Tania is the best, I'm not that good on understanding my car but Tania went out of her way to explain it and knew exactly what I needed, no upsell, no gimmicks, she is one of the best workers there I would never lose her if AutoZone is listening.

I never write reviews but had to give a shout out to this store. Was having an awful day, and then my car battery died.AAA tried to sell me an expensive battery so decided to go to the store to see I could get a cheaper one here. They told me they could charge my old battery and see if I really needed a new one! AAA didn't offer me that! They took my battery for a few hours, and when I came back they told me it really was a bad battery. They helped me compare prices and told which battery is better for the price. Gave me a discount for turning in my dead battery too! Michael was so helpful and nice and installed my new battery and made sure my car was good to go! Turned my bad day around!
Came in on a trip through town in our way to the mountains and needed new wiper blades because of the snow. I didnt know the size we needed and the manager Michael was very helpful and found the ones we needed on the shelf quickly. He offered to install them and got it done fast. Wouldn't even accept a tip! Will definitely come back if we need anything!
Bought a gas cap because I lost mine less than a mile down the road filling up for gas. Didn't fit. Manager popped out, double checked, and got me a cheaper one that fit. 10/10 Would get a gas cap again.
Had a great experience here today. The staff is friendly and helps you with the stuff you don’t know how to do yourself. It’s greatly appreciated when they go the extra step to help you out! Juana helped me replace my battery and windshield wipers. She even refilled my wiper fluid for me! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place for their customer service. They hire kids that don't know what they are doing When we ask about a part the response is" huh " this generation of youngsters are the laziest and very rude , when you asked them about a part they look it up on the computer and they can't find it and they have you standing there for like 10-15 minutes it's ridiculous . Also They tell you they don't have the part just so they don't have to go in the back and look for it . The worst service in Woodlake Ca. I will never go back to AutoZone, at least not until they hire personnel that knows what you're talking about when you ask about a certain part that you need .
It was my 1st time buying a can for my AC and it worked great the employees were very friendly and helpful they answered all my questions I was very satisfied
They do a great job helping me find parts I need. When they release I had a problem with my car in the parking lot. They even let me barrow tools so I could fix it there and be on my way. Very helpful people there.
These guys are great 👍 👌..didn't even have to say a word, they took my oil for recycling, then I bought some more for the next change...ran into Hector in the parking lot, we chatted about our rigs a bit. Great store. Highly recommend!!!
Came in with a situation of a wrong part given from another location. Manager was quick to help on the problem and provided great service! Also had a great selection of items to purchase. Great place to do your shopping needs
I went in to the Woodlake location and was given great service. Juan recommended a better battery when I was gonna honestly buy the cheapest one, explained why it was important but never made me feel taken advantage of. Jose installed said battery and we found I needed a new terminal. They let me stay parked through the next day and another young man whom I didn't catch his name replaced my terminal. Teamwork and great customer service. I continue using my local Autozone just for that! Thanks guys!
Amazing service, they tested, and replaced my car battery, no extra charge for labor or anything, the battery test was free, and just had to pay for the battery, friendly and professional, definitely would recommend
We were out of town with car issues. Everyone here was magnificently helpful and when we could not fix the problem, referred me to Cecil's Garage who was also magnificent.
Cashier went out to my car when I asked for a part to my car. I told him I didn't know what it was called. He didn't make a face or anything to me. He was very helpful and gave suggestions to me on which brand to get.
Some short handsome guys helped me out with a water pump and even went into a whole lot of detail about it he didn't speak Spanish but was very helpful in English but for that 4 stars.
I was looking everywhere for AC part for a 33 year old truck. They had it and at a fair price. They have the competition beat . will try them first next time
