My fat arms and hands could not get in to change out the daytime running lights on my car. I came to AutoZone and Gabe S they able to get me up and running! I bought a lot at this AutoZone in the past but today they helped me out without me purchasing a thing. I’m very impressed! And Gabe S is quite an impressive young man. Thank you so much!

Referencr Store #6211. I really appreciated the excellent customer service given by Gabe S. It is such a pleasure to deal with a younger man who "gets " customer service and professionalism. I walked into the store only looking for headlight bulbs only, but ended up getting oil and windshield cleaner. Value added selling without pressure. Thanks for installing the bulbs for me. I would definitely go back to this store if all the employees are like Gabe in their attitude. Thanks, H

My dad and I came in to get a headlight bulb for his truck. Gabe S. went above and beyond and offered to change the bulb for us. We told him with this truck you have to remove the air filter and housing to get to the headlight bulb compartment. Gabe was not bothered and met the challenge easily. My dad and I appreciated the time saved and his chipper and helpful attitude. We always have great service at this store, but Gabe S. ensured we will definitely be back next time we need a part for our vehicles!

Stopped in to get some power steering fluid the whole staff was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable particularly Gabe S. This guy knows his stuff and has great customer service skills. I was checking out some ac refrigerant and he asked what kind of truck I had I told him what I drove and he knew more about my truck than I did very impressive!! I'll definitely be returning to this location

Every time I’ve needed a part or needed help replacing that part the customer service has been excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. All knowledgeable and eager to assist! I greatly appreciate them!!

I went to this store to test my battery as I had a suspicion it was bad although it was only a year old. I had just changed my alternator a week prior as well so it was easier to start making guesses. An Associate and I went and checked and sure enough it had a weak charge. I even had bought the battery from this exact store and when they went to pull up the warranty from my account, it wasn’t in the system. The only thing I had was the core charge receipt as my proof. To be honest I thought I was going to get suspected of a crime and the cops called on me because people tend to fake those things for free stuff. I even went back through my bank statement to pull up the date of purchase as well to back my purchase. The staff was extremely cool and patient about it as I was as well. Marcus who is the manager of the store I believe, was the gentleman that assisted me and he did everything he knew and then took it a step higher to get my warranty pulled up. All he needed was my ID and whatever information I can give as well was a big help such as the zip code of the purchase. The only downside was I wanted to get the replacement battery and just go home and rest a bit as I just got out of work but I had to replace it then and there so they can complete the whole process. Another little gripe but I can understand it, I wasn’t upset was that the associate that helped me test my battery said he couldn’t take it out due to too much electrical. I drive a 2017 Chevy Malibu mind you. I didn’t have to mess with any electrical just a 10mm for the cross bar on top along with the positive terminal and a 13mm for the negative terminal and I believe a 5/8 for the battery secure bolt. I would’ve been impressed if he said honestly I don’t know how or I’m nervous and don’t feel comfortable and then ask if I can teach him that way if he has someone else that needs a battery changed in that type of vehicle he has the knowledge. I understand he’s working too so again not that big of a deal like I said I understand. I’ve only ever changed my battery one time by myself with no prior knowledge. Other than that it would’ve been 5 stars but again the crew was all trying to help it was actually a sight to witness. Please have patience with your service members things do happen and it takes time to dig and assist. I left on a very good note. This review is overdue as well.

A big shout out to Paul and his manager for their help today! As a single-senior woman, I really appreciate this business and their staffs willingness to help out the customers in our community. I had a tail light that was out and I was afraid I would cause an accident, or get a ticket. It took 5 minutes and I was off to work. Thank You!

Huge shoutout to Gabriel Sanders at AutoZone! I came in needing my headlights changed, and he took care of it like a pro. Not only was he super efficient (seriously, he made it look effortless), made what could’ve been a boring car chore actually enjoyable.It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Thank you, Gabriel, for going above and beyond!
And let’s not forget the other Gabriel he was also super friendly and welcoming!

after a long work week or 12 hour night shifts and needed to change my oil bad, i’ve changed my oil countless times but somehow this time I made a rookie mistake and drained my transmission fluid (came out black from not changing it enough) so in my defense looked like my oil, i felt slipping while driving and for some reason thought it was something to do with my oil still extremely tired not thinking i went to autozone and asked if they could give me a scan to see if maybe it was my oil pump or something and a code didn’t pop up. GABRIEL SANDERS!!!!! This guy decided to go above and beyond and check my transmission service fluid level to see that it’s bone dry and if i drove anymore would give me transmission soup. He saved my car from a rookie mistake i made. He even said spared my dignity as a man saying that it seemed like an honest mistake of being tired and not that it was an obvious mistake no one in their right mind should make lol. Anyway GIVE THIS DISTINGUISHED, AWESOME, AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL MAN A DAMN RAISE, BONUS, AWARD. Whatever you can. Thank you Gabriel. Sincerely Angelo. If you buy coolant from this store, make sure it is sealed. I bought a gallon of all vehicle 50/50 coolant. Went to use it when stranded in the middle of nowhere, and find out the seal had already been broken. Someone probably used half of it, and added water back to it, then returned it to store. Employees should be checking returns on oil and coolant, and not just put it back on shelf for resale. Not going to this store again.

I went in lookout for a super obscure type of plastic screw to reattach a piece of trim that had come off my Dodge Hornet, and Gabe S immediately found the screws I needed and was immaculate in his knowledge and ability to help me - even going so far as to help me reattach the piece onto my car! That's not the first time a staff member has been happy to come out to my car with me to help me with something, so any time I need a little assistance this is the first place I go.

I went there the other day to pick up a replacement tail light for my car. When the part number wasn't found in the computer, Gabriel A. said lets go to your car to see which one you need. He helped remove the old tail light, quickly found the replacement, and even helped install the new ones. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I would definitely return next time I need something car related. Autozone, give Gabriel A. a raise!

I had a wonderful experience working with Wayne the store Mgr. He was friendly, attentive and efficient. I tried returning a part 3 times with no success.The part ordered was the incorrect item and it needed to be returned. But the bar code would not scan properly. I printed the bar code and that seemed to work.

Came here after an associate at an AutoZone near our home in Santa Clarita botched installing the battery in our car. Our car started cutting power for no reason and after inspection of the engine the battery looked loose. We called and we were told to come by no problem and they would look at it. Upon arrival, Gabe stepped up and (with the most amazing attitude possible) diagnosed the issue, tightened the connections, gave us a free j hook and attached the battery to the carriage, and got us set to go. He was AMAZING and had such a sweet disposition. So much as even apologizing for the other AutoZone associate. The manager even came out to help and give things a once over. 10/10. Amazing service and experience! I would come from Santa Clarita just for the staff here!

Gabe was really friendly and a great help! Gabe was super knowledgeable and took the time out of his busy day to go over which battery would be the best for my vehicle. He installed my new battery in less than five minutes! He also pointed out that my alternator connection was not working correctly. Purchasing and installing my battery was a great experience!

Where to start. I purchased a floor jack online and AutoZone accidentally shipped me another person’s order (a tiny starter coil). I was shipped a 6” size box weighing around 2 pounds with a shipping sticker on the box stating it weighed 61 lbs! Physically impossible to fit the jack I ordered or the weight the shipping sticker claimed. I took the incorrect item, box, and accompanying receipt to this store for return support. The store manager, Wayne, went far above and beyond to help me out. He listened to my issue and reviewed the evidence. He then checked his inventory and saw he had same model jack in stock. He called their customer service line and explained the issue. After discussing the issue, phone customer service worked with Wayne to take the incorrect part shipped to me and provide me the jack I ordered from his store inventory. Expecting to be needlessly shuffled from store to online customer service I was pleasantly surprised at AutoZone staff’s commitment to working together to correct the situation. I will not forget this episode and needless to say I will praise AutoZone’s commitment to helping their customers to anyone going forward. Best AutoZone store ever!

Just got my battery replaced today. Quick diagnosis and they installed a new battery for me. My car is working perfectly. Mr. Wayne, the store manager, did an excellent job. I highly recommend this business. Probably the best Autozone I have been too.
