After accidentally locking my keys in my car (I know, I know…) in the midst of vacation craziness and busyness, I received quick and kind assistance from Valero Brothers. Awesome experience, and totally recommend!
Called through AAA. AAA sent my request for a tow truck up in Sequoia National Park where there's no service. Told them I needed a tow truck and was at Hospital Rock. They said they'd be there at 11:30am. At 11:45, I called back to see how much longer. The guy says he was waiting for me to call them because he didn't know what was wrong with the car. I NEED a TOW TRUCK. It doesn't matter what's wrong with the car. I can't get down the mountain. The guy has to be the dumbest person ever. Like, if I'm calling for a tow truck, send the damn truck. There's no service, and if I had no quarters, I would have never been able to find a way to come down. Person NEVER showed up. This place sucks! If someone calls for a tow truck, SEND it! It doesn't matter what's wrong with the car it obviously isn't able to drive!!!
Was told there was gonna be a tow truck within an hour. Called at 2:30 truck didn’t show up until 5:30. Was told on the phone multiple times that there was gonna be a tow truck at my location within 30 mins.
Our campervan was not starting in Sequoia National Park, a driver was towing another car out and stopped to help us get going again, we would've been stranded for hours without their help.

I got my truck stuck in mud and the tow truck driver was doing good at getting it out and then decided to move and got the tow truck stuck and had to go get another truck to get his out and then said they are not going to pull my truck out and was really rude about it even when I told them I have two newborn babies and I need my truck and they said they didn’t care so now I have to figure out how to get my truck out
My car got flat tire in the middle of Sequoia National Park and William and his brother helped us to get us down safely. They were very responsive (answered the call right away and called back quickly with update), accommodating (I was in unique situation that they picked me up at a different location), understanding (I was freaking out but they helped me to calm down) and professional (as they arrived at the scene, loading and handling was very quick). Two thumps up.
Valero Bros Toying really did a great job toying my car. Having your car breakdown is always annoying but William really saved the day and got us to the next mechanic. Fast, friendly and skilled !
William was a Godsend and rescued me from the heat just one mile into Sequoia National park. He stopped for me to use the restroom and asked if I got a picture at the entrance, I said no and he stopped without me asking and took my picture. Since I was alone on this adventure that was cut short, it was a blessing to get that picture. Thank you William for the wonderful service and your KINDNESS!!
Got Stuck on 99, had to tow car to Modesto. 148 miles away. The driver William, stated prior to going, if I needed to stop for the restroom, he would stop. I thought that was awesome for him to say, I never had that happen before. 5 stars for being courteous in a stressful situation. Thank you for your help.
Humphrey was so quick and kind when we needed to jumpstart our van. He showed up in half the time AAA quoted and got us back on the road with a smile. Thank you, Humphrey!
They towed my rear-wheel-drive car on the rear wheels, causing damage to my differential and transmission. They also ripped off my skid plate unloading the car. They practically totaled my car. Thanks for making the situation worse with your incompetence.
William was amazing. He helped my family out while we were stuck on a mountain road. We were going to have to wait for multiple hours and he went out of his way to help us. Super professional and amazing person. Highly recommend!
