new front end linkage and oil change. We the had them replace the rear leaf spring supports and picked up the car on Wednesday. They did a great job. Had the car in plenty of time to drive safely to the funeral.
BTW the funeral is for my aunt who passed at 101 and 6 months. and very great woman.

I just moved to the area and I needed to find a new mechanic that I could trust because I've had some horrible experiences in the past. I had heard about Hays from a co-worker and thought I would try them out.The first thing that I noticed was that it was a very clean facility, and Emilio was very kind to me. They offered me a ride home and picked me up when the car was finished. Pricing was very reasonable and I'm honestly very happy with my luck in finding this place!!
