They were friendly, professional, and quick to respond every step of the way. Bobby kept me updated throughout the repair process and made everything so easy and stress free.
The work on my car was done beautifully, and it looks brand new again. It’s rare to find a business that truly cares about both the quality of their work and their customers, but this team does.

This is our second time having them work on one of our cars. It was because the first time was so positive that we chose to go back. Our service person (Jorge) was very communicative and kept us apprised of the repair progress. It took nearly a month to get our car back, but it was a parts issue and not the shop’s fault. The car looks great, we can’t even tell it was repaired. And, they washed it before we picked it up. A REALLY great experience. We recommend them highly.
Bobby and the whole staff made it simple and easy to get my car fixed. They are all very sweet and friendly making me comfortable with all repairs. Additionally, they keep you updated on the status of the repairs. I loved that my car was also washed and ready to hit the road upon pick-up! Thank you!
CARSTAR Camarillo Auto-body has now taken care of our car twice. This second experience was amazing. We have to come from out of the area, which means renting a car, staying with friends or in a hotel and expending time. When we dropped off our car they estimated it would be 5 days. It was what it was so we went forward with the repairs. Our car was finished the next day. The part came in more quickly than expected and because they knew our situation, they got it done quickly for less money than the estimate. The best part is the repairs are done well with no skimping. Thank you!

It was recommended by my insurer GEICO, and they had also fixed my daughter’s side mirror prior. I dealt with Scott on dropping it off and they worked with my adjuster Pam, then I picked it up and it was as new
The repair work done on my car was perfect. It looks so good I don’t want it take my car out of the garage. The staff are all very kind, answered all my questions . It was a great body shop experience. ( they also detailed the inside of my car
I stopped by to get a quote on a few scrapes and a scratch on the right rear panel and there was not even a clipboard to prepare a proper quote. I was told it would be over $3,200 because the whole right side including the front door had to be replaced. This is ridiculous. I have two other more reasonable quotes at $1,600 and $1,300.
This place obviously doesn't want business.
I will never give them my business. This is because I'm paying out of pocket not through insurance.
This is the second time we have worked with Camarillo Autobody. The staff are very friendly and they answered all of our questions. We even got our SUV back several days ahead of schedule. We would recommend using them for your repair needs.

This Auto Body Shop did a fantastic job on my brand new BMW which was rear-ended on the driver's side. I had all digitized systems calibrated, bumper replaced, paint job was perfect, and they turned it around so fast! The entire staff was courteous, helpful and very helpful. Definitely a 5 Star rating.

My experience here was one of courtesy, friendliness, efficiency, very comfortable surroundings and right on time contacts. I left my car for repair feeling as though a friend was about to have surgery…. complete confidence with little worry. The repair was done in less time than I expected and the results were fantastic !
Great place! Nice friendly people when you walk and also amazing work. I got into a little crash so I had to come here on insurance and they made the crash side of my car look so nice, I now need to go back to get the other side cleaned up.
They took care of my vehicle after a car accident and delivered service as promised. My car looks like I bought it brand new. Sharing photos of when I first bought the car, the accident and a photo after they fixed it.
The whole process was very pleasant & smooth. George updated the status via the texts so it was very clear what the stage of my car during the process (eg the estimation, the insurance approval status, how long it will take to get fixed etc).
Robert did a great job getting my vehicle damage repaired in a timely fashion. Vehicle looks great and even delivered it with a fresh wash. So happy we chose this location for the repairs.
I can't imagine going anywhere else. It just wouldn't be worth the risk. The work was great quality, shop was clean, everyone was polite, I was kept in the loop...I could go on but they checked all the boxes for me. There may be another shop out there l'd go to for specialty work on a classic car or something but for my daily driver, I can't imagine I would ever need anything higher level than what was provided. I would not want to risk taking our car somewhere else because I can't imagine any other shops doing as good a job as they did. Zero headaches.
They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable and even though I wasn’t, Bobby Herrera explained everything step by step and did an amazing job on my car and getting it back to me in a timely manner. World class service is very hard to find but i definitely found it here. If I ever need any future services on my car I’ll be giving him a call. I would refer all my family and friends. Truly a trust worthy shop. I knew they would get my car back to 100% and safe for me to take back on the road. Thank you again.
Unfortunately this is the 3rd time we have had to have our car repaired here and Robert is amazing!! Kept us informed the entire process!! Our car was ready a few days before he promised!! The minute you enter the shop from the receptionist to them having the rental car company picking you up, beyond exceptional customer service!! And our car is perfect!!

Loved the service both on my vehicle and customer relations. Robert Spadaccini took care of my no fault collision repair from beginning to end. I was side swiped across both doors on my passenger side. He had areas repaired that were damaged that I didn't even notice, like the running board. He also repaired all the damage that my autistic twins had done to my car. The trim in two different areas had been removed. It's back to looking as great as when I first got it! Robert kept my cost for those noncovered repairs very fair and within my budget! Highly recommend and will go here instead of Tony's in the future!
