Brought my 2015 Chevy 2500 HD in for an alignment after I replaced all the steering components with Kryptonite products and they were able to jump on it right away. I got my truck back the same day and she drives great steers like a new truck. They very very informative about the process they went through and told me if there were any issues that they would correct it, which there wasn’t any problems. The price was great and I have zero complaints and will be bringing all of my automotive work here!

They added electrical outlets, added a tire pressure sensor and repeater, fixed a broken things like cabinet door, trims needing attachment, fixed a roller blind. Glad we have a facility in Camarillo for RV’s!
I have an RV and we were COMPLETELY stranded on the 101. We towed our RV to J&K Automotive knowing we have done business there before and have always had GREAT great experiences. Due to the emergency situation we didn’t have an appointment because this incident happened after business hours so our best bet was to wait until opening the next day. That next morning we walked straight to the desk to speak with Mike who absolutely helped us so quickly. They were able to get the part we needed and did the labor all in the same day! There’s always astounding professionalism and amazing service. Thank you guys again!

This shop was my go to shop because they actually take pictures of the defects and by that you are notified and trust them. Not anymore for the last few years it changed i don't know why. So longer going here. The $$ i can justify before I had enough. Felt like an ATM
First time customer. Took my diesel motorhome in for a tune up and repair of hydraulic leak that was extremely difficult to access. Mike and his team did an awesome job of finding and fixing the leak, handling all the paperwork with the extended warranty company, keeping me updated daily on progress and getting all the maintenance done quickly. What a pleasure to get superb service and workmanship for a change!

I brought my motorhome in for a broken shower and I am amazed at how fast everything was done. Just a couple of days and I had an email that it was ready. Not only was the shower plumbing fixed but my broken door handle was replaced and a batterie that had exploded was cleaned up and ready to be replaced. I can't say enough of how impressed I am at the friendly service and the great job they did for me. Thank You J&K you guys are amazing.
I wish that more auto shops would operate with the professionalism that this shop does. If you need something diagnosed, they are clear in person and on paper about the issues they find with the vehicle. You can see exactly what parts they use for your repairs. You're not left wondering what they did and what was described when you have an issue. On top of that, there really aren't surprises, because they do digital inspections that you get via text message. You can communicate with them via text, too, which is very convenient.
People need to be realistic about the cost of automotive repairs these days, and the timeline in which shops can get them done. Their prices are very fair. I've had front end work done, cooling system work, alignments, and each time, it's done well. Best is to drop off and leave them be to get the job done right and well. They also lock the cars inside at night, so your vehicle isn't left outside. Try getting the same repairs done elsewhere, and you will pay more with subpar service. By the way, they also do complete RV service and repairs, as well as engine dyno service. What a unique and great business. This is your perfect mom and pop place, where you meet customers all over Camarillo, who also have serviced their vehicles here for years, which tells you a lot about the integrity and quality of the business.
Never once got to speak with the mechanic or the owner. My boyfriend went in for a diagnosis, they charged him $400 just to tell him they couldn't figure it out. They asked for $600 (3 more hours) and couldn't/wouldn't tell us what they had done so far in the diagnosis process. He was very polite to the front desk agent when requesting more information on the work that was done, although we were never directed to speak to a mechanic or the owner who seems to be very involved.
Very unprofessional and combative owner, never once chose to speak to us in person/over the phone and instead is defensive over google reviews. It honestly is a good portrayal of the level of service. @owner, please spend some time honing your customer service skills instead of raging at your reviews. Thanks
Do not recommend, go waste your money somewhere with good service at minimum.
Called them about a misfire on my truck. Told them all of the things I replaced and tested myself including spark plugs, spark plug wires, coil pack, vacuum leak check, and a full ecu reset. I am going camping in a week and needed my truck and figured since I couldn't solve this easily on my own, I would take it to a professional.
They quoted me $411 for two hours of diagnostic labor. They called me back and told me that they found one of my O2 sensors wasn't giving any readings. This wasn't true because I did a live scan before and after taking it to their shop and was getting o2 readings on all 3 of my sensors. So they essentially lied.
They told me that they wanted to charge me another 3 hours ($600) to "keep troubleshooting". I suggested that they replace the O2 wiring and see if that resolves the issue, and I would pay the labor hours for that, but I was told that was not the "cause" of the misfire. After a roundabout explanation of essentially nothing new or relevant to the misfire they told me "It would be best if I just picked up the truck".
They could not give me a straight answer and I was never given the opportunity to speak directly to the tech working on it or the owner. I attached a photo of the bill. The first paragraph is what I told them over the phone. The second paragraph is what they charged me $411 for. They swapped two connectors for the oxygen sensors for $400. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Keep my money but leave this post up so people know what they're getting themselves into.

I took My RV there because of the reviews were good. I spoke with Mike. I was surprised of how expensive it was. $225 for an hour. I was originally given an estimate of 1.5 hour but they charged me triple that amount. I had to take my rig out of town and thrusting that they did a good job. However, after I drove 200 miles I was stuck with no power. The same issue with my house electrical system and the generator. I paid almost $1000 for nothing. Never again.
I can’t begin to express how impressed I am with J&K. I have been to J&K Automotive twice now and both times the service has been absolutely amazing. The first go around was an oil change and tire rotation. Through out the entire process I received updates both through texts and phone calls updating me on the progress of my vehicle all the way to the completion of their work. They ended up finding something wrong with my serpentine belt which I honestly appreciate because it was on the verge of tearing. All around the process was so great and I did not wait long for any of the work to be done. Second time around I came back because I needed assistance with my propane line. I recently installed a new stove and couldn’t get a part off. I called Mike up and I was able to come in and get it done free of charge! Thank you so much Mike for all of your work. Definitely try out J&K Automotive!!
I am rarely impressed by service these days and I can say Mike and his team provided the best service of anyone I’ve worked with in recent history, of any industry. From the initial phone call to setting an appointment and then requesting a different appointment time, he was on it and helpful. Properly quoted almost down to the dollar what he thought my repair would cost and updated me every step of the way. They even did a complete inspection of my trailer with pictures provided after. Even the technician came out and explained what the issue was which he certainly didn’t need to do. I will never take my trailer anywhere else.
J and K automotive have serviced my RV several times. Very Efficient! I never worry about being taken. They never just try to push more things to run up the bill! The office personnel are delightful!
I just installed my solar panel with J&K. They were prompt and efficient, and very kind as always, helping me with additional small issues. They go the extra mile. The work was done yesterday afternoon and my solar panel is just starting to charge my batteries -- with very little sun today -- I already noticed that the voltage has remained steady, even when I'm using my printer that consumes a lot of energy. Jerry was right on when saying that we should not overcharge the batteries. I will be watching my batteries in the next coming days; their voltage will probably go higher as more sun will keep charging them. I always learn something when I visit J&K. So far so "great". Thank you team. I feel secure as I know that I can rely on that team if any issue arises.
Great RV service! Highly recommend this company. Generator was shutting off after about a half hour of runtime and they were able to figure it out and fix it.

Lauren & Mike at front of house were very knowledgeable about our car and Lauren was very efficient with booking car in and following progress for us throughout the various work that we had done. I have a 1967 Ford Thunderbird, being a classic car you have to look a little harder to find a mechanic/shop that will take on fixing such cars as they are completely different from modern vehicles so shops need to have mechanics that are familiar with working on them. After calling around a few shops in the Camarillo area, J&K Automotive said they do work on classic automobiles so I brought my car in. My door handle on the front passenger side broke so that needed fixing and I had the parts to fix the washer fluid system in the car. They got everything fixed and repaired and did a look over the car all within the same day, a few hours actually, drop the car off around 9:00 a.m. and picked it up at 4:00 p.m. that day. Everything works wonderful, this seems to be a legit great shop, I recommend everyone take their cars here. J&K Automotive seems to be the real deal, a true gem of an automotive shop in the Camarillo area. A shop with the expertise and knowledge to work on a wide variety of vehicles, and as a classic car owner now that is wonderful to have such a shop in the area. A+ service all around and definitely will be using their services again for my automotive needs. Just want to add as well another great service they provide is a shuttle service within the Camarillo area so you can drop off your car and get home without needing to call an Uber or car service.

Thanks Mike and Jerry! - ****** Jerry and Mike are GREAT to work with and both have been absolute gentlemen and customer minded. I am a first time RV owner with a 1994 Winnebago Minnie Winnie on a Ford E350 with a 5.7 L V8 sounds great, runs great, looks great but has a "ghost in the machine" the causes it to unexpectedly NOT start! We are now on round three they are still trying to solve this puzzle. .. ... ... to be continued.
Problem solved and it has been running great!
My generator decided it would not start and so I asked Mike to pickup where I ran out of ideas and patience and skill.
Once again J&K came through with flying colors.
Cleaned carbonator and replace a blown fuse and we are up and running again!
