About 2 years ago, I took possession of my Grandfather's 1987 Jeep Wagoneer XJ. The guys here have been absolutely extraordinary regarding their help and service in getting my Grandpa's Jeep back up and running. On multiple occasions they have saved me more than once with their vast knowledge and expertise. They have often gone above and beyond the call of duty; spending too much time looking for a 25¢ washer, bolt, or O-ring for me. Although some of the parts here are a bit more expensive, I feel that they are of much higher quality, especially regarding the electrical parts. I'm also happy to pay the extra penny to the guys who know what they are talking about. Overall, just a huge thank you to the knowledgeable and amazing guys here. You guys are awesome and have seriously helped me a lot along my Journey. Next time something breaks I'll be back

It's nice to still have an auto parts store that employs people who know what they are talking about. I shop here often and they take care of their customers. If they don't have a part, they usually can get it in the next day. It's nice that they give military discounts as well. Thank you!
I hate doing this but its the only way to get things to change...went there today to buy a battery. I was the only customer in the store. After handing my credit card over to the guy cashiering he took a phone call and proceeded to spend approximately three minutes looking up something for this caller, all the while leaving me to stand there and wait for the call to end before running my card and completing my transaction. As politely as I could, I let him know how I felt about that treatment (I WAS THERE SPENDING MONEY AND I WAS SECONDARY TO A CALLER WHO MIGHT SPEND MONEY). He told me that was the store policy (which it may very well be). For a moment I considered returning the battery but I really needed it today. Instead I just asked him to let his management know how THIS customer felt about that policy.
NAPA definitely has the know how!! Great team there that truly tries to help. They have even referred me to different people when they did not have what I needed. Their knowall is a testament still to great, honest, service!!
I have used the NAPA store in Camarillo for over 25 years . Same knowledgeable people year after year. NAPA is my Number one auto parts store of my 70 years of buying auto parts. They are knowledgeable auto parts people. I tried Auto Zone and discovered they train workers with no knowledge of auto parts how to look it up on a computer. Often they have not a clue what you want or the result was my getting the wrong part.
There is no comparison to the othet chain stores, including Napa. This plave had been around for 40 years, if not more. Your chances of finding that 'Off the Wall' part here is 100% better than elsewhere. They're also a great store for Fabricators like my Mikey. Talk to Dave when you go in.
My 72 Bronco stopped running, gave me tips which helped me correctly diagnose the problem. Came back, bought the part and was up and running in less than 3 hours. The guys are friendly and know their stuff.
One of the best parts houses in Ventura County. Dave, Joe, Anthony and Andrew are sharp.
And the easy-listening music always brings me back to when I was young.

Let me tell you about these guys at Napa. I've been managing automotive shops my entire life. So needless to say I have ordered thousands upon thousands of parts from thousands of different stores. It's the same story pretty much every parts house you call, some young kid behind the counter who doesn't know the difference between metric and American standard. But Hey you're young kid he needed a job, money in your pocket. I get it but damm it gets frustrating. I have been running a shop here in Camarillo for the past year and Anthony, Dave, Joe and even Brian love you brother. Are the only guys I will call. From knowledge of cars, to customer service and even delivery times (most of the time) haha are better than any shop I have ever called. They even got this guy Steve who drives around and always make sure my battery racks are always overstocked. To be real, these guys are 2nd to none if you need anything for your car. go see them they will take care of you and get it right the 1st time! So go get you a little bit of Napa know how!

Napa is generally good. Be careful when getting a part. They have the economy and premium part. Not too keen on the economy part. Not quite sure what that really means - economy. Not sure I would want to trust economy on a wheel bearing as your rim might fall off.
Anthony is the best. The other guys aren't exactly the warmest of people but at least they know what they r talking about. The competitors are not even in their league.
At other stores NO ONE knows anything about parts. I don't want a cashier pretending to know something. I want someone who can help me repair my vehicle without spending an exorbitant amount of money on parts I don't even need.
Napa in Camarillo is by far the best in all of Ventura County. Ask for Anthony. He puts up with me....enough said.
Call them up they had my brake pads I took the rotors down there and within 20 minutes I was out the door with the rotors turned and the pads. I would highly recommend this place
So you need auto parts. And when you go in, you don't want some kid asking you what kind of car you have when you ask for a quart of mobile one 5-40. An auto parts store that can both service the enthusiast and the neophyte, these guys are the real deal.

The staff have been in this buisness a long time so you can trust they can help with whatever you need and are happy to answer questions for you. Can be a little busy sometimes but its to be expected theyre a quality place.
