Camarillo towing were so helpful when we needed a tow with no time to spare. They were there quickly and were incredibly courteous. Highly recommended these guys!
I recently had the misfortune of my car breaking down, and I had to call for a tow. The tow truck arrived promptly, and the driver was not only skilled but also incredibly considerate of my vehicle. The quality of the towing service was top-notch, and the price was fair. I felt like my car was in safe hands throughout the process. This roadside assistance company is a gem for anyone in need!
I called at 8 AM after realizing I had locked my keys in my car. I was quoted $60 and informed that I would receive a call when the driver arrived, which was estimated to be within an hour. By 9:35 AM, having not received any notification, I called for a status update and was told the driver was next to my car. Upon meeting the driver, he mentioned he had been waiting for 10 minutes, for which I apologized, explaining I had not received any prior call about his arrival. He apologized and said the person I spoke to did not send over my contact info so he had no way to contact me.After he unlocked my car, I was informed that the fee was $80. Confused by the discrepancy, the driver contacted his dispatch. They stated that the correct fee was $80 and that the individual who took my initial call had not been updated on the current pricing. While the driver performed his job well, the miscommunication between the employees and to the customer was problematic and misleading.
Swindled me $60 on jump starting my car, the mechanic didn’t even stay till the vehicle battery was charged, he literally took it off while it was on, then my vehicle didn’t start after following their instructions of leaving car on because apparently that will charge my battery automatically, so I ask for a refund but instead of getting one they gave me the ring around, putting me on hold and gave me bogus excuses and didn’t let me speak to a supervisor, so I wouldn’t recommend this company, they are unprofessional and horrible customer service
There was a gentleman there long hair that helped me out tremendously without him I truly would have been lost I'm going back tomorrow to collect the rest of my belongings I hope he's there so I can thank him again
Aside from being quoted 45 minutes and taking 2+ hours (driver called and informed me shortly after my initial time quote) driver was very professional and quick to load up and got my vehicle to its destination safely.
Super-friendly, super fast, and super helpful. And they didn’t even laugh at me for 1) locking my keys in the trunk, and 2) not knowing how to turn off my car alarm once they gained access to my car’s interior. I blame quarantine brain, lol.
My dad recently passed away and I had his 1969 concept car that needed to be moved. I tried to get several other places to make the 100 mile move for this special vehicle and had trouble. Camarillo towing working with their partner companies was able to send out a wonderful, attentive driver to take on the challenge the same day. Our driver Joe and his helper with Ole and Son's showed up. They were intrigued by the one off creation they were tasked to move and took care in wrapping up the car with a cover and shrink wrap after skillfully loading it onto the truck. At the destination they showed the same level of professionalism. Almost as quickly as they left I received customer service follow up calls and emails. The rep doing the satisfaction call was equally professional. With such a special vehicle and a sensitive reason for moving it, I couldn't be any more satisfied. Thanks again Joe!
HORRIBLE company! I picked a window of 8:30-9 to have my car towed. I get a call from my insurance company at 8:45 saying they couldn’t get in touch with me. Idk how when I’ve been sitting home waiting. I called the tow company at 8:50 to let them know that I still need them and they said it’ll be another 45 minutes. 50 minutes later, I called them back and they said my insurance canceled the tow. I called my insurance and they said they didn’t cancel it. What kind of company is this?! I picked those times so I wouldn’t be late for work and here I am waiting on a more reliable company to come get my car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE LIKE I DID!

I had a blowout on the freeway and luckily I was able to drive my car all the way to the stop sign of the nearby exit....I did a search on google maps and Camarillo Towing was the first on the list. I called them up and the dispatcher that answered was friendly and willing to help me out. He was able to dispatch a truck promptly and the truck arrived within 20 minutes. The towing guys ( Peter and Mario) were very quick in loading my car onto the flatbed and they drove me to a nearby tire center. All in all, the service was excellent and the cost of towing was reasonable....I only paid 80 dollars. I certainly appreciate their help in my time of need.
I was hit by a car and the police had this company tow my car. I was given a business card that said 24/7 and then I was told that I could come by at any time to remove the items from my car and to sign the release forms for my insurance company. I drove 20 minutes out of my way only to find that they're actually closed.
I called to the office and found out that a representative is available over the phone 24/7 but to actually have help I have to wait for selected hours or pay $120 for help now.
There was no apology, and no clear communication as to what to expect. I find that this company is extremely unhelpful and has poor communication skills.
